Clear soup, with some soy sauce

My order: Sesame chicken bento with fried rice, california roll, and a spring roll. Clear soup. Caterpillar roll, no fish egg. Sweet tea. My total: $32.53 The sushi, the sesame chicken, and the fried rice are all very good! The only thing I personally did not like was the spring roll. Pour some soy sauce into the clear soup and you'll have a smackin' meal! I ordered my food over the phone and it was ready for me in about twenty minutes. The man working the front made sure to ask if I needed forks, chopsticks, soy sauce, etc. The place itself is very clean, I would definitely come back.

We've passed Asia House several times while in Toccoa but have never stopped in so tonight we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately. The waitress was very cordial and took our drink order right after we sat down. I was impressed at the variety of options on the menu. Ultimately we chose lettuce wraps as an appetizer and broccoli beef as our entree. Both our appetizer and entree were brought out at the same time - a little pet peeve of mine - but it was ok. I was surprised to see that the lettuce wraps were "assemble on your own." There was a plate of the filling and a separate plate with half of a head of lettuce. Different... The broccoli beef looked very appetizing but unfortunately was very salty - not to the point where it was inedible - but definitely more that we would have liked. Overall the visit wasn't too bad. The service was very good and we were made to feel like welcomed guests. However, the food did leave a little to be desired.

Our favorite place to eat in Toccoa! They have Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. Everything we've tried over several visits has been very high quality. The sushi has tons of fish in it. My husband has ordered the Singapore noodles 3 times now. We've also had several of the Chinese dishes and really enjoyed all of it. The service has been lovely also.

It was a journey but it was well worth it. Unfortunately I live in Lawrenceville GA but I Came last night for dinner and it was absolutely mind blowing they serve Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Hibachi. My food was amazing they really knew what they were doing, mixing my Japanese Sushi (as Appetizer) and Chinese Orange chicken with white rice for Dinner was Perfect to end of my venturesome night. I well travel again one day to touch such greatness with my month.

I ordered the bourbon chicken lunch entree that came with soup, a roll, and rice. The bourbon flavor wasn't the bourbon that I was expecting and that I have tasted before. Generally, it has been sweet, however, at this location it taste like curry. The food was pretty good and the service was okay. I would suggest some additional training on the food to give clients additional information to help them make the right food choice for them.

The Hawaiian Roll and the Toccoa Roll... absolutely delicious!

My boyfriend and I are still on our road trip and today we decided to stop in Helen, Georgia --…read morethis super charming and historic little German-style town in the mountains. Unfortunately it was raining SO much that we couldn't really walk around and explore the town, so I searched for somewhere close to our hotel to have dinner. We ended up at Bangkok Haus Restaurant and honestly... what a good decision that turned out to be. The restaurant serves Thai food and sushi in this really cozy, relaxing atmosphere, which honestly felt perfect after being stuck in the rain all day. The restaurant itself is super cute inside and beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and welcoming the second you walk in. We decided to go all in on sushi rolls and started with two beers: a Thai Chang beer and a Japanese Asahi. Both were super light, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the sushi. I also ordered a miso soup because honestly... there's just something so comforting about starting dinner with warm miso soup to settle your stomach. For rolls we ordered the Eel Roll, the Lady of Dawn, and the M16 roll. The Eel Roll was rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with that buttery eel texture and eel sauce. The Lady of Dawn roll was super fresh and flavorful with the perfect combination of crunchy and creamy textures. And the M16 roll? SO good. Packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and honestly one of those rolls where every bite tastes different in the best way possible. I later saw online that people rave about the M16 roll too, and now I completely understand why. The service was also super friendly and fast, which we appreciated so much after a long rainy day on the road. Honestly, if you're visiting Helen and want a break from all the German food everywhere, this is SUCH a great option. Amazing sushi, comforting Thai food, good service, and a really beautiful atmosphere.

I always try to give a restaurant at least twice before leaving a less than stellar review. Well…read morenow I've tried them a couple of times and I'm still not impressed. The food is okay, not great. The service a bit of a mess, the ambiance is okay. Our table ordered Drunken Noodle which was good, red curry and green curry. We also had a coconut soup and an order of baby egg rolls. My favorite part of the meal was the baby egg rolls and that's kinda sad. My companions ordered Thai teas and I got sweet tea which my tea was fine. Hubby's drunken noodle was actually pretty good. My green curry (with tofu) was fine but the rice was mushy. We also got a mango sticky rice for dessert but it seemed the rice was leftover from yesterday maybe. I wish I had better remarks but again, this is not my first visit and I had similar complaints the first time. As far as service, the servers were nice enough and I think for the volume of patrons they were doing okay but it still was a bit of a mess. They were doubling the work trying to cover all tables when maybe they should've had separate sections. I think that would've quelled some of the overlap like both servers working to refill my tea and by the time one had, the other was coming with the pitcher. This next part is the fault of the kitchen. I watched table after table get served their dishes scattered, where one person would get theirs while the others at the table were waiting for theirs to come. Some would wait for the others to be served but some would go ahead and start eating ahead of their party. This happened the last time I was there as well. That needs to be tightened up. Personally, I wouldn't go back. The experience was a bit of a drag. We regretted ordering dessert as it took so long to come and we were antsy to get out of there by the time it came. The food was good enough but it could've been so much better and the service stayed afloat but certainly could be better.
