Steve completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the process, sent me detailed pictures throughout the repair, showed me any damaged parts that actually needed replacement, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle at all times. That level of transparency is rare these days, and it immediately built trust and loyalty. I was especially concerned about the parking sensors and avoiding unnecessary recalibration costs, and they handled my vehicle with incredible care. Steve and the technician who worked on my Land Cruiser went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and professionally.
