They do have a nice locker room and offer spa style robes and sandals, and you can take a shower after your service if you like, but they don't have a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, etc. Their robes were pretty size inclusive, the biggest one I saw was a two XL. The facial room itself was nicely appointed, and had a feature I haven't seen in a long time, which was a little light display on the ceiling that was very soothing. The facial bed/table was very comfortable and ergonomic. The facialist was warm and friendly, but professional. She spoke to explain things as she was doing them, and to warn me when something would be cold or bright, but didn't speak so often that I felt like she was interrupting my Zen. I can tell she was very well trained, and her massage technique was excellent. Her hands felt experienced, and the way she moved from treatment to treatment was seamless. The only thing I noticed that could be improved upon was the volume of the music in the lobby. I really like the music they had, which was sort of a more modern spa track, but as the receptionist was giving me the tour, she spoke with her back to me and between that and the music I couldn't hear what she was saying.

I decided to start with just a blowout to test out their service before committing to a haircut--especially since I had my engagement photoshoot coming up! Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I left the salon with hair that was still partially wet and full of frizz. While everyone working there was super friendly, the service itself fell short. Because I have naturally curly hair, leaving it half-done just doesn't work for a blowout. I ended up having to go home and redo it myself so my hair would actually be dry and sleek for my photos. Will not be a returning client.
