Since he offers mobile service, he came directly to me, which was a huge help when I was dealing with a broken windshield at 9am in the morning. Even though he was very busy that day, JC still made time to replace my windshield when no one else in the area could help me the same day. He and his team worked quickly, carefully, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. His price was also very reasonable compared with the quotes I received from larger companies that morning. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. We even compared the manufacturer information on the original windshield and the replacement, and they matched. I was especially nervous about the front camera and safety sensors. -- Since the object struck nearly on top of the sensor (pictures below). JC explained the process, checked everything after the installation, and made sure there were no errors or warning lights on my dashboard. We tested everything before he left, and the camera and sensors worked without any issues. I'm really thankful I found JC online. He helped me out when I needed it most, charged me a fair price, and made sure the job was done correctly. I'll be keeping his business card handy and recommending him to my family and friends. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.
