Great Tang has always been good in my opinion. But it has recently sold and it is insanely good…read morenow. I am a noodle lover and there is an updated menu item called Cold Xian Noodle. It does have cilantro. I love cilantro so it was like an extra pop of flavor for me. But this is a home made noodle, wide and WONDERFUL. We ordered the Steamed Creamy Duck Yolk for fun and I was quietly thinking they would likely go to waste. But they were SO good! They're sweet and do not taste like egg or yolk. Hard to explain but worth the adventure. The chicken fried rice was an enormous portion and the same for the Hunan Chicken. The crab Rangoon is a must for us and was great. Oh! AND! They have buckwheat tea! Buckwheat tea is a savory tea and so good for you. Google it! The staff is so happy and kind. This place is great and the environment is fun. Be adventurous and try 1 thing you wouldn't normally order, you won't be disappointed! We're regulars from now on!

We fined in on a Friday afternoon and had dim sum. We shared the shrimp dumpling (ha gow), shrimp and pork dumpling (siu mai), fried shrimp balls, seafood dumpling, crepe roll with fried fritter, and custard bun. The seafood dumpling was our favorite whereas everything else was average. The siu mai had a bit of cartilage and the fried fritter was overly dense.

I went for lunch and had their hot and sour soup (which comes with lunch) and Schezwan shrimp. The soup was ok but I've had better. It had a touch of heat but not enough vinegar for the sour flavor. The shrimp was a generous portion of 4 jumbo shrimp, a lot of veggies and a big serving of either steamed or fried rice. I couldn't finish it all. The price was $9.90 for eat in. Beverages were very limited. The quantity of food served was more than ample but the quality was barely adequate. The shrimp dish was marked as spicy on the menu but had zero heat and was otherwise quite bland. On top of that, even though I was eating in, my food was served to me in styrofoam takeout containers with a cheap plastic fork. It was my first visit and my last. Free parking in the lot outside.

The broccoli with it was a tad underdone but very fresh-tasting. The shrimp and lobster sauce was delicious - big shrimp and lots of them. The remove the tails, which is a nice touch. I use a walker and was grateful when the lady who took my order helped me get the food to my car. Definitely will be back.
