Honestly, worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I got an older man as a walk in and when I sat down to get a pedicure, he was already mad that I wasn't getting gel when I'm literally allergic to gel polish. He starts to do my pedicure and he drills on my cuticles so hard that my cuticle starts to bleed. I told him it's hurting and he doesn't even apologize. He just says OK and continues to dump my foot that is bleeding into hot water. He was super rough and didn't even file my toe nails which was included in the package I bought. I told him I wanted them filed and he said that my nails were already shaped enough when they literally weren't at all. I asked for French tip and he made my toes tip all look like different sizes. When he finally finishes my pedicure, it's time to move onto my manicure and he literally grabs a bowl and scoops out of the water from one of the pedicure bowls that is hot and makes me soak my hands in it. I told him I didn't want to because I thought that that was disgusting because people feet are a little bit in that water and he didn't care. He just skipped the fact that I thought it was gross to put my hands it and just continued going on with my Hands. My manicure results were actually the worst I've ever had even though I got one color. I would not recommend that guy or this place read more

I have only been here twice (when my usual place is closed) but haven't had much luck. I always get a pretty simple manicure/pedicure. My nails just looked totally sloppy both times. You can see the layers of nail polish where they didn't polish the whole nail completely with each layer. Had a hang nail the very next day. Toe polish was sloppy, uneven, messy. When I arrived I immediately noticed a low vibe. Two guys were doing nails on a Friday. He told me to sit down even though I asked to see the dip colors. They don't have OPI dip (I asked) but a dip called DC and the colors were very limited. He filed my NATURAL nailbed with the electric file. I knew then I would never return. My normal spot is waaaaay better as they have the entire OPI dip including all the hello kitty stuff. In the end, he only did an okay job. He filed the dip down too much and when he applied some primer some of my cuticles stung from where they took too much skin with that hot electric file. $44 for 45 minutes of torture. DO NOT GO HERE Went here for an 11:30 appt and didn't get serviced until noon. One of our party of 3 ended up cancelling because she waited so long. My nail tech was literally blind. It took her 4 times to get my polish off because she couldn't see she missed parts. I had to ask 3 different times for her to file my nails because they were jagged and uneven every time she "finished" I had to ask for a 5th coat of polish because she couldn't see she missed half my ring finger nail I left so annoyed paying full price and my sister was with me and we got the same color polish and they literally look like different colors their polish was old or they switched labels. I had to choose my 3rd choice color because they didn't have the first two. But it wasn't even the same color I wanted My nails have chips everywhere and look so crappy. I came here on a Friday morning and was seated immediately for a gel manicure (I believe the price was around $30). I didn't catch the name of my nail tech but he did a fantastic job. We had a bit of small talk and he was very pleasant. He was super diligent and my nails came out great. It has been a week now and they are still holding up flawlessly. This is my second visit since they changed ownership. It is also my second good visit. I opted for the 50$ pedicure and it was so worth it. It was truly worth it. I haven't had a pedicure for months and my feet were awful. I received one of the best pedicures that I have ever had. My manicure was just an old fashioned type and there was no trying to talk me into dip or gel. I do tons of gardening and I just needed my hands brought back to "normal" which is what I received. They cut my 6yo daughter's foot, used towels that were way too hot, and didn't listen when she told them it hurt. When I lifted her out of the chair and told them to stop, the woman grabbed my daughter's hand and tried to finish the manicure. I had to actually raise my voice and say "Stop means stop." I do not like to to leave bad reviews, however, I do not want any other person to go through this. I needed to have my dip polish taken off. This was my first time at the salon and they used the electric nail drill to get some polish off. I mentioned several times that I have thinner nails and they are sensitive. During the process, I jerked my hand back (reaction) because it hurt so much. I am new to the electric drill and thought to trust the process. I should have stopped and left. They ended up taking some of my natural nail off. They are discolored, extremely sensitive and even more flexible than before. It hurts my nails now to run them under warm water to wash my hands. I am up dating my review as this salon has changed owners at least once or twice since my original review. I'm consistently disappointed with my nails. I get acrylics, and I'm not hard on my nails & often go 3 weeks sometimes 4 between fills. Now they're falling apart in less than a week. And the last time I went, I left with 7 sore fingers where the file nicked me. I also believe that not everyone there is licensed as I have seen someone being trained. There are much better nail salons in the area. I would try one of those. I can say that the place still seems clean & the staff is still mostly friendly. I love this place so much. I've tried them time and time again for manicures, always taking a chance and always disappointed... today's manicure felt like an assault on my nail beds and cuticles. Kept grinding too close to my nail-beds when removing my polish, over and over again even though I kept flinching and telling him it was painful. They are all so friendly and very nice about the fact I brought my 2-month-old with me to get my nails done. I have been here a few times before and they are always amazing. I highly recommend them and I'm not just saying that for the discount offered for a good review. I recently went to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The technician hurt my toe nail by cutting cuticle to the point where I told her it really hurt. I woke up from toe pain during the night where she cut it. I worried I might need to go to urgent care. My eyebrow wax was a nightmare. They burned my eye lids and I need to put aloe on them. I gave the new ownership a try but will never go back again. I will stick to A Paris nails. read more

I was very impressed when I walked in and saw how clean and open the salon was. I was happy with my pedicure until they started scrubbing so hard that I had to ask them to stop. They scrubbed so hard that I left the store with visible scratches on my feet. My pedicure went well but they never once had me wash my hands, which I have never not done during a manicure. I called before hand to ask for prices and they told me It would be $68 for a shellac mani pedi. When I went to pay they told me It would be $80. I proceeded to tell them I spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me a different price, they didn't care. I would have no problem paying $80 for a quality mani pedi but I don't feel as if this mani pedi was worth $80. I've been going to this nail salon since it opened awhile back and they were amazing! But I went in a few weeks ago, and didn't recognize any of the nail techs there. Come to find out the previous owner sold the business. I'm so upset! I really, really loved the old owner. Does anyone know where he went? Also the new staff does a decent job, but not as good compared to the previous. I always get long nails (like I'm talking Cardi B, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Rhianna type of long) and the last time I went in there to get a full set a bunch of the other nail techs kept coming around and staring at my nails while I was getting them done. I mean at least three of them came over, and each of them returned like twice to stare. Anyways, it made me feel kind of uncomfortable like they felt that the length that I was getting was too long. Can I give no stars? We've been coming here over a year and made the 20 minute drive for the service, atmosphere and quality. This last visit, we didn't recognize anyone working there and still gave it a chance...needless to say we won't be coming back. Total bummer. I'm not sure if there is new management or what is going on. Pedicure was painful as I'm pretty sure they filed more of my skin than nails, they're uneven and the shellac isn't even. My girlfriends shellac manicure looks awful and already looks like it could peel off. The nail polish is thick by the cuticle and light on the edges.
