Well I want the world to know, that I called the office, spoke to them about what was happening and immediately I felt like they really cared so much about her. Dr. Roth went above and beyond making sure she was happy and comfortable. I was getting emails thorough the night and early morning, checking on my daughter (meant so much). The following day, we went in and Dr. Roth made a slight adjustment, which made a world of difference. When we arrived, he and his staff treated my daughter with so much love and compassion, she was so anxious and nervous and they made her feel so comfortable, so special and important. I have continued to get e-mails checking in on my daughter, which each time I see an email, it truly makes me want to cry! In such a busy crazy world that we live in, not many people would take time out of their day to just "check in". I have to say, Dr. Roth is one of a kind, he truly cares about his patients. I have been to both offices many times, I love both very much and I love that so many of the people that work there, have been with him a very long (some over 20 years), that says a lot about Dr. Roth and his office. If your "estimate" is off by more than 60% then you need to do better. That is unacceptable. I will no longer refer anyone here & I will seriously reconsider returning. What a shame after all these years. So disappointed in the customer service when we checked out & lack of explanation or accountability about their incorrect estimates.

As a parent, you are left with the impression, that this office only cares about your money - not your child. The quicker you sign a treatment contract the better, and even better if you don't ask questions. We have changed to another orthodontist, who is respectful, capable and always ready and able to answer all questions related to orthodontic care. Please know at Snow Orthodontists YOU are going to have to be on top of them if you actually want your money or times worth. You will not get an apology yet the blame game over and over. Highly suggest going to your local or family owned business or practice that will treat you like family vs an inconvenience in their busy schedule.

5 Stars times 4!…read more Doctor Weitzbach has treated my wife, daughter, son and me... all with kindness, compassion, exceptional medical expertise and diligent follow-up. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... We could not ask for more and strongly recommend Dr. Weitzbach.

I realize now that handing me off to a PA should have raised a red flag. The glaring problem is the front office management. This practice is poorly run and they have no respect for patients' time - they simply don't care. Today I drove an hour in traffic and arrived 7 minutes late. I was told first that because I was late there was not time for the PA to conduct the exam, then I was told the PA was pulled into "emergency surgery." Neither of these explanations was plausible. Furthermore, on previous occasions I have remained in the waiting room for excessively long waiting times. What is obvious is that they overbook because they have too many patients and it results in bad medical care. So today, after wasting 2 hours driving, I am leaving Dr. Dye's group to find a practice that has respect for their customers. If you have options I recommend you look elsewhere for dermatological care.

I went for a whole body scan and to see if any of my moles were a problem. They took a biopsy of one and it came back malignant. Dr. Dye gave me a nice 1 1/2" cut to take out a basal cell carcinoma that was small and contained on my stomach. It's common and doesn't spread so I guess it's the best kind to have if you're going to have any kind. The assisting nurse said that he's like a plastic surgeon he's so good. Well, two weeks later the stitches were removed and what was left behind was a really ugly keloid. I don't get keloids. I bought their silicone scar reduction product and used it religiously and it didn't help the scar. I went to a plastic surgeon who will take care of it for about $1500. That plastic surgeon gave me a cortisone shot which minimized it and made it less red but only temporarily. I also had to come back to get leftover stitches removed because I was feeling something sticking out of my chest and it was more thread that wasn't taken out the first time. I wish I could sing Dr. Dye's praises but my experience was not an end result from a doctor whose work is like a plastic surgeon. What I was given was something left behind for a plastic surgeon to fix.

I booked a cleaning based on the complimentary new patient consultation and x-ray advertised on the…read morewebsite. After the appointment, I was billed $277, in addition to the cleaning, for a new patient exam and x-rays. When I contacted billing about the discrepancy, I was told the advertised offer only applies to patients with "something like a toothache," which is not stated anywhere in the ad. I was also told that because multiple x-rays were taken rather than a single x-ray, the promotion no longer applied. I asked whether these distinctions were documented anywhere in writing, and I was told they were not. During the exam, I was not informed that a set of x-rays would be taken that would void the advertised offer. When I questioned the charge afterward, I was told it was my responsibility as the patient to ask whether the promotion applied at the time the x-rays were taken, despite clear advertising with no disclosed exclusions. I was also told I was being aggressive for raising the question. Overall, the experience, particularly with the advertising and billing process, made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of. If you come here, get written confirmation of all costs and what any advertised promotions actually include before agreeing to treatment. EDIT IN REPLY TO THE BUSINESS: I want to clarify a few factual points in their response for accuracy. They state that "concerns regarding billing were first brought to our attention nearly two months after the appointment." This is incorrect. Billing concerns were raised on the day of the appointment and were reiterated again during my call with them on the day this review was posted, just under a month and a half since the appointment, a period that included Christmas and the holidays. Characterizing this as nearly two months later is inaccurate. They also state that the complimentary consultation and x-ray applies only to specific diagnostic visits and excludes comprehensive exams and a full set of x-rays. None of these limitations are disclosed on the website advertisement, nor were they explained to me in writing or in person prior to treatment. These distinctions were communicated only after billing was questioned. Additionally, their response states that all new patients are provided a comprehensive exam and a full set of x-rays. This directly conflicts with the website advertisement stating "New Patients: Complimentary Consult and X-Ray," without any clarification that this refers only to a single image or excludes the standard x-rays they state all new patients receive. The core issue remains the same. An advertised offer with no stated exclusions was used to book the appointment, and the terms that voided that offer were explained only after charges were incurred. All of the attributes you could want in a medical practice they have in abundance. The care my son received for his disordered teeth was pretty amazing. I initially went in for a bottom retainer replacement because mine was lost. They took molds and I came back the following week for pickup. We noticed the new one wasn't long enough to cover my back two teeth (7's?). They took another set of molds and I came back the next week, same problem. Third time they got it long enough but it wasn't the same color I had chosen. At this point I said it's fine, as long as it fits. When I wore it for the first time I woke up with 3 small pieces of plastic in my mouth from the retainer, and who knows how much i ingested overnight. This was very upsetting! I called the office and got my money back because after so many times back and forth I was over it. Again, office staff was great, lab not so much!

Dr BarZion and his team are amazing We started this process…read moreprobably two years ago now it's been smooth, easy and a very friendly to deal with all staff My son's top teeth were actually pushing his bottom teeth and damaging his so we were able to get a retainer to protect his teeth before he got braces as I waited for my flex dollars to kick in. The entire team was very helpful and flexible with the time frame and the financial aspect of it. Whenever we had a problem we could call the doctor and he immediately responded and helped us with whatever we needed Today my son got his braces off and it's been a wonderful experience throughout the entire process
