We had purchased a whole new living room set in May and we finally got notice that they'd deliver on July 4, 2020. They brought the furniture in and the delivery men and my family noticed that they brought the wrong loveseat. The delivery men told us not to worry and put the loveseat back into the truck. They took pictures of the furniture that was delivered and asked us to sign for the items that they took pictures of and we did because there was no picture of the loveseat in our home. We were told that a representative would call us within 20 minutes. We never received a phone call. I have been calling all week to get answers and they keep putting me on hold only to tell me they have to call me back. When I finally did speak to someone, they said that our invoice says that the loveseat has been delivered. Ummm.... no!!! Check the pictures! They finally looked through the pictures and said that we were right and once again, they have to call us back. The last time I spoke to someone, they said that they have to wait for the wrong loveseat to be returned to the warehouse before they can send out the new one. It's already been a week since we've been missing the loveseat. We never had possession of the wrong loveseat. We have no deliver date. They have no idea where the wrong loveseat is. I was told to pickup my sofa and chair on December 31 2024 they never called to set a time so I called them and they said the chair was their but the sofa was on back order. the man told me if he was not in on Friday they would give my money back. 3 days went by and no call from them I went in on Friday 3 of January 2025 they said the sofa was their i asked them why no one called me they say they didnt know. so I told them I wanted to take it they said I would have to come back I told them no and asked for refund-because I was their they told me they would issue me a check in about 30 days when I paid cash money. so aster we went Arlin and round they said they would pay for the truck rental from the 31 and I could get my sofa and chair but I had to wait 1&1/2 hrs so I did the man cut the plastic off the sofa and cut my sofa I couldn't see the cut until I got home . I called them they sent me the parts to fix the cut and then sent the repair man to my old address in upland ca then they told me they had to reschedule me because the repair man was going to onterio ca and that my address in rancho Cucamonga was in the opposite direction. Well guess what Ranch Cucamonga ca is in the same direction. Ashley Furniture is no good the phone call are being answered out of the United States of America. This place is ridiculous ! I went in to buy a sofa , the sales guy had no idea what he was doing and I swear he must've been on something. We were about 90% done with my order when he told him to give him a minute he was going to help some other customer and NEVER came back! I waited an hour for him to return till I finally got fed up and decided to complain to a manager. The manager finished my order within 10 minutes. Next issue! Delivery! I was told my soca will deliver July 6th, I received a confirmation email and text two days before delivery. I waited all day, when I called for a status they told management had made an error and they did not have my sofa out for delivery. When I was finally transferred to the appropriate department, they told me they don't service my area till Saturday's which is 4 days from the 6th! So no one decided to call me to tell me my order was rescheduled or it was made in error. Instead they made me wait all day for an order that was never going to arrive! Do not order from here , go to ANY other location! I asked to speak to management and of course that didn't happen. Apparently they were answering their phone , total BS! I had to buy a mattress today with same day pick up. The warehouse wasn't able to allow same day but Daniel in store suggested we go to the clearance store and we were able to find a great mattress to get home same day. Sadly our pet vomited up a ton of blood on our son's mattress so this is the reason we needed something today. She died sadly and it was so important for me to not go home without a new bed for our son. Daniel was so kind despite me being upset and a little pushy. PLEASE READ: Do not EVER.. and I mean.. do not EVER purchase from Ashley HomeStore. They get you once you enter, smiling, eager to help you, welcoming, and all that other bogus, only to screw you over at the end. We've had our couches for ONE year and they're peeling. "Real leather" supposedly.. I don't know how many calls I've made to Ashley's customer service team and they seem happy to help, but they don't do anything. I've been dealing with them since last year in November, just simply trying to get them to fix the peeling. A tech came out, the part was ordered. Part takes forever but finally arrives..Come to find out we got a sponge for a leather issue? Ok.. called Ashley's to let them know and the rep says, "your case is closed and your warranty is up, you need to contact GBS." GBS is completely worthless and is a scam, they refuse to fix the issue. The warranty is absolutely useless. I call Ashley back and demonstrate my frustration, the young lady says, "no problem we can easily open your case back up and we can fix your peeling." I let her know about receiving a sponge for a leather issue and she says, "you should see what our techs can do with the parts ordered. If that's what the previous tech ordered, you should be good". Sure, whatever.. Stupidly gave her the benefit of the doubt because what do I know and it's not like she was giving me any other option to begin with. January 22nd I believe, next tech comes (without a mask on let me add and we're in a pandemic) and questions the sponge and I let him know That's what the previous tech ordered. He does nothing obviously because he can't. Let's us know he ordered the new part and to call when we received it. February 22nd now.. still no part. I call and guess what I discovered? The tech NEVER ordered the part, so he obviously lied to our faces, and now what is the new rep telling me? You guessed it, our warranty is up. I cut her off and said this is getting fixed. Ashley's will do NOTHING for you unless you put up an unnecessary fight. Instead of fixing the issue, they are now replacing my whole couch. While I am happy this happening, it was a struggle that I don't see is worth it for the future. Sales people are decent. No issues there. Ordered item not in stock advised it would be no more than 6 weeks. Expected delay because of Covid so we ordered and paid in full. (Wonder what happens if you finance but decide to cancel because you don't receive items) Six weeks pass, nothing call continuously. They never answer the phone. Leave voicemails never return them. Called main customer service 4 times in a week every time different answer end of august, beginning of October, middle of October. Finally call back one week ago to be told now December. Ridiculous, went in store to cancel and get a refund. Was told to wait up to 3 business days. I would receive a call (never did) or refund would process automatically. This also hasn't happened a week later. Either have to go in store or start a claim with my bank. AVOID ordering anything not in stock. Do not get delivery. read more

11 days ago I purchases a couch loveseat , chair and a half , dinning room table,6 chairs and a room rug over $4000. 1.No room rug was delivered 2. Chair and a half was broke 3 dinning room table had a gouge out of the leg 4.The chairs all wobbled 5. The chairs they sent for the table were to talk for the table you could not sit in them with your legs under the table ( they had 24 and 30 inch chairs ) they sent 30 6. Thank you Ashley Furniture for helping with our order. For some people, ordering furniture may be no big deal. For others, like me, when going into a furniture store about to spend a lot of money on things that you hope you will have for many years to come, during a pandemic when you're finding out that a lot of furniture stores are out of stock and won't have anything for months, and dealing with specific deadlines and time frames for when you need the furniture, it was a little nerve wracking. I feel so lucky and blessed to have gone to Ashley and had the reps we had! Went in and looked around to get ideas, went back home and did some research online, then went back with a huuuge list of items and item numbers and descriptions to see what was available and when. We were fortunate to have met Hyam the first visit, and she was helpful while not being pushy at all. She gave us great information, answered all questions, and was super delightful. The second visit, we went straight to her for follow up and she was so helpful and answered all questions. She took time to go over each and every item on our list. We were working with a very specific timeframe and needed specific answers on some items and availability dates, and the area VP happened to be visiting that day and was nearby .... so he ended up assisting with some specifics and backed her up a little which was very nice. They interacted wonderfully and he was not too above the task to dive right in and look up item availability details with her, which was impressive. Sometimes, executive management may interact with store management in an unpleasant way in front of customers, but he did not. He was polite to her and very helpful to us. They both were Class A professionals. They took the time to go over every single item on our list and even helped us figure out pick up dates, go over alternate scenarios and alternate furniture pieces, to make sure we were happy and got what we needed. I was so impressed at the fact that after everything was confirmed, Hyam even called to follow up and make sure that everything was taken care of with the pick up. Wow! They did not just make a sale and then forget about us, no way ..... they made a sale and genuinely took interest in seeing it through and making sure everything turned out OK. Right now with the pandemic, furniture orders and manufacturing is one of the big things that are back ordered and people are having a lot of issues with this stuff. I am very impressed that we were able to get furniture we wanted, and the couple of pieces that we did want that were not available for months because of backlogs, well they ended up helping us find equal to or even better pieces than what we found on our own in the first place at comparable prices. Initially the experience was really positive. PK helped us pick out furniture for our home theater. I was happy to leave a positive review. However, the experience afterward left me disappointed. Part of the purchase was a rug. I honestly did not understand the reason, but the rug was separated from the delivery order. PK said he would have the rug directly shipped to my home. I agreed but didn't understand the reason for it. So it was delivered to my home the Thursday before the furniture was delivered. It was very heavy, but I managed to carry it from the front door to the garage. When the delivery of the furniture came, we asked the man if the rug could be laid down first before the couch and loveseat. He said no he does not do rugs. That surprised us a bit. So the furniture was brought in and set up but we still had this large, heavy rug that had to be unrolled and positioned on the floor. In order to do this the couches would have to be moved. These couches have recliners and are extremely heavy. It was so difficult and extremely frustrating to move them to lay down the very heavy rug and then to move them back. If the furniture delivery employees do not touch rugs then that should have been made clear to us. I've had back pain for the past week because of moving the heavy couches and rug. I have had bad experiences furniture shopping in the past and I was hoping Ashley would be different. However, it was the same story-I was treated very nicely in the showroom but delivery is a very different experience. I need to add that PK assured me that the delivery would not be done by a third party and that it would be a white glove service. I really have no idea if it was a third party or not because the truck didn't have any Ashley logos (it was plain) and the 2 men did not have any name tags or uniforms that had Ashley on them. read more

*Buyers Beware* If you decide to go to any Ashley Furniture store know that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I had a concern with a fabric color in store, but purchased the item anyway and had it delivered. I immediately discovered it was less gray and more of a bluish green hue with some gray. My sales person who did not disclose the No Return Policy prior. I explained I wanted to return the items and all but one was still wrapped, but she could do nothing. I had to file a claim with corporate which was denied because the item was not considered defective. I asked for a regional manager since the store manager could do nothing. I never received a call. I will never purchase there again. This has been at $1600 nightmare. read more

At the Store staff is very courteous and helpful and stayed with my family for well over an hour for choosing the right furniture. They understood what we needed and showed us many options to choose from. Deals were amazing with 50 Percent off during Easter weekend sale and they actually have stuff in stock unlike other Shops where waiting for furniture to be delivered could take well over 2 months. We were looking for sectional sofas and other furniture shops had either part of the sofa's in stock or none at all. This store had most of them in stock and ready to go. After ordering the Delivery Date was set within 4 days which was amazing. Had the Sofa's delivered today and man they were fast. Within 30 minutes they unloaded, unpacked and Assembled. You never know the experience you will have with a sales person, am I right? My husband and I came into Ashley's Homestore looking for couches and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Sam Franco. We explained what we were looking for and Sam showed us everything we wanted and respected our space to talk it over and came back to check on us. Sam answered all of our questions and was very patient and answered every single one. Not once were we rushed or pushed to purchase that day. Because of Sam we came back the following day worked with him again and finding our perfect purchase. Bought my furniture set on April 16 with a scheduled delivery date of May 9. Had 2 confirmation calls about my scheduled delivery and times. Had a knot in my stomach that something wasn't right. Contacted Ashley furniture about my delivery status and they inform me that they don't know what happened but my order will not be delivered today. I'm so disgusted that I took a day off from work in order to accept my delivery. The fact that they said they didn't load it in the truck and have no clue what happened is blowing my mind away. Their website is horrible, doesn't update anything about your orders, just says pending. After being on the phone for over an hour, I just got a "we'll we need to deliver your furniture another day" After my furniture gets delivered I will never shop with Ashley furniture again. They don't deserve any stars on these reviews First of all The sales person pressures you into getting the warranty for the furniture your buying After you agree and purchase everything They give you the worst quality furniture I've had a set of reclinable couches that I haven't even had for a year already damaged and the seems are coming undone The mechanism on the recliners is cheap quality already bent and you have to move around to get it to recline Ashley's refers you to the insurance company the insurance company refers you back to Ashley's and that's where the shit show begins I've had two technicians come out to my home and tell me they can't do anything about it That Ashley's won't let them fix it because they want me to go through the insurance company and then tell me ok let me put in a order for the parts to replace the damages and actually enter "damages cause by customer" and Ashley's denies your claims because of this bullshit You get the run around from everyone at Ashley's and no one wants to help you. Don't waste your time or your money at this place. I'm done wasting my time opening a case at small claims court, and I suggest everyone else that hasn't been helped do the same thing! read more

This place is terrible! Their customer service is absolutely no help. I literally just bought this couch, and it is rarely used! I even cover it in blankets to try and help with the rapid deterioration of these cushions. This couch is the Tanavi, it's less than a year old and we only have three family members so it's not like it gets crazy used all the time. The pilling and shedding of this material is AWFUL! It looks dirty and used up, just not at all pretty to look at. The comfort is like a 5/10 as well. I've considered buying more feathers or something to try and fluff these cushions up because the instant you sit on them it's flat as can be. It just looks sloppy, a big eye sore of a mess to look at. I've reached out so many times for help and they've denied my request. It was a VERY expensive couch. I will never be back here and I hope you don't consider buying here either! The promo photos for this couch give a super aesthetic, comfy vibe but I can assure you it's not the case in person. read more

We purchased a dining room table and an entertainment center from Ashley's. When the table was delivered the corner of the table was chipped and pushed in. The entertainment center top piece was cracked upon delivery. We informed the store as soon as we received them. We have been given the run around when trying to get this taken care of. It's been four days and the only thing they have done is send a person out to take pictures of the product even though we sent picture just like they requested.
