Pete and his crew were amazing. Professional, informative, & prompt. I explained all my concerns and wants, and sent photos of each room via text so he could see what I was referring to, he went over all details with me, and made me feel comfortable and content with his services, I set up a cleaning appointment. They arrived right on time, asked if it was ok to park where they could better access my home with their van unit, and even wiped their feet before coming in. Pete explain the cleaning products, how the process would go, and how long it would take. He did a walk through of all the rooms, paid attention to every inch of each room. I have a 7 month old puppy who had her accidents, which I explained and showed Pete. He went through with their black light, and showed me spots I didn't even know about or smell! He didn't rush me through the process, didn't push extra cleaning, and didn't make me feel dumb when he found extra pee spots. He is not out to going on price , he truly is out to help make your home cleaner! My carpets and tile looks new! I'm shocked and so happy! We purchased my husband's Grandmother's home and the carpets looked like a lost cause. I called ASAP because I love giving business to local companies. I called the number and got Pete the owner. He came out that very day to look at our house and give an estimate. Pete arrived and said our carpet wasn't that bad and he could get it looking new again. Of coarse I had my doubts because there were some really bad stains but I gave it a go. Pete arrived early (which anyone would love). He was singing and ready to start his day :) He and his helper (sorry forgot his name) came and and jumped right to it. My 2,100+ sf house is almost all carpet except the kitchen/backroom and they just breezed though it. I was going to have to leave to take my daughter to school an hour later and thought they would be there a couple of hours but low and behold in just an hour he was done. ASAP does an amazing job. They did 2 rooms, 2 chairs, 2 rugs and a couch for me in about 2.5 hours. They really did a wonderful job on the furniture and my husbands recliner looks brand new again. You don't realize how bad they have gotten until you see the amazing work Pete does. Price was affordable and well worth what we paid. I LOVE this company .... they came and cleaned my carpets in my home ... I had let my carpets go longer than normal because my daughter had been sick for a long time and it made it harder to plan a GOOD time to get them done. They still came out soooo VERY CLEAN !!! AMAZING! I thought I would have to replace the carpet in one of my rental homes. The carpet wasn't very old but it was so dirty, stains and gum all over. The absolute cheepest,fastest, most thorough, nicest carper cleaners I have ever had. Got the quote on feiday night and they were here monday morning. They could have probably came sooner, but my schedule was busy. They cleaned my tiles and my whole upstairs. Best job I have ever had done.
