I'm doing a renovation on a house. Working with 10 different companies/tradesman at various points in process. Bee removal extremely important to access roof/attic/paint etc. This is the second bee company which has shown its incompetence. And I've had no issue except for these bee companies. Both have charged MORE than their stated quote. Job has been what was predicted, reasonably easy access, no snafus, yet charged more (and ironically it's never LESS). I mean at least ONCE they have to come across a job that's easier than expected, right? But I digress. I've paid $500 to first company who quoted 250.00. "Oh there were 2 hives". Second company, ASAP (now somebody else/other name) comes out cuts hole in stucco (which is fine/appropriate) but says one hive removed along with 100lbs of honey. 975.00. (Orig quote 750.00 AFTER the tech had been out there and assessed. But regardless of shady business, after paying nearly 1500.00, I still have bees. Plenty. And when brought to their attention, both companies went to house when I wasn't there (which is not ideal but they have eyes). ASAP goes out to house at 8 pm. Rarely have heard of a swarm attacking someone at dusk. They're in the hive! Basically saying I'm seeing things along with roofers, handyman, and painter. I sent a short cell phone video of the bees and got ZERO response. The bee biz must be about as "fly" by night as the undercoating and rust proofing business. Don't use these companies. read more

I talked to someone sunday at 6:00 pm Told me they would call me 1/2 hour before they got to the sight were the bees are. Guess what never called me back and they do not answer their phone now. What kind of service is that. Crappy!!!!!!! read more

If I could give more than five stars I would! I have a really bad wasp problem and they took down six nest that were scattered on my property. I let them know I have my grandma living with me which is why I was scared of her getting stung and that we noticed wasp coming in and out of the ceiling fan on our back patio still after they sprayed. It was a relief to know that there are those who would take the time to look after as does ASAP. I called the pest control company, Simply Green, I use to find out if they remove bees and was told yes. The person that answered the phone was forthcoming that the bees were killed. As did some of the other companies I called. She however understood my concern and immediately recommended ASAP. That's good customer service. We bought a home in Sun City West in March, 2019. The previous owners had a bee problem which they told us they had taken care of. I decided to go with them due to the fact that their worker named "Doug " said that they guarantee their work and quoted me for the work of removing the beehive and Removing the bees . Which I have receipts of. So I paid to remove everything and I mean everything they said that if any bees came back on my property that it will be taken care of for free as part of their guarantee here I am today calling them back to let them know that the bees are back . Freaking out over "Africanized" bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services. I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big. I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews, got Kevin on the phone right away. He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem. But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, "Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps?" With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look. I then realized "Hey, those are Wasps, not bees!" I told Kevin. Well, instead of just saying "no problem, we take care of Wasps also", he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning "if you're not afraid to"), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store! He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! ) I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting. The guy told us to call back the next afternoon if they were still there. i thought that was awesome since her could have just come out and killed and Bees and charged us. Had bees congregating at a point 25 ft up the second story of our commercial building. Our regular pest control guy recommended ASAP Bee removal. They came out very quickly and sprayed the Bees, this diminished the number of bees right away. They gave us a bid to remove the hive, which included removal of some stucco outside. We had them come back a week later for removal....WOW! The hive was huge! Did I mention it was about 25ft up in a hard to reach location? Service was great , only took 30 mins, the bee exterminator was thorough, showed us the bee honeycombs that have developed inside roof of our garage. Thankfully, there was no bee hive yet. He sprayed and covered the entry point for the bees. Explained that bees were going to be around the area for several days as they was already honey in the roof.
