I am writing this review on behalf of myself and a friend of mine who came on a separate day. Back in March me and a friend came to get pedicures and manicures. In the past I remember it being a relaxing event, you sit in a massage chair and read a magazine or look on your phone or have a nice conversation with your friend while they did a pedicure. When we went they treated me like I was a NASCAR at a pit stop. First we got there early so we could look at nail colors but they rushed us right into the chair, I wanted to paint my nails green for St Patrick's and they didn't have a very good selection like they used to, was also planning on getting gel nails done but when I asked for the book of options they now have downsized it to barely anything and it's only one of each color. No sparkle no glimmer just boring. This caused us to have to pay 10 extra dollars more than we wanted to so we could get this new metallic fingernail powder. While I was sitting I was trying to have a conversation my friend but I found it hard to do as they kept grabbing my hands and moving my feet around and trying to get me to get all my nails done at once. There is no relaxation, I felt very rushed. They weren't even that busy. The cost came out a lot more than I planned, never had I spent this much money on getting nails done, not even for my wedding. The second review is based on what happened with my friend when she came there a couple weeks ago. She had made an appointment, we got there on time and there was only three people working. They were all busy, and were taking in more people than they should had. My friend wasn't put into pedicure chair until 25 minutes after her appointment, they got the water set up but then left her there soaking for 25 more minutes. In this time more people were coming in, and instead of doing the right thing and let him know it was going to be at least an hour wait they had them sit down. There were three extra people who were just walk-ins, who were waiting at least an hour before being served when they could have just went somewhere else but the people working there I guess really wanted the money. Almost an hour later they finally got started on my friend, finished her pedicure and then told her she had to wait for someone to finish her manicure. That was about another 15 minutes or so. We were both very annoyed, she made the appointment, but I guess that doesn't matter. They apologized for making her way so long, and stated that weekends were their most busiest. We get that but like I said she made an appointment and she still had to wait an hour before being served, and the fact that they kept letting walk-ins come in causing them to have to wait an hour or so before being helped themselves when they could have been kind and given them a idea of how long of a wait it would be. To us it's very inexcusable. We used to love coming here, it had more of a relaxing atmosphere, didn't seem like a push for upsale. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. The prices are definitely more affordable than most places but if we're going to be rushed, and treated like our time doesn't matter, then this isn't the place for us. Each to their own, hopefully other people have better experiences. read more

My experience at this nail salon was disappointing. When I came in to get my nails done, I did not feel welcomed, and the customer service from one of the employees with orange hair felt unprofessional. The overall vibe with her was not good and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. After I paid, I waited for my receipt, but I never received one. Instead, she walked away without saying anything or even thanking me for coming in, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

Love this place! The ONLY place I get gel pedicures. I don't know what they do differently than other places, but my gel pedicures last forever and never chip. The dark purple color is 2 months after I got it and the cat eye is yesterday. The are also very sweet. read more

First timer here!! Met my sis in law here to get our vacation toes and nails done and left happy! We had an appt so we had no wait at all, and nail techs immediately started working on us. The salon was clean, and cheery and the nail techs were all very friendly. Included with the gel manicure is a dip in the powder to keep them from chipping for 3 weeks, and It also included a nice little neck rub. They have many colors of polish and overall the services were great! $80 for gel manicure and pedi!! read more

Very friendly employees and they did a nice job. There were some minor hiccups since the first employee that helped us was new and still learning English. The guy that took over did a great job cleaning up my toes. I was just bummed that the water in the pedicure bowl/sink just does not get very hot at all. this was my first time trying this place, and i am definitely coming back! i called earlier today to set up an appointment and they had availability. my husband and i got manicures + pedicures. they were so sweet and gave out tons of compliments. we were helped right away. i absolutely love how my nails came out! they had such good finesse . the salon was really relaxed. it seems they book their appointments far apart as the people before were just on the way out and then just as i'm about to finish the next appointment arrived. it was all hands on deck with our services. my husband and i will definitely be coming back. i recommend the deluxe pedicure! thank you for my nails! read more

service = gel nails quality = less than average, had to request to paint entire nail as they leave a margin from skin to where they start painting giving appearance of nails just painted to those of a week old. vibe = horrible, the girl that painted my nails had me soak nails in cold water, she apparently did not give a flying f**k about her customer, also she was on her cell phone texting the entire time, often stopping the process to reply to whoever she was communicating with. Then abruptly had another girl finish my last two nails while she took a voice call. Shame on her. This salon is the worst, I have gone to numerous salons in the area and will never go back to this one. Don't waste your time.
