I've been on a mission to find the best Pad Kra Pao around here ever since I had it at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok two years ago and fell in love with it. Thai Rice & Noodle is the closest I've found to scratching that itch. Their Pad Kra Pao is excellent. I've also had their papaya salad, mango sticky rice, and khao soi, and all of it has been delicious. The khao soi in particular is fantastic if you like a rich, curry-based soup. Honestly, everything I've tried has made me want to keep working my way through the menu. One helpful tip on spice level: the first time I ordered, I got level 5, and it wasn't quite as hot as I wanted. The next time I added a note asking for "Thai hot please," and that got it where I wanted it. So if you really like heat, that may help.
