let me tell you the whole day I went to different furniture stores here in town. I was disappointed in the way I was treated. sales people were pushy to the point they were rude. I decided to give it the last try. I am very happy I did. Sasha was absolutely amazing! upon entering she greeted me was not pushy at all gave me my space and allowed me to browse without the pressure and hassle. poor thing I unleashed my whole shopping experience on her and she was the sweetest listened to me and really just treated me really nice. Last weekend all of it arrived but the headboard and footrest arrived broken IN THE BOX. So we call today for an ETA and a diff woman answers saying "Well our records indicate all arrived fine." We told her no that the driver called the number for us and we spoke to someone. She says the drivers don't make those calls. We asked who messed up then; the delivery team or the csr from that weekend. All she says is "Well we will send it out next thursday then." How ridiculous. Another WEEK without our bedroom finished and our mattress on the floor. The dresser also had a scratch on one of the drawers upon arrival, but whatever we can fix something small on our own we just want our headboard and footrest. :/ read more

Our delivery was pushed to March which is 3 months after the date we were originally told. The way I found out was because I went in to fix an overcharge for barstools they sold me. No one called about the new delivery date. So we go in to pick something else that will come sooner. I tell them I want delivery. On delivery day, I am supposed to get 2 barstools, a dining set, a sofa, loveseat and recliner. The delivery driver shows up with just the 2 barstools. He said the dining table was damaged and he wouldn't take it like that. He had no record of the other items. So I call and they say I have to pick up those items in warehouse. I wish I had gone with a different furniture company in the first place to save the time and headache with Ashley. read more

Poor store. They don't care about their customers. My parents order furniture months ago and just now got HALF OF IT. They text my mom tell her they would elicit one day and the day of delivery we called to see when they were coming and they said that we aren't getting anything delivered. They delivered half of their stuff a month later. When we went to go get a refund for the half we didn't get, they had another family getting a refund for not getting their order as well. Talked with Hubby n the way and decided that we would not buy the first one we fell in love with but our sales girl sat down with us and told us straight to our face that she would give us 25% off and free delivery AND free tax!!! She tried everything to make us stay and look no further. It worked!!! She was good!!! Good at the "bait and switch"!!!! We spent 4000 that day and looked no further because of the free tax and free delivery AND the discount and when we got home and went over our receipt we noticed they infact charged us for delivery AND tax!! We went back today and spoke with the top manager who 1000% backed his girl and said "she would NEVER say that" kept stating over and over that this girl is the sweetest girl ever and he knows she would of never said Free tax and free delivery. After two delivery delays I called customer support to find out the deal. Apparently my order was not in stock and wasn't going to be for many months. Terrible customer service, we had gone in to purchase a new bed and the sales person was nice enough to offer us a free gift of a bedsheet for our tempur pedic mattress we had purchased. But when the delivery came they delivered two bedsheets and charged us for one, so we contacted our sales person and he was soooo lost like what do you mean and I told him we had never ordered two bedsheets so why were we given two and he blatantly stated oh just keep one as a gift and honestly after him not understanding my point I was done trying to explain to this guy what I was trying to say so I asked if we could exchange one since both were the cooling effect bedsheets and he said ok come to the store I'll ask my manager, we went and mind you this store is 20 minutes away, just to hear the sales guy tell us oh since covid we don't do exchanges for return's! I am sooo disappointed for the store manager to assist us with his new employee only to have not received the center piece of our furniture which is the Theater/Cinema coffee table that matched the end table and couches! With theater seat s , warmers and massages you while vibrating couch with recliner!!!! We have been told every 2 weeks since December 21.2021 now it's July 13 th 2022 that our Table will be arrived in 2 days then called the day before delivery to be told another truck another few days every 2 weeks for 8 months only to have table delivered today the table was damaged they tried to get me to sign like 10 times I told them to take the table 20 times I do not want damaged product period! I am beyond disgusted and livid with this furniture store we paid 7 k for our bedroom set here cash NO Problem! Horrible experience from the initial purchase, they don't price match their own product,lie about the initial total you'll be paying, products don't last more than a couple of months, no communication(have to wait over an hour on the phone to get a hold of anyone),and refuse to stand by their product quality. I recommend you do your research just as much as I wish I would had done mine. I thought that by shoping with them that I would be getting high end products, but that's not the case. Furniture is falling apart after 3 months, the worst one is the ottoman. Tried to resolve it by having their techs come and all they did was move the cushion around. Now they refuse to exchange or fix it and don't consider it a manufacturing defect. How disappointing that a company this big won't take responsibility over their low quality products. They talk to me as if I had never owned furniture in my life...if it's already falling apart after 3months I can't imagine what it will look like in a year. read more

So, another negative experience here. I just spent 5K on some brand new leather sofa (not from Ashley's, although the set I bought there was great and I sold it for a good price to a friend), I decided to look for some side table to go with the sofa. We found one we liked, and the sale's lady said it's her favorite in the store. The marked prices is $499 each, and she told us she could give us a discount to $600 something for two. A lot of money for the end tables, but we liked it enough to buy it. Everything went well, until I gave her my email. Once they heard MD behind my name, she immediately told me she realize she did something wrong and ask me to wait. She came back and told me the price was marked wrong and the price should be $799 for each table. Not sure what these table are made of, looks like wood to me. We declined to go ahead now the price is becoming absurd. I'm shocked a national chain like Ashley's would allow the oldest trick in the book for bait and switch. The sales person of course gave me a jab on the way out. "You get what you paid for!", implying either I'm too cheap or too poor to buy these tables. She is new, never seen her before. At least she should check her computer because I have bought so much from Ashleys over the years, it is not good business to not only trying to cheat but insult your long time customer. read more
