Sure sure, the stressed out, underpaid federal employee warned us that he can't guarantee that everyone in line would be seen, but they really should have cut the line so that people didn't waste 3 hours in line for absolutely nothing. He was clearly overwhelmed and annoyed, maybe by other people who might've yelled at him in the past? No clue. No one was yelling at him when we were there - he was kinda rude and dismissive to the 50 of us who were waiting in line at his mercy. What a GD waste of time. We ended up going to the Glendale location for an appointment the next day and the experience was night and day. The review for that location is in my profile, but seriously go there instead!! Also, we came here in the fall for an appointment before and the woman taking our daughter's passport photo was very impatient and did not really care to give us retakes for our daughter's first passport photo.
