A fairly new nail salon that provides eyebrow and lash services as well as facials. Very clean space and walk in's allowed. My buddy and I came here for some much needed TLC on our feet and on our back. The pedicure services are like the others in the area, where you can get the standard or the "spa" version that includes a foot massage and you can choose your treatment (ie scent and scrub). Big price gap between the standard and spa. Again, not a surprise since it seems every place does that now. (There are no blades used for the pedicure, just the paddle to remove calluses and dry/dead skin). I'm hearing it's not legal in NY anyway. Oh well... My buddy really enjoyed her back massage on the chair. She did the 20 minute treatment. Her technician was really good - I think my friend almost fell asleep! If I can give this place a zero rating, I would. As they don't deserve ANY stars. I had a UV gel manicure that I wanted to take off and then apply a powder manicure. I saw Cindy, specifically called in advance to schedule an appointment with the best nail tech they had for powder manicure and they scheduled me with Cindy. The worst nail tech I may have had in my life. She first recommended a fill in uv gel but I told her no because uv gel is painful. She's said okay and told me my nails were thin so she would recommend something thick applied to my nail. So I told her to just take off my UV gel manicure and we will decide based on the condition of my nails. She then takes out a METRO CARD! I instantly pulled away and said, "no, what? You can't use a metro card to take off my nails that hurts the nails even more". She told me that there was no other way because soaking them wouldn't do it. I wanted these uv nails off so bad that I told her to sand down the uv as much as possible and then use her form of taking of uv gel nails - which is a M E T R O C A R D. After she ripped off my nails with a metro card (as some of my nails ripped off with this process), she said okay what would you like to do? I told her 7 day nail polish and call it a day because I was just done with the whole process. Plus to add, when I was thinking out loud with Cindy, I asked her opinion on maybe getting an extension powder mani and her response was sure but that's $60, like money was the issue. When thankfully, it is not. Also, they used shared equipment with sanitizing. Ladies and gentleman, I absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

I hadn't been since last year. Taking all of my good words about them back. I paid for a spa pedicure and got nothing 'extra' as well as a lousy polish. I kept asking for the temperature of the water to be turned up...I actually soaked in ice cold water. Cuticles not touched, and nails not filed as well. $40 wasted, as I need to get redone elsewhere asap. Won't return. Additionally, despite having signs that masks are still necessary while there, I would imagine the owner's decision...nope....just the staff that refused to advise customers to do the same.. Came here after quarantine for a powder gel mani and regular pedi. In this post quarantine time let me say how sparkling clean this place is. Hand sanitizer upon entry, temperature check, and Coronavirus waiver to sign. The employees all wear masks, as well as face shields while they work on you. Both nail techs did an amazing job. They took they're time working on each nail. My only complaint is that they don't have the best technique when it comes to the powder gel manicure (SNS). She didn't use enough layers and I can see the tips of my nails through it. It doesn't look terrible, but I don't recommend this place for SNS. I came in today for the first time and had a great experience. Lee was my technician she did a nice and neat mani and pedi. Their hygiene is on point: everyone wore masks, the spa baths have a plastic removable liner, I observed my tools being taken out of their plastic seal post-sterilization. Disappointing! I came in wanting a new Full Silk Wrap Set. Cindy convinced me to go for the UV Gel, claiming that it is more "natural looking" and "permanent." After some hesitation, I finally went for it. I was initially happy with the results - my nails looked long and well manicured! However, the VERY NEXT DAY, a nail started lifting. I was furious!! After ONE WEEK, one nail completely fell off, and 6 (that's more than half) of my nails were lifting/about to come off!! I am never coming back here again. A very expensive ($70) manicure that did not last long at all. These false claims and poor job made me very disappointed in a place that has so much potential. read more

When I was moving over to the table to get my manicure I didn't realize she wasn't going to be the person doing it. I usually don't do reviews but this place was the deal breaker. I went there to get gel tips done for my birthday. The woman who did my nails rushed them and they came out horribly uneven. I asked her to leave them short and coffin shaped- she left them long and square. She half assed the work and even the gel on top was crooked. She missed spots when putting nail polish and some of it ended up on my skin ( which she noticed but didn't say anything because she thought I didn't see it .The woman started putting a design before asking me if I wanted it and charged me for them. To top it off I've broken 6 nails in one week and I haven't even been doing any hard labor for them to have broken that easily. I've literally been at home! They can't even see while they're cutting your cuticles , they need to put on glasses yet still end up making your cuticles look disgusting. Service is rushed.
