Had to pull over on the side of the road to bend it back up since it was already damaged. Went to the location and got a bunch of BS about there's nothing they can do and to call and file a report with corporate. I did that and no response. So quick to charge $100+ for a simple oil change then tuck your tails and run because your employees don't know what they are doing. No accountability, typical trash service from a poorly run business. Only went because was in need of a last minute oil change before a road trip. Next time I know better and would go ANYWHERE before even thinking of going to this rip off business.

Not sure if it was because we were all women or not but I did not like it. So I decided to try the location on Pike Street in Lawrenceville. What a difference a location can make. The guys here were very nice and not pushy. They changed my oil, checked my filters and did a small inspection on all my fluids etc. They pulled a cabin filter out of my car and showed it to me. It was filthy and needed to be changed. I was surprised that the Snellville location had not seen this filthy filter(?) They even continued to take customers after their closing time just to make sure everyone was taken care of. During the oil change, they performed a full courtesy check while I waited in the car, showed me my air filter, and explained the oil options without being pushy, and helped me decide the best option for me and my car. Exceptional Service -- Business Earned for Life…read more 5 Star Experience - must read! We brought our 2021 Kia Telluride to Strickland Brothers for a routine oil change. Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I've already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service -- but this experience was different. I can confidently say I will never get my oil changed anywhere else, and I will be using Strickland Brothers for any automotive service they offer. I'll continue referring people without hesitation. This is only the second time in my entire life I've said this about a business: They've earned my business for life.

I came in for a oil change and ended up with my filters changed and new windshield wipers as well Wheww lol , but anyways i pulled up with me an my baby in the care it took about 6 mins for someone to address us hence the car in front of us was blocking the entry for us to pull up but once someone did come to speak he asked her to move her car forward so the rest of us can get by . The gentleman asked me what i needed done and i told him a oil change he said ok I'm next he then came out back with water , juice and candy for my baby that was nice complementary snacks while you wait that was a plus right along with us being able to sit in the car while our oil was being changed . They were very informative as well great service 5/5 .
