SCAM- it's not a company it a broker and scammers. they connect you with more scam drivers. We hired this company and they increased the price to nearly 3× the original quote after loading our belongings. When we pushed back, they barely reduced it and then delivered our items a month later with damage everywhere (broken TV, scratched bedroom furniture, and more). Communication was nearly non-existent while they had our things. We have photos, the contract, and messages showing the price gouge and damages. The owner, Hamza, refused to take responsibility. We're filing complaints. Save yourself the headache -- choose a reputable mover and verify DOT and BBB records first.

my mother used this service from Tampa to Texas and majority of her things went missing and the other came destroyed and broken providing a number to make a claim for all the damages and inconvenience no one answers that and they dismiss you not caring what trouble and damages they've done and my mom is an elderly woman trusting these ppl and they basically took advantage of that.

Moving day was a long affair, but Alex and his crew gave it their all until the bitter (and very late) end.

tl;dr Dispatch was great, crew was horrible…read more I want to be fair. Dispatch was professional, helpful, and the price was reasonable, especially for short notice. I wasn't pushed to give more of a tip, although I did tip more than recommended. I was initially really satisfied, but have since discovered they deliberately damaged a 6-level stacked metal card cabinet. When I included it in the inventory, I wasn't aware there were still items in the drawers. Our move was extremely chaotic, and the moving service that we used prior, checked all drawers to make sure they were empty, before moving items. People make mistakes, especially in stressful circumstances. Nonetheless, I accept that the responsibility of checking was still ultimately mine. However, if I had been made aware there were still items inside, I would have apologized, and either offered to pay more, or moved the drawers myself. After arriving at the new location, my son heard clinking sounds, as one of the movers walked past him smirking, while shaking and swinging the drawers, one in each hand. He then threw the drawers on their sides, onto one of my metal bookcases, which was apparently repeated for all 6 stacks. Between the throwing and shaking, the outer surfaces of the drawers and top of the bookcase were scratched and scuffed. The individual drawers were so badly dented that I had trouble putting several back in once removed, to retrieve the items that had been flung into the very back, past the drawers. They could have refused to take the cabinet, like they did with several boxes I had pointed out at the beginning of the move as needing to be prioritized. I had to beg and offer them more money to get those boxes onto the truck, because they said they'd already taken enough items. It wasn't until they called dispatch that they were told I had preemptively paid more the day before, because I didn't want to risk undercounting the boxes and other items. Dispatch said I didn't owe anything more, and told them to take the boxes. I was trying to understand why this crew didn't simply decline to move the cabinet, like with the boxes. They would have been well within their rights, because it violated their company's policy. Given the smirking and throwing, the only conclusion I can make is that this crew found messing with customers and damaging their items, fun.

On January 12 approximately 10 PM I purchased a unit, I attempted to move in on the 13th. I say…read moreAttempted because After I rented my van from Home Depot. I went home picked up the six boxes And drove to the storage unit, Mind you the storage unit, my house and Home Depot are about seven blocks from each other. I get to the storage unit. It's about 830 AM, The sign on the door says open come on in. I try to open the door but it's locked. about five minutes still nobody I called the call center at (929) 547-9621, " they do not have a physical person that works at this location and that the key is inside the storage unit" I thought OK well I guess that's possible. But when I went to the storage unit and I attempted to open it, it didn't open it was locked. So I called the 929 number listed above again Spoke to a different person, The second person I spoke to Stated " They're probably walking or helping somebody into their new unit, And asked if I could give 5-10 Minutes" I gave 11 Person still not there. So I called the 929 number a 3rd time This time I expressed my frustration again and the lady on the phone Stated " There is one person for multiple facilities nearby. There was an emergency at another facility." It sounded like she was gonna ask me to just wait and be patient, but I cut her off and stated " That's not my problem, I want my money back. I have to return the van by 10 AM it's 926 " She said that she will put a request in for the cancellation While driving back home to drop off everything that was supposed to go into the storage unit A gentleman from this location called me and gave me a different excuse, He stated "Hi John, you requested a cancellation" I said yes he then stated "why" and I expressed my frustration again. Then he stated "Well, you need to understand sir. There is more than 100 units and I have to check every single one of them so you need to understand that" giving me an attitude. I said "then there should be two people working in that office not one, and that is not my problem that you have to go check everything". He then stated " Well what do you want me to do?" "To process my cancellation & my return like the Request says" I said. "Fine" he's said. I said "Thank you. You have a good day" right before I was able to hang up he said. "Fuck You" That's when I called the 929 number again unfortunately they don't have supervisors but they said that I should be receiving a call from upper management still waiting. This person that was on the phone was helpful, but she kept saying things like but sir, you need to understand no no that's not my problem. That's your problem going back-and-forth. I understand she wasn't the one that cursed at me, but she is guilty by association. Four different excuses, Rude employees disrespectful employees. If I could give zero stars, (wish I can give negative stars), I would

Still feel the same way about U-Haul Corporate who made the decision to cut…read morecosts by mandating customers and staff use the online check in/check out rental truck clusterf$ck, however, management at this location seems to have figured out how to lessen the pain. After vowing to never rent from U-Haul again, circumstances were such that I had to give them another go. Tip #1: DO NOT pick up OR return your rental truck after business hours. Call the location to make sure you know when staff is there and when staff leaves on the day you are picking up and returning your rental. This way someone can assist you when the online process crashes and doesn't work, which ALWAYS happens. I made sure to pick up my rental at 9am on a Sunday. SELMA was there and using an iPad, she assisted everyone on the cue, entering in their information so that they could pick up their rental truck with relative ease. SELMA was amazing!!!!! I was in and out in about 10 minutes and I didn't feel like crying. I just returned my rental vehicle today, Tuesday and arrived at 9:30 AM. I had my Uhaul rental order cued up on my iPhone ready to drop off and go through scan-click-scan-take photos-upload-app crash hell, but instead, staff member KAVON greeted me and said he'd be responsible for check out, and that I didn't have to go through the app nightmare. He asked me how the rental vehicle was during my move, and he confirmed how much I was going to be charged which matched the estimated cost of the rental I received when I booked the truck. Tip #2: It was still my responsibility to take photos of the rental after check in to be able to drive off the property and was subjected to having to use their online system. Sadness. As always, it crashed on me after I had taken and uploaded pics, but the second time it worked. I MOSTLY check "dispute" and upload if the there is even a tiny scratch on passenger side, front, back, roof, interior, etc. I rarely check on "accept". Since I returned during open business hours, KAVON took over the check out and examined the rental upon return and did not find any "damage" that wasn't already there so I was free to go. I hope these tips are helpful. Godspeed to you all!
