I am only midway through treatment & very frustrated!! I'll be going in to the office today so I can't be ignored. And the HE in this review is SHAWN MICHAEL CUSTER D.D.S. operating two locations. One in Greeley and one in Ft. Collins. Notices were posted on both doors advising the Greeley office closed February 12, 2024. An email address was in the notice as a way to contact him. Three emails later and still no response. The email also states it will take approximately 2 weeks for "records releases". IT'S BEEN 12 WEEKS AS OF TODAY AND STILL NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE!! What appears to be his personal cell phone number listed in the email is useless, as no one will answer. Lastly, I sent a certified letter to his home address that I found on the voter registration site. THE JERK WON'T EVEN PICK UP HIS CERTIFIED LETTER WHICH I SENT "RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED"! That was two weeks ago. Today I called in to the Tom Martino Troubleshooter show, and it seems they plan to help me locate him. This is absolutely outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a horrible person/businessman with no balls whatsoever! Face the people you screwed!

They are really quite wonderful. Be forewarned, however, because if you are a baseball aficionado, you might find yourself getting a little jealous, sitting there in the waiting room. I have been treated by Dr. Bobier himself, as well as two other dentists, and of course a hygienist. They have all been amiable as well as professional. I dare you to find better in this area. I was scheduled once and was told to take the antibiotic before my appointment. They called to cancel it right before my appointment. Rescheduled a second time called to cancel about an hour before my appointment, then told me they would put me on a waitlist since the next appointment was months. I definitely understand understaffed however this was completely unprofessional. If you don't have enough employees, stop taking new patients! I ended up coming to a new dentist, they did a full exam new X-rays and stated not seeing any infection or need for a deep cleaning, concerns of why a antibiotic was prescribed. Just seems rushed understaffed and no communication skills.

I'm sorry, but if I called two weeks ago to confirm I shouldn't have to respond to your automated texts. Horrible billing. I've never had an appointment that I didn't have to call about issues. High turn around likely bc everyone is so incompetent. Dr. Waldo was the best thing that ever happened to this clinic and now that's he's gone this place and their policies are not best practice nor patient centric. Avoid them at all costs.

This is a small practice, one dentist and one hygienist from what I can tell. Dr. Bernbaum is very friendly and will happily regale you with stories while he works. My hygenist Des is a true gem. She was efficient, but not in a rush. I have braces and have found that most cleanings are just deficient, but not hers! She was so thorough and even gave me a mirror so I could point out anything I noticed that she may have missed (not much). I had an absolutely wonderful experience!
