I love, love, love their bulgogi Fries ... chef's kiss. The french fries are crinkly... All the good stuff get stuck in the neck and crannies like the Sriracha aïoli/mayo. The bulgogi is perfectly cooked with carmelization and sweetness. I am happy to see they have a restaurant. I know it means more options and cooking creativity. Their menu has evolved, since opening. This restaurant is more Chinese/Japanese fusion than Korean. I ordered the "Seoul Noodles Spicy Pork." There was nothing Korean or Spicy. It was over powering with a heavy dark shoyu sauce, overly sweet and so salty. I had to ask for sesame oil just to cut the heaviness of the dark shoyu saltiness. It was horrible wasted $17 with a drink. I would not recommend this place, their food sucks! read more

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Asian Seoul's Copa Kitchen. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was beyond gross. First off, I got a beef bulgogi plate, there was a tiny black hair in my rice & another black hair in my broccoli. When I pointed it out to the server, they barely apologized and just offered to "remake it" like this was a normal occurrence. Even putting the hair aside (which, how could you?), the service was shockingly bad. We waited over 40 minutes for our food in a mostly empty restaurant, and no one came to check in or refill our drinks. When we finally flagged someone down, they acted like we were bothering them from talking to their co-workers. The food was underwhelming. Lukewarm, bland, and definitely not worth the price. Combine that with questionable hygiene and indifferent staff, and you've got a restaurant I'll never return to. Save your money and your appetite and go literally anywhere else. read more

Last time I went, fried rice was very plain and tasted like someone threw too much pepper in rice and didn't fry the rice. Pretty good environment, very catchy overall. Wife and I got a bento box along with kid versions for the kids. It was really delicious. The kids had a lot of fun and also got some neat extras with their bento box. All in all a great experience with happy service with people watching in-between. Heard good things about this place and decided to try it. Saw an advertisement in a local newspaper that said happy hour 3-7 so I assumed they had a bar. Not so as this is a small place with some eat in tables but mostly takeout. I tried the orange chicken and egg rolls. Egg rolls came with blue cheese dressing but the container was so small it was only enough for one egg roll. Orange chicken was on par with most other Asian restaurants in the area. 1 Star -- Unprofessional and Poorly Managed I placed an order with Asian Seoul Copa Kitchen through DoorDash, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. They gave my order to the wrong Dasher and refused to make it right. The Dasher who was actually assigned to me even called to explain that Chris, the so-called "manager," wouldn't prepare a replacement order unless they were reimbursed for the one they gave to the wrong person. So instead of fixing their mistake, they left me without food and expected DoorDash to deal with it. Thankfully, DoorDash refunded me--but the way this restaurant handled the situation was shady and irresponsible. If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, I recommend avoiding this place altogether. They clearly don't take accountability for their errors, and their management is unprofessional at best. read more

My sister lives in Maricopa and has been a loyal customer ever since they were working out of their food truck. She was thrilled that they now have their own restaurant and couldn't wait to bring me here. They had me at their breakfast burrito, I loved it and I'm kind of picky when it comes to breakfast burritos. Just the right amount of eggs, with sausage and bacon and hash browns, perfect! It's a small place with big flavor! The Hubbs tried it earlier this week and said we needed to go back. We started with the soup trio - she makes new soups every day. The egg drop soup was my favorite - it had body and lots of flavor. The sausage and potato soup had a nice spice to it. The Hubbs thought the clam chowder was good but not his favorite. It was served with bread and butter. Their wings are meaty and juicy. I love the honey butter garlic glaze. She makes their sauces and glazes. The Hubbs had the orange glaze last time and really liked them. We each ordered bulgogi - I had the beef and the Hubbs had the pork belly. The pork was more flavorful. My beef was good but needed a little more sauce. Both were served with sticky rice and broccoli. Yum. We had the vanilla bean gelato which she served with three sauces on the side. Tonight was our first visit and will be the first of many more. We started with the spring rolls which were not tradition with shrimp and crab mix that was amazing flavor. The egg drop soup was described as "the best I've ever had". For our main meals we had the ribeye bulgogi and traditional Korean sauce bone-in wings. Everything was perfection with amazing flavors that didn't overwhelm the meal but also didn't leave you wanting more. I'm already looking forward to the next visit so I can move on to another menu item and have my next palate pleasing experience. I had gotten takeout from here once before and really enjoyed it. However this recent takeout experience was NOT up to par. I got pork belly fried rice, and the majority of the pork belly was pure fat and inedible tough pieces. I also received the beef noodles. It's almost like they ran out of the noodles and mixed in regular/rice noodles into the dish when it's supposed to be buckwheat noodles. When different noodles get mixed together and have different textures, it really ruins the dish for me. I likely will not be back due to the inconsistency between the orders. read more

There is no trace of sauce, it all absorbed into the chicken breading and made it dry to eat. Perhaps serve the sauce separately. Loved the fresh steamed broccoli that came with it. Rice was super sticky and glumpy Egg drop soup was very untraditional and I personally did not like it. Kim chi was very good Shrimp noodle bowl had virtually no sauce. Some of the best fried rice I've ever had. Beware their spicy paste, it's so good but man is it HOT.

We tried this place because of the reviews, unfortunately we did not have a delicious meal. We had musabi, and it was quite delicious. I had chicken fried rice. A bit salty and lacking garlic, but the chicken was horrible. Grisly and chewy thigh meat. My wife had teriyaki chicken with the same horrible chicken thigh meat, full of gristle. Not enough sauce on anything and large amounts of rice which dries things out. The noodles were fantastic, that's the only thing I would re order. I tried them again last week and service was much better but there was a food order missing. They said they'd credit well when placing a new order last night via text like I always do and they advertise on their site and Facebook they completely ignored my text. Probably because I mentioned the credit bc any other time they're quick to respond. I don't care how good the food is customer service and integrity is everything. The food is really good. But the portion size is inconsistent. Ordered regular bulgogi fries with meat on the side and we got about 1.5 tbsp of meat. Normally it's a lot more. Asked about it and they replied with it's always been one scoop only and that maybe the previous times we had been given extra.
