At first they weren't sure if they could fit me in, but after a few minutes they found a nail tech and took great care of me. Pedicure was first and it was excellent, followed by a manicure that lasted about two weeks (and honestly could've lasted longer if I wasn't deep-cleaning at home after I returned home from my cruise). The staff was friendly, efficient, and fast. The salon was clean and nice, they offered water, and the location is super convenient with plenty of free parking nearby. Paid $60 for a regular mani-pedi, which felt very reasonable. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

Blooming Nail & Spa was okay and I decided to make an appointment. Eric answered the phone and was super nice and easy to talk to. I went in and was able to start right away! Eric did my tip and dip and he was amazing! He was fast and my nails came out beautifully. I also had a regular pedicure with Flor, she was also very gentle and wonderful. I went to this place because it was a convenient location for me & they had an opening. I absolutely regret it. In less than 24 hours almost all my nails started cracking. And I knew it was going to happen because the nail tech, mayvis, did not cure the dip powder correctly. Typically my normal nail tech cures the dip powder with a clear gel coat and then dries my nails under the UV light. Mayvis only used the dip powder then dried my nails under a regular fan. I'm extremely disappointed because normally my dip powder manicure lasts 3 weeks, now I have to spend another $75 to get it redone by an actual professional
