Any normal person would assume it was a purchase. Now over 30 days later, after the transaction is done, they suddenly try to switch the story and claim it was a rental and demand the dress back. That's dishonest and completely unacceptable. This is shady business practice changing terms after taking someone's money. If you're thinking about buying anything from them, be very careful and make sure EVERYTHING is in writing, because clearly they don't operate honestly.

We had an appointment here at 11 am on a sunday and the store wasn't open until 12. The staff members told us that our order was delayed and the alterations for dresses are a week before the event. We were telling the staff we are not doing alterations here and it was not communicated if our dresses were getting delayed or alterations a week before the eve. The staff members are extremely rude and take the longest time ever to help you (one member named Maddie). We will not be coming back to this store for this poor quality customer service.
