BLOOMIN' GREAT! I called Paradise Florist and spoke with Diba to order a corsage for my mom's 90th birthday. Because of her age and frailty, I wanted something "light" but not like a boutonniere. He suggested spray roses, as they are smaller. When I simply said "make it pretty" he promised that his wife, the designer, would know just what to do. He was right! When we picked it up, Mrs. asked what the occasion was and when we told her, she said "I am HONORED to have made this for her." Her sincerity and kindness only added to the lovely and perfect corsage for my mom's special day. I am so glad to have found them - wish I'd known about them years ago! They went above and beyond! I needed flowers and balloons for a graduation last minute and found this florist on Google. I called them to ask what they had for graduation flowers with a ballon and mentioned around when I'd be there. When I arrived they had all the options picked out for me to choose from and even found a cute graduation-themed stuffed animal. They have fresh flowers in their shop and I was able to create my own bouquet of flowers which they put together expeditiously! My friend recommended this place as I was looking for a place where I could buy some great flowers for a very special occasion. I then immediately went in here because I also wanted to personally see if it was really a good one. It really is a good one. The service is excellent. The owner is so nice. She is friendly, and she is also very accommodating. I told her my concerns, and she gladly showed me their freshest and most wonderful flowers. The good thing about my experience here is that I got to choose the flowers on my own and, of course, the owner was with me, suggesting and at the same time recommending what would be a good combination of my chosen ones. I gave her time to arrange it properly, and I just came back to the store when it was finished. The result was definitely amazing. I specifically requested a bouquet, and it looks really gorgeous. The arrangement was perfect. The flowers are fresh. It looks beautiful and smells good too. This is definitely the best place to order or buy wonderful flowers and anything related to flowers. The flowers used were half bloomed or buds so the bouquet looked very sparse. Please, do NOT use this florist. They have zero care about customers. And basically zero customer service. I had a huge disappointment after coming home from the hospital and finding this stringy 10 stem flowers surrounded by tons of greenery that cost my friend $71.00 to send. I contacted them and they could have cared less but instead blamed the entire poor arrangmeent which they created, on a third party florist intermediary. Ridiculous. We met with Patty, and we could tell she was very experienced. She was willing to work with our budget. She knew which flowers would work best with it, and still make our wedding look amazing! I found out it was Bosses Day at 12:30 pm on Bosses Day. I did not have a gift for my boss. Someone suggested I call Paradise Florist, and that was the best referral ever! Not only were they able to deliver my flowers by 5:00 pm, they also were inexpensive compared to the florists nearby. I ordered the flowers around 1 pm. I ordered a Teleflora New Sensations arrangement for $150 and got an arrangement that looked worse than something I could have picked up at Costco or the local Jewel. Only one flower was used from the arrangement I requested. Patty who is one of the owners was the person who took my order, created the arrangement and then refused to refund my money unless she drove to collect the arrangement from the person it was sent to. I've been coming here for years and they've always done outstanding work. I'm not sure what they do, but the flowers I buy for my girlfriend last forever. I looked online for a florist near me for my son to get a corsage for his date for prom. I drove to the address on the site and it wasn't there?! I called the number online and it said I have reached the mailbox for silk paradise and the mailbox is full? I then googled silk paradise and got a different address. Drove to that location and according to the hours on the door, they were open. We got out of the car and went to go in only to find the door locked and were actually closed? I don't understand why a flower shop would be closed at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, but they were and had no note on the door or anything explaining why they would be closed when their hours were posted that they were open until 5. Oh well...their loss. Based on the confusion online, their voice mail box being full, and, the two different address', etc...it's probably a good thing we didn't go there. read more

So I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday on line. I received online confirmation that same day (4days before delivery date) indicating order was received. On the delivery day my mom asked what time was delivery because at around 2:30pm they still weren't there. I called the shop and talked to the woman who identified herself as the owner. She placed me on hold to call her driver who said he would be there in 15-20 minutes. Ok fine. My mom called 2 hours later to say they still weren't there. I called back and was placed on hold again and she told me that nobody was home so the driver placed them behind the door. Called my mom and no one rang the door and no flowers behind any door. Called back and was given drivers cell number to check the problem MYSELF. Long story short, the flowers were behind the door for a different deliver to Inverness. Called the woman and now she tells me she had a computer problem and just now printed out the order. She refused to take responsibility saying that how is a computer problem her fault? This is the worst customer service I have had from any business! Do not take your chances as this place didn't care that it was almost 6pm and now I had nothing for my sister's birthday! When I originally called I told her my name and that it was a delivery to Inverness. If she had any sense she would have gotten more details to figure out the problem instead of wasting 3 hours letting me think they were getting delivered. read more

I come in and say work your magic, be it my Mom's Mothers day, my Aunts Birthday, or my Grandmother's recovery in the hospital. I get an amazing assortment that even left my Mom's in tears (She loves the Purple Roses the most). One top of awesome assortments and 15 out of 10 customer service, all my arrangements have lasted much longer than any of the other arrangements from the other shops in the town. What they received was Daisys thrown in a plastic case; total cost maybe $5. The arrangement chosen included roses and other more expensive flowers; all they delivered was Daisys.
