This is a full nail service. The staff greet many of their customers by their first name and they're very friendly and accommodating and they do excellent work. Very relaxing atmosphere and they really give you your moneys worth. I appreciate the beautiful thorough and reacting treatment I received from my knees to my toes (I had a pedicure spa tx) very thorough and very hard to please. Very relaxing experience. They also give beautiful manicures with creative artwork on fingernails! I admire other customers hands when they walk out the door. So fun to see all the creative artwork that they do. Everything was very relaxed with no rushing to get to the next customer. I really appreciate them and I go back time again and find one of their Spa and won't go back there. Stopped by and were greeted cheerfully and made to feel right at home. They asked us if we wanted any water while we chose our colors. Excited to see Deadpool and Wolverine when it's released we chose Red and Yellow. The place is clean and well maintained. When we mentioned our anniversary coming up, Natalie said she wanted to do something special for my wife. The manicurists are sweet, speak English, sociable, and do NOT just talk to each other making one think they are talking about you. Most of all, the tools and foot baths are clean, lots of colors in regular, gel or powders. I hate the big factory like salons where there is turnover of manicurists and you never see the same person. Here, the same women are always here!! Pricing about the same as other salons. I was serviced by the beautiful Natalie - she did a basic manicure and pedicure (regular polish). Even though I didn't have any add ons my visit was still very special. The lady or greeter of this salon was lovely but the manicurist was horrible. I requested an acrylic fill. There were two plastic nails that needed to be replaced and I was charged $10.00. And, the actual polish didn't cover the very sides of each nail. I didn't even receive a hand massage as this woman was too busy to bother. Her goal was to move on to the next customer, quickly. It was my mistake to tip her $10.00. The entire bill was a little over $70.00 I have never had an another issue like this in this area. read more

I was in the area for work and decided to treat myself to a pedi. I found this place on Yelp and did a walk-in. The place was empty, and I was greeted and seated right away. I was also offered water. Tan did my pedicure and she did great! I love how she paid attention to detail and cut my cuticles and got in there. The only thing was I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. She did long massage and took her time, and there was hot rocks and I loved how she added oil to my toes and heels after wiping down with the warm towels. The thing I didn't like was when I went to pay I wasn't told how much it was and when I asked I was told $50.00..and itook my card out to pay and was asked by the manager if I had "cash" I said for tip yes (as they have signs asking to pay tip in cash) but I didn't have enough cash to pay, then she said you can get 5% discount if you pay with cash. Which I didnt know that as this was my first time here and if you have a policy like that it should also be posted where it can be read by your customers. I struggle a lot with picking at my cuticles and i try to get my nails done regularly so that i don't pick at them as much. I was over due to get them done so i went here and had the worst experience. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles and would not stop commenting on them. I get it. I need to stop picking. Then, she insisted on cutting my cuticles a second time when she actually cut too far and made it BLEED. On my bloody nail, she still used a base coat, polish and top coat so my bodily fluids are now on those brushes. I am only realizing after the fact that if they did this with me, they probably do it with other people. read more
