I understand the inconvenience of coming in late in the day, but I arrived before closing time & spent extra time before arriving trying to make sure the transaction would be as seamless as possible. I desperately needed these packages to get to my loved ones for my dying relative's sake & now I am not sure that will happen. Tread lightly & maybe call before using for anything very important. Edited to respond to Owners response: none of that information was delayed in any way shape or form. Poor communication & poor business practice. You store packages for your PO Box recipients so not entirely true. No thank you! I should not have to call a business during their business hours showing open to obtain information they don't readily advertise. Keep trying to justify your situation but you were open per your posted hours, you could have accepted packages to be sent out ASAP & you simply decided to ask me to return because it was simpler for you. Understandable, but that doesn't show your innate concern for the customer. The business does not appear to consistently follow its posted operating hours, which can delay carrier pickups from services such as DHL and FedEx. As a result, packages may sit for multiple days before being processed and picked up. They seem disorganized, and customer service was not as professional as it should be. She's just rude.
