Yelped this little Gem and was anxious to try it. It's located right next to our favorite Mexican restaurant and remember seeing it when we pulled up. Started off with the spring rolls. They were good and fresh. I'd like to have had some fresh basil inside them. The peanut sauce was Devine. The perfect compliment. The crab Rangoon was soooo good. Lightly crispy in texture and delicious. One of the best I've ever eaten. The chicken pad Thai was "ok". I ordered a 2 in heat level and it was served a bit more "hotter" than I'd have liked. The chili oil slightly over powered the dish. The range offered was 1-5 in terms of spice and thought I'd be safe with a 2. I'm still trying to decide if I liked it or not (I'm super picky when it comes to Thai food) Landing 3 stars for the Pad Thai. The fried rice was good as was the wonton soup. My sis enjoyed it even though she's not a huge Thai food lover. This is a hole in the wall with only 6 tables. Service was Friendly and quick. My Thai place was recommended to me. I was trying to find an authentic Thai restaurant close to where I live and was told this is the spot.. M that I had ordered the spicy basil and chicken dish, the fried tofu appetizer and the fried shrimp appetizer during my last visitm The spicy basil and chicken dish I ordered I asked for a level two spice because I wasn't really wanting something super spicy . Their level two is other Thai restaurants levels three or four so it was spicier than I had anticipated but I didn't mind because I do like spicy food. I just wasn't in the mood for it at night, but it was good.Mm crispy shrimp appetizers were probably the best I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. The wonton wrapper on the outside was super crispy almost no oil which I really appreciate it wasn't greasy tasting and there was I want to say spinach or a green vegetable that was also incorporated inside the wrap so I really really like that The most disappointing item that I got was the fried tofu because it was overcooked almost to the point of being burnt, which made it very dried out and tough . Sadly, this was the one dish. I was really excited about because so few places make or fried tofu anymore. The portion size was fair for the price, but it was pretty inedible. I will probably not be ordering this dish again. Overall, the portion size for the price was very fair . The main entrée and the shrimp appetizer I ordered were delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the kitchen looked spotless and immaculate. It's a great little neighborhood restaurant. Ordered take out on a recommendation from a coworker. Maybe we should've dined there instead of ordering take out. The beef curry was decent flavored but really watery. Like it was the leftovers made from lunch, they spiced it up alright but not best Thai curry. We also ordered some Tom Yum with shrimp. But we only got like 3-4 shrimp in the entire order. This cozy little Thai spot definitely delivers in a big way on the flavor, even though it may be small(seating about 15-20 people) You order right at the counter, grab for yourself a seat, and then the food will be brought right out when it is ready. Mango Sticky Rice capped the meal off after we had shared Drunken Noodles, and the Thai Papaya Salad, and the Chicken Satay. Everything we had was absolutely delicious; the real star of this meal for me was dessert. The Mango Sticky Rice was quite sweet, quite comforting, as well as a perfect ending for the meal. TheirThai Tea was something we had as well, and it was rich and refreshing. The service was quite fast and efficient and also friendly. I can definitely see myself coming back to this spot here. Ordered the red curry with Chicken spice level 4, it was watered down like soup, spice was maybe a 1. there ingredients were thin more like soup, not much chicken in small strips. The food was delicious and authentic. The portions were very generous in size. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken and there was lots of chicken in the dish and must say the best we've had here in this area. Another dish we ordered was Rad Na a noddle dish with Chinese broccoli and chicken. Excellent taste of one of Thailand famous meals. For appetizer we had the crispy Spring Rolls. This newest of Thai restaurants in this area had only been open 5 months. Give it a try we think you'll enjoy your lunch or dinner. You order your meal at the window inside and the menu is just above where you order. Your meal is served in a carry out container, so if you are full and have left overs, you can grab a lid and take it home for lunch tomorrow. It is a generous portion. Enjoyed the beautiful framed photos around the room of various temples in Thailand as well as different foods of Thailand. One thing that we enjoy in going out to eat is the ambiance in a restaurant.
