I ordered from Ashley Stewart super excited to get some outfits. I ordered December 8th, by the 17th I still did not have my order, then for about 11 days it didnt move .Finally it said it was delivered, but there was no proof there was nothing. I was even home when they said they said it was delivered. They said it went to a door man, I do not have a door man, I live in a single level home in suburbia. Neighbors didnt have it. I went back and forth between the shipper and Ashley Stewart and neither would help me. Ashley Stewart said it would be escalated and they said in the end it wasnt their problem and only the shipper. It was about $100 in product and it just sickens me. How many others did they do this to at Christmas. Horrible people. read more

I placed am order 13 days ago and they won't ship it. They've charged my account. When I call an email I get overseas customer service and all they say is we understand your frustration but they can't cancel the order but I can get a refund when I get my items. However they refuse to ship them. read more

I returned a few items and on 7/19/2024, received confirmation email from Ashley Stewart confirming receipt of my return and stating my refund could take up to 14 days. Today is 9/17/2024 and I have NOT received my refund. Called customer service, they confirmed I hadn't been issued my refund, told me they were filing an escalation and I should receive my refund in 8 - 15 days. Ashley Stewart, would not price match their own inventory. They are running a "Flash Sale" today only with an extra 50% off of your purchase. I just ordered 5 days ago some of the very items that they feature on the flash sale. I called customer service to see if I could get the difference. And I was told by representative Robin, that Ashley Stewart does not price match unless the purchase was made within the last 24hrs of the sale. Let's be real. What are my chances of that? Robins response will definitely make me rethink before ordering online with them again. Ashley Stewart quality of clothing has really went downhill. Th fabric is cheap and thin, sizing is off, length of your pants and leggings is not tall plus size woman friendly. on the bras try making the straps a little wide. Some of your styles are nice just do better with the qualit. read more

The customer service here was amazing!! I started off by calling to try and find an item I saw online. I don't remember the associates name but she was super nice and friendly both on the phone and in person at the store. Good customer service is so important and I crave for simple pleasant interactions while shopping. Hands down they far exceeded my expectations and I will be going back to this store in the future. The clothes here are awesome and trendy agreed but it's the manager who has such an effed-up attitude towards the customers and she thinks she's all that. I think she forgets she needs us customers to keep the business open, uh-duh, she acts like someone is bothering her or getting on her nerves if you ask her a question and she and she gives you a rude stare like your a damn Idiot when you're just making a simple purchase or asking a simple question. She's been this way for some time because I've seen her at the other locations I think she needs to be replaced stat, she is not an asset to this company she is the worst and that's why I hate going in there to spend my hard-earned dollars. Will NEVER order from Ashley ever again......ordered a basic sweater from Ashley Stewart online.....Wore the sweater three times and noticed a hole in the arm pit area...called Ashley Stewart online and they WOULD NOT refund or replace the item...then I looked at the tag and the sweater was made in China...that explains the POOR quality....not only was there a hole. The sweater has knot balls on the front...I wore the sweater to church once and then to work twice...not happy at all.. read more

I find it funny how a store that caters to mostly black customers in a mostly black area would have to deal with racism. I recently overhead the manager of the store talking about the black customers in Spanish to another employee and to other Spanish speaking customers and she referred to them as gorda, big ass negra. That is very offensive as this store serves a lot of black people and the manager should be ashamed for saying that and trying to involve another employee and other customers. read more

I shop here quite often...at least once or twice a month minimum. Staff is helpful and friendly. Roomy large-sized dressing rooms. Nice selection of trendy clothes, including Baby Phat, and costume jewelry. My favs are their tops and jeans. Sexy bras, unfortunately I can't fit any since they only go up to DDD size. Wished they carried larger bra sizes. Overall affordable prices for really cute clothing. Always check out the sales rack first in the back or middle of the store. You can ususally find great pieces for low prices! read more

The manager acts as if she's doing you a favor to acknowledge your presence. The other sales associates are friendly and very helpful. Once I was in line and a worker was telling customers why she doesn't allow customers to use the restroom due to a person bringing a special needs individual is and let them use the restroom, but they left a trail of diarrhea thru the store to the restroom and all over the toilet and bathroom floor. There was a line of about 4 people and one person ringing up. I waited for about 10 min. and left because the line was not moving at all, and this person was just talking about how bad and stinky the place was instead of helping. She may have been a manager too but I wasn't familiar with her. read more

I love going here. They greet me and someone normal is near asking if you need help. They are near by when you need a fitting room. Also, the sale people know where and what they have in the store. They are open to give you suggestions on what might work better. I feel at home here. Oh, its a weekly stop. Start at the sale racks. Then work your way through the store. read more
