The best buffet in Chattanooga. Hands down. I've eaten at almost every Chinese buffet in this city and they are the best. They have the biggest selection of food and the largest sushi buffet I've seen in a buffet, plus they have a hibachi grill that's included. No place is perfect, so yes, you might find a few things that you don't like. Some people take the servers as rude but honestly, it's because they don't speak very good English. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they could use a little remodeling. Outside and inside. It was ok to mediocre. The food was luke warm. Sushi was pretty but not too tasty. I hope we don't get sick eating here. The signs for the food are old and hand written. How much are signs? We prayed and I hope he answers lol. I gave it 2stars because my hubby enjoyed the crawfish. The dessert was a no go. The sweet tea was bad. We work in food service, and this was absolutely horrible. After great hesitation we decided to try out the buffet. The food on their hot tables looked day old and some was sitting in completely stagnant water. With my first bite, the food was cold. After a couple more bites my stomach was turning and I pushed my plate away. My boyfriend experienced the same nausea and barely took a couple bites. When trying to explain to the employees that their food had made me sick, they asked me "Why?" about 10 times. They did not apologize and were extremely rude, telling me "no, no, why?". I told them I was not paying for the few bites that had made us ill and we left. I'm an agreeable customer. I serve food for a living. I'm not an asshole of a customer. We find this place pretty solid and have paid return visits. For an all-you-can eat buffet, you get a pretty good deal. It's nothing fancy, just your everyday lunch place. But the food selection is pretty extensive, and they keep the trays filled. We seem to always find ourselves going for the same items. We like the sushi bar - sometimes they have these triangular makis dusted with masago that are good. Rainbow rolls, salmon/tuna with cream cheese are our preferred sushi because they aren't overwhelmed with sauce and because they contain raw fish. We like: hot & sour w/ scallion & fried noodle, chicken feet, shrimp shumai (from dim sum section), fried dough, stuffed mushrooms, all their stir fried veggies, shrimp cocktail, crawfish, hibachi, clams. I thought I would give this a 2nd try and lets just say it has not improved. I did order it dinnerdelivered and got here. The fried rice was white rice with some peas and carrots thrown in. Egg rolls had very little filling and hard as leather. The shrimp in lobster sauce was mostly water and lumpy. You know I use to love this place back when it first opened and they seemed to care about how the place looks. It seems now they let the food take a hit as much as they let the dinning room fall apart. Booths all over needing repair wile we have to sit amongst them. I'm not happy with this place any more in the least. I use to tell everyone all about it and send them that way but since the owners can not keep up with the demand and they are clearly making planet of money then I will not eat in an establishment they choose not to repair. Just ate at Asia buffet in lee hwy.. It was rated 4 stars so I gave it a try after a long Memorial Day. We couldn't decide what to eat so we picked a buffet. They had signs stating they were picked the best buffet in Chattanooga..... Let me star by saying there's like 2-3 buffet in this town and that must be the reason... I'll been to many buffet and I know buffets aren't always clean but this place is absolutely ridiculous. First they don't say hi and brings out drink 15min of eating. Then the owner comes by and trying to sell some cheap toys and fake jewelry. Their food? Hmmmm looks like leftover, foods all dry. Some trays are empty... U have to ask to get the food. Spoon and forks are dirty!! Will not come back. If I had money I would open a buffet much better then this. I hope this helps for some customer. very disappointed! we've called in to ask for price and they told us dinner will be $9.99 or $11.99 with crab leg, so my group decided to go there. And when we were finished our dinner, they charged us about $140 something (group of 11, it means $11.99/person) but we didn't have crab leg. So we try to argued with them to try to fix price, they took out $1 each person, and they said we ate seafood (crawfish) so they charge $10.99, but they didn't told us about that before. Terrible! Terrible. Looks great when you first walk in but the food is all cold, bland, low quality. Also, I'm vegan and when I called ahead to make sure there tofu, they emphasized that there were several dishes out with tofu, but when I arrived, I noticed there was no tofu at all. For a buffet their food is actually pretty good with a lot of variety. But their service is so terrible I will never go again. The waitress was not very nice or helpful. And to top it all off she "LOST" my credit card. Seriously! After waiting 10 minutes for her to bring it back ( during which time she ignored me) I gave up and went to the front desk. They searched everywhere for it but never found it (at least while I was there). The manager then apologized profusely, sort of awkwardly hugged us but rushed us out the door and told us to go cancel the card. That's it!!!
