Andre, I'm loving the great customer service your are providing right now... this will be the 3rd time I'm reaching out to you this week, twice on Friday a phone call and a text, yesterday a text message and now another text message... still without a response!!! I need you to owe up to your word and come out here to fix my gate door. You charged me also 10k for this fence.. with an 2 year warranty!! We haven't made it 1 year with this fence you built. And we are having problems with it. We decided to go with you because we thought you were a good person to deal with.. honestly, integrity was one of the key factor why we hired you to do the job...It's not major but it will be if you don't get out here to fix it before it gets worse... I need you to call me back!!! I know your a busy man.. and I know you are not making any money on warranty work. We paid a lot of money for a non working gate.. Trust me when I tell you, I know your not trying to see me as much as I'm not trying to see you!!! I just need you to come and fix it... By you not calling me back or responding back will determine the route I will take legally to get this problem resolved... I can't say what kind of fence they do but after talking to Andre I believe he only does quality work. We have a new subdivision going in around us. The construction noise is awful! We decided to put up a fence because it didn't look like the builder was going to. Found Ascot Fence - Andre was informative & responsive. He met with us later that day & spoke with the builder. He found out that the builder is putting up a fence. Now he could have still put up a fence & charged us - we didn't know. Instead he told us & saved us a chunk of change. Appreciate his honesty & integrity. Will definitely be calling him for any fencing needs in the future. read more

My wife and I are buying a house in Keller using our VA Loan but it would not pass the Inspection because of the fence. I called several company that put Fences up but everyone of them told me it would be next week or beyond the reason they gave was because of all the weather we been having here in Texas lately which is the truth we have been getting a lot of rain. But the Gentleman from Ascot heard my story and he said he could have it done possible Monday but then truly surprised me when he rushed over today (3 Jun 2016 @ 1600 (4pm)) and did the job. It took maybe 45 to an hour to correct the problem with my soon to be Fence. My husband and I just paid Ascot Fence several thousand dollars to replace our fence. Although the overall job was beautiful, they did break three sprinkler heads, only repaired the one we caught before they left and the others were just left broken on the ground and one of those being my neighbors. They also left my other neighbors gate just hanging there and they could not use it. Having both neighbors come over and complain was very upsetting. My husband had to repair the neighbors gate and repair the sprinkler heads. Trash was left on site. Also, after further investigation, we found over 15 boards that were not attached and we had to attach them ourselves. They never came back and trimmed the old fence posts down in back and they are making the new fence stick out and split. Overall beautiful work but small details left out and follow up is weak. read more

Our experience has been going on for over a month and the wiring that he used was forswimming pools. Then he cut into the wiring in 5 places and kept having the gate company send new items when the problems were self made problems. I PAID him in full. He have never come back to trench the wiring for the gate, wiring which we purchased and my husband has gates working. We're disappointed because he said he could handled the job in 2 days. That was the 2nd week of May. I have called texted asking that he bring the items that he took and has not returned...and finish trenching the wiring. I do not recommend him. Maybe if he completed the job we would change the rating. But, he's disorganized and comes and goes that's why he still has not completed the job that he's paid in full. I'll never pay in full again until I'm happy with the project...live and learn read more

I can't say enough good things about this crew. Andre quoted me and I expected to never see him again. However, his brother and himself run the crews. This is huge to anyone who has ever contracted with a roofer. They quote and disappear. What a GREAT job these guys did for me! The fence is awesome, and he tore down an old shed and hauled it off before laying a new shed concrete slab. Worth every dollar I paid these guys for the work! Would highly recommend!!! read more

Earlier this year Ascot Fence did modifications to my existing fence. Quality of the fence was really good, but I have to mark them down for lack of communication of when the job would start. I waited around all day on the Saturday the owner stated the workers were going to come on that day. No call, no notification from the owner that they were or were not coming. I wasted my day waiting on them. I finally called them back Saturday afternoon (around 4 pm) & the owner stated they had another job they were working on. They finally showed up the week following and completed the work. I paid the owner for the work done. The owner of Ascot fence left to go on to another job they were working on (which was ok). However, when his workers were finishing up the work (which was great), I heard the owner talking to the workers on the phone (he didn't know I heard the conversation) talking to them in an ugly manner (using cuss words I might add)(he asked " why they weren't (cuss word) done yet"), even though they were just finishing the job I had paid for (the workers were on time & were completely professional). I will not give a good review to a company who treats their workers in a degrading manner. No employee deserves to be cussed at under any circumstances & for this reason as well as the owner's lack of communication with me , his customer, (I understand they are busy, but even a text (ie updates) on when they were going to be there would be nice), I would not recommend them. read more

I contracted with Andre to repair the fence between mine and my neighbors house which blew down in a storm. They ran into rock and had to rent a jack hammer to set the posts. I was not kept abreast of this and had to contact Andre to find out of the additional charge. It seems like you should have all the tools necessary to do the job. This is TX......there are rocks everywhere. Nonetheless, the posts were set. When they put the boards up, I noticed they were not prestained as spelled out in my quote: 8' Cedar Fence - side by side - Galvanized Steel Posts - 2"x4" PT Rails - 1"x4" WR Cedar Pickets, prestained Stain Fence - Customer supplied stain 35.00 My neighbor wanted a different color than I did so when I initially met with Andre, I asked about a different color and he said that it was no problem. I just needed to provide the stain that I had on the rest of my fence and he would only charge me $35. He said it would be quick and easy. 15 minutes to spray it. He never mentioned that the prestained wood was oil based and my stain was water based. I had no problem paying for the staining, but when I went to pay the bill and noted that we didn't get the prestained wood, which is an additional cost, I asked him what the difference in cost was since I didn't get the product that he quoted. He said he couldn't stain my fence for $35, which is what HE quoted me!! I didn't come up with that number. I also asked him to remove some slats from the old gate so I could make repairs to my other gate and never took them off. After I asked about it, he "said" they couldn't get them off without destroying them. He then told me he had a bunch of extra slats and would drop some off......He never did. When I went to pay his brother who did the wrap up and staining of the fence, I inquired with him about the extra wood to repair the other gate, he said he would drop them off the next day. He NEVER did. The stain job looked horrible. I had to restain the entire fence and there are already nails/boards coming loose. Pay a little extra money and get a better product and less headache. read more
