    Please do not buy any furniture from Ashley furniture save your hard, earned money and go somewhere else you'll thank me later! 1) The furniture is made very poorly it doesn't last more than about a year! and what's worse they refuse to stand by their so-called warranties 2) We spent over $3000 for a couch including a $200 for a 5 year warranty. 3) Now we find out (13months later) that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on...Yes labor is up after one year (true ) but what about the five year warranty I now discover that too is useless anyway... 4)The best they can do is send someone out to inspect it,.. oh and that's another $150 but it cannot be repaired since this particular product is discontinued and parts are no longer available and they call this customer service? 5) They told us in the store they stand behind everything they sell AND they manufacture their own furniture? 6) That seems to be a Bait and Switch, because somehow their own manufactured couchwith all the parts is discontinued..? if you read the so called Ashley Regency newsletter they claim to be putting the best foot forward putting the customers in focus etc. etc. nothing could be further from the truth. Find another furniture home, this one gets a solid D I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau Larry K NJ

    DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They are not reliable at all. I placed an order for furniture around August 3rd ish.. I was promised a delivery of Aug 30th, here we are October 4th and I don't have all of my furniture. On Aug 30th, they delivered the wrong master bedroom set, only the dresser of the two twin bedroom sets I ordered were delivered, so the beds are missing. They only delivered the dresser for the third bedroom set we ordered. No dining room and no recliner from the living room set. They delivered my daughters entire bedroom set, the only thing that came in its entirety. When we called to let them know that they had sent the wrong bedroom set along with 3/4's of the furniture was missing, they acted like they were shocked. They said we would get our furniture in two weeks. We were livid and told them to figure it out because we have 5 kids with no beds. The manager never called us back (really tall white guy), not the next day or two weeks later. Never heard from him again. We called back for the next two weeks (because we moved about an hour away) but no one would answer our calls. It was like they knew we were calling and they were avoiding us. We went back to the linden store and canceled out furniture. We got a call less than a week later by Marcos asking us to reconsider and they would make it right (plus they took $1,000 off the bill). They promised us a new delivery date of Sept 28 (one month later). When they came bac They only came back with the dining room set and part for the twin platform beds but since they were missing pieces they couldn't setup the beds. Not to mention their drivers robbed us for $2,400 in cash that we had sitting around. It's going on one week and no one has gotten back to me about our delivery, or about our missing money. They left my boys room in shambles with dismantled furniture everywhere. I've called the linden office and again they aren't answering my phone calls. I don't even know what else to do.. This is a warning, DO NOT EVER GET FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. Unreliable to say the least and thieves. As of today, December 6th there has been no resolution to this matter. I don't even know what to do anymore

    They just came to make a delivery to my neighbor's house this morning. They're wonderful truck…read moredriver ran over my reflectors between my property in the road to keep people off my sidewalk and grass and broke it. I called the number written on the truck and talked to a lady that said would put me in contact with someone and it's been over an hour and no one called me back yet. If I was to buy something from them and at this point that is definitely out of the question all I know is that delivery team supervisor and it goes all the way back to the owner sucks. As written in the other bad review, stay away from the store. I'm not even a customer and they made my day bad. I wish I could give less than one star that would be great.

I'm somewhat in the market for a bedroom set and my initial goal was to go to "Ashley Furniture" however I ran across this store first and decided to stop. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman with glasses whom was dealing with other customers first- so I was surprised (and happy) that he went out his way to greet me as this goes a long way. As I went further into the store, I was greeted by another nice gentleman named "Rick". Although he is one of the sales person's there, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot or buy something in the store. This is actually the type of customer service I prefer. As I walked around the store, he would periodically ask me if I had any questions and make sure all concerns were addressed. The one thing that I did not like however, there was an older gentleman with blueish/ grey looking eyes whom when I first walked pass- I thought he was with a group of ladies as he didn't say anything and looked bored. As I was sitting on the furniture and taking pictures, he walked over and asked me if I had questions. When I told him I wasn't looking for help or buying anything- he walked away and acted someone disappointed. When I walked out the store and said "Goodbye"- he smiled but said nothing. It just made it seem like if he couldn't get a sale from me- he wasn't really interested in helping. Overall, pretty decent store and I would more than likely come back and gladly deal with Rick- he was very genuine and whom I would recommend.

    This is one of those if I could give 0 stars I would reviews. Purchased four standard radiator…read morecovers over the phone that didn't fit (total just shy of $900). I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not.
