We left another place and our Friend recommended here... What a Great Choice!!! We had awesome service by Maria Cristina while tasting delicious food and a great view. Very airy ambiance with friendly staff. We enjoyed the Chicken Sausage Burritos, Mushrooms Tartine, Burgers and Fruit Platter washing it with Prosecco Tamarindo Mimosas... Excellent view and rooftop pool.
I really enjoyed eating at Arya for my birthday! I wanted to go somewhere with good food, scenic and also with a view of water. Arya checked off all of boxes. Our waiter was really nice even though some of the items weren't available because they were going the a transition in ownership but The food was good. It just didn't didn't blow me away, I think the salmon bites should be bigger because the batter takes away a lot of the salmon taste because they're so small. The sauce provided was a holladaise sauce which was good I just would have rather larger bites. The steak was cooked perfectly and my drink was made right. The lighting underneath the railing provided perfect lighting for pictures and it was by the water. The pool in the dining area provided very a very beautiful ambiance in the restaurant. I would recommend Arya to anyone I. The San Juan area looking for an elegant night out.
The food and drinks was absolutely fantastic. I had the quesadilla and truffle fries and I really enjoyed it. The drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection of cocktails. That said, the only downside was that our food did take awhile to come out. While it did not ruin the experience we still really enjoyed the view. I would come back again.
I had made a reservation here for a bachelorette party of 15 after hearing so much about it from online reviews and other friends. Suffice it to say, we had a poor experience and would not return. The views were quite pretty from the rooftop especially for a dinnertime reservation - you could see the beautiful city lights sparkling below. However, that's where the good news stops. The menu is extremely limited with NO vegetarian entree options, but our host was able to accommodate us with veggie quesadillas instead of the carnitas on the menu. We ordered that quesadilla, Truffle Fries, and Mozzarella Empanadas to share between a couple of us. First of all our food arrived 1.5 hours after our reservation time, 1 hour after we had ordered. The fries were cold and soft by the time we got them, the promised veggie quesadillas lacked cheese (which we said to keep in), and the portions were very small for the price. After waiting over 90 minutes for our food (I checked the clock), this was super disappointing. The server took back the quesadillas to add cheese and replaced our fries with hot ones, but by that point 2 hours had gone by and some of us weren't even hungry anymore. Also, a friend's sliders had string / thread on the dish under the sliders, which was pretty disgusting when she noticed it. We did talk to the manager who took some of the items off the bill and gave us complimentary green tea shots and dessert (bread pudding and rocky road ice cream), which was actually quite good, so we really appreciated him taking the time to listen to us and make amends. Overall, we would not come again but we were really appreciative of the manager for redeeming the experience with empathy and accommodations.
This kind of place isn't really my thing. I'm interested in more casual settings but wanted to see the sunset from here after finding some photos. The sunset was indeed amazing! Perfect views from the outside rooftop patio. The drinks were good but overpriced. The seating was comfortable and bathrooms clean. But my god, walked in and immediately felt everyone staring. We were a little underdressed but even the staff were standoffish and acted holier than thou. This really impacted our overall experience so we had one drink each, saw the sunset, and left immediately and I don't plan to go back.
I don't eat meat but I'm not going to lie I did lick a lot of the sauce of these ribs. The sauce was so good it left a Smokey flavor in your mouth after too. Although salty the ribs were made to perfection and were falling off the bone. Pretty amazing. My pesto Gnocchi w/shrimp was great, also salty and seemed like not enough Gnocchi but the fact that the shrimps were huge and fresh made up for that. Overall great taste. Great views. Strong drinks. Decor is cute. Place was empty maybe that or the no music placing made the place feel boring.... But very cute. Great date spot.

This is a beautiful rooftop bar with both an indoor and outdoor area. Unfortunately, it was insanely too hot to go outside and relax by the pool in the early afternoon hours. However, it was nice that the indoor area was well attended and served beautiful drinks to enjoy. All in all, I wish that there was some sort of covering outside so that you could enjoy the view and the lagoon while sipping on a drink. But perhaps that's inevitable given the glaring sun. All in all, beautiful hotel and decor. I'd definitely be back. read more
My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate my 70th solar return (!) during our birthday trip to Puerto Rico and I am so pleased she did! Beautiful rooftop views of Condado, impeccable service, and we were seated next to a group celebrating a wedding. So we ordered our cocktails and relaxed, thoroughly enjoying the liveliness and energy from the celebrants. I ordered the Burrata Salad, a delightful combination of roasted portobello, tomatoes, balsamic, and a sun-dried tomato panko topping. Simply delicious. MG was not as lucky with her Churrasco, a tender, rare, marinated piece of steak topped with chimichurri. She told the server she was severely allergic to onions and he assured her there were no onions in the chimichurri - going so far as to ask the chef - but her first two bites tipped her off and sure enough, chunks of onion were visible even in the dim lighting. I had a bite and it was delicious, but that mistake made her extremely ill later on. When the dish was returned and requested to be served sans topping, they brought her a salmon filet instead. She enjoyed the salmon but her symptoms became unbearable by the time we left and she was too miserable to walk back to our hotel. My advice is to please, PLEASE listen when your customer reports an allergy and take it seriously. (I didn't dock any stars because it didn't affect *me. I know, yikes.) read more

Enjoyed a delicious meal at this classy waterfront rooftop! The churrasco was perfectly cooked and the corn cheese biscuits that came with the guava ribs were tasty. Reservations are required but the high quality service, drinks and food is worth it. read more

My husband took me here for my birthday dinner! It was a surprised and I was truly amazed with the scenery. It's located on top of the hotel. I will say there is not really an extensive menu for the dinner selections but we chose steak and salmon and both dishes were amazing. read more

The view is Awsome . 5 star The burger was a 5 star . Thin French fries excellent ! The pancakes were a little small but were above average . 3.5 The Cuban was excellent but a tad salty 4 Service was good , will come back read more

I have to first mention our waiter Jesus, he was truly amazing. , his attention to detail was really appreciated. The place is lovely with good views of the lagoon and port. The terrace is very comfortable (although chairs are a little low). We didn't have cocktails but they all looked delicious. Had a bottle of wine which we enjoyed and an appetizer of calamari which was good. The catch of the day was wonderful. read more
Excellent service, ambiance, and food. Although I had dinner reservations elsewhere, we came here for drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were so good that I wanted to stay for dinner! The staff were so friendly and the view was unmatched. Great place, I look forward to returning. Btw, there isn't an extensive menu but there are specialties off menu as well. Particularly important for a vegetarian like myself. read more

Wow, food is so good, price is reasonable (especially compared to other places we had been in San Juan), and the view is great for sunset. Get your reservation and come for dinner. You will not regret. read more

Came here twice. The first was solely for drinks as we had dinner reservations at Raya. Service was good and they were attentive. They have amazing drinks and an awesome smoky old fashioned. The view was spectacular as we were approaching sunset. The second time....not so good. We came for brunch with prior reservations mind you that were made a week in advance and we were told any time was open as they had no other reservations. Well when we got there at our specified to me there were no more outside tables only if for tables. They also didn't ANY table reserved for us. They just sat us wherever it was open. I'm not a walk-in. I have a reservation. And if I'm going to an upscale place ready to drop a done, I expect on of your best tables reserved particularly outside in the shade where everyone wants it. Needles to say I was upset and I courteously told them. No I wasn't mean nor did I catch an attitude. I simply expected better. They also had no bloody Mary's for BRUNCH!! Come on now! This an upscale place that attracts tourists and promotes their brunch and Rooftop area. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE BLOODY MARY MIX?? Huge let down. Not coming here again. (throws up peace sign) . read more
