Today was the first time I experienced Nando's brunch. I ordered their Sonoran Eggs Benedict with Carnitas. I was truly impressed, the eggs were poached to perfection the hollandaise sauce was delicioso. The service is always amazing! Logan and the crew are always friendly and attentive. I'm here at least 6 times a month.... I always get a chance to try the MOM ( Margarita of the Month) Nando's has one of the BEST HAPPY HOUR MENUS. They have a dog friendly patio. Great vibe and great staff

Waitress was forgetful she forgot my drink n did not apologize was rude n will no longer go back there. Service was horrible. It was Mother's Day not even busy. She did no good ck on us just took order never came bk had to have bus boy look for here we wanted out tab to leave that place

It was my first time trying Nando's and I loved it! Delicious food. The chips and salsa were so yummy, especially the hot salsa. I got the fried tilapia tacos and they were decent. The rice and beans had really great flavor.. But I was honestly jealous of my boyfriend's enchiladas though, they looked amazing! I will be back for those!! We both really enjoyed our experience here. The service was quick and friendly. The outdoor seating was very nice. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Let's try again. Service was OK again, she seemed to be overwhelmed. You get chips and a carafe of salsa, they also give you a ounce of hot salsa, you can have more at request. The salsa is very good, great flavor and fresh. The shrimp Fajitas was excellent. Shrimp tails are already off and cook beautiful. The guacamole is also very good and not spicy. Not sure about the refried beans, they taste like canned, they do not taste fresh. This is a good place and will go again.

Waitress is really friendly attentive Restaurant is a little pricey , the plates are big , I got the chile relleno chicken and they served me meat . Waitress was nice and returned to kitchen . My tea was not good very sour it was pomegranate tea looked like lemon . Ambience very modern and fresh .

Mango margarita was extra watery with no alcohol

We all decided to spend an afternoon out by the pool. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and were swimming around with plenty of room (maybe 5 other people out in the pool). Our friend decided to walk down a level to where the bar is, but the path was unnecessarily long & inconvenient, so she sat on the low railing & flipped her legs over the side, as a shortcut. It was really no big deal, but apparently the towel lady across the way thought so because she called out Harrah's security team, which included the manager & 5 other people, who all proceeded to stand in a row. They called out to my friend to come to them so they could speak to her. We were all perplexed because she had not been loud, rowdy, disruptive or disrespectful. They demanded that she be escorted to her room right away & would not be allowed in the pool area for the rest of the night. We could not believe it! Never have any of us seen this kind of action taken on paying guests at a hotel. I've never even seen this action taken with people who were rowdy & seriously drunk. They were very demeaning & rude. It completely ruined our colleagues stay here in Arizona. The handling of this situation was beyond unprofessional! I think Harrah's is lucky to have anyone stay in their hotel at all, considering the entire place stinks of cigarette smoke. Even cheap hotels in Vegas smell better than this joint. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I was expecting a premade drink but Richard mixed the Brandy, Grand Marnier and everything else right in front of us. As if the drink alone wasn't delicious enough, the literal cherry on top was the Luxardo cherry garnish. The olive oil dip was more than I expected. Baguettes were toasted to perfection. Not too soft, not too hard. The chopped olives balanced out the parmesan. The grilled garlic was the perfect addition to the dish. The Italian meatball gnocchi soup was hearty with large meatballs and flavorful gnocchi. a little bit on the spicy side but delicious nonetheless. You cant really get meatball sliders wrong. Oak & Fork appreciates that basics and didn't try to "fancy it up". The brioche was rich and soft. The Pomodoro sauce was flavorful and tasted much how my Nona made it. Meatballs were bigger than the brioche buns! Everything from the bun to the sauce and mozzarella created the perfect nest for the seasoned meatballs. While we were there we were never treated like another random guest. We were always treated like family. Richard was friendly, professional and gave us amazing recommendations. This was a staycation but honestly I would drive the 45 minutes just to have a sangria and olive oil dip!

Absolutely NOT the case here. You could literally put all the pages of the menu on a wall, throw a dart, and whatever you hit would be delicious and interesting in its own right. The place is a little small, but honestly, that's what I love about it. It feels cozy in all the right ways. It's also very relaxing, floating along the sea with some delightful surprises here and there. We ordered several drinks, but one that's not on the menu (and they do make it) is the Pearl Diver, which is magnificent here. The mixologists and servers are all amazing and should be proud of themselves for bringing such an experience to Gilbert.

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! The most recent was…read moreon a Thursday night around 10:30 p.m. This speakeasy is located on Mill Ave., the center of Tempe's party scene. Because of its location, parking isn't easy. If you're looking for free parking, you're going to have a long walk. Outside of that, you'll have to pay for parking in a garage or metered street parking. Ambiance (4/5): Hint hint. Idle Hands is located inside Devil's Hideaway. A true speakeasy shouldn't have signage outside indicating its location. Unfortunately, there's a sign for Idle Hands outside of Devil's Hideaway which takes away the sense of mystery and intrigue that a true speakeasy provides. Outside of this hiccup, it's a cool speakeasy. It's intimate, with 10 or so seats at the bar and about 10 seats in booths facing the bar. There's a projector screen behind the bar that had mystical motion graphics the first time I stopped by (thinking wizards) and Halloween motion graphics the second time (with it being a day before the holiday). There were some other Halloween decorations up. The only area of improvement? The music often doesn't match the vibe. A lot of the music they were playing on my last visit was Irish music that would be fitting for a pub. Service (4/5): I had the same bartender each time. He knows how to make a good drink and is pretty efficient. When you close out, he only gives you the merchant copy. Which is a pet peeve of mine. Let me get that customer copy too. But overall, a good experience. Especially at a college bar. Food (N/A): I've only had drinks both times. Idle Hands actually doesn't have food, but Devil's Hideaway does. And you're allowed to bring food from there into the speakeasy. Drinks (4.5/5): It's pretty surprising to see a speakeasy on a college campus. I was impressed with the creativity of the menu, both in terms of the ingredients used and the fusion of flavors. I've had a different cocktail each time, and they've all been great. My favorite was one served in a box filled with smoke. Talk about a cool presentation! The hallmarks of a solid speakeasy are elevated cocktails, nice ambiance (dimly lit), an intimate space, and mystery/intrigue. While the intrigue is lacking at Idle Hands, and the music can be improved, they hit it out of the park in the other areas. One of my favorite speakeasies I've been to in Phoenix (and surrounding areas). I am, after all, the self-appointed king of speakeasies. The king gives his stamp of approval.

My family and I ordered family style so we can try everything. For starters, we ordered the milk bread, fire roasted bone marrow, spicy peanut and tomato salad, and the tuna pineapple ceviche. I might say this multiple times in my review, but the food was very delicious and the description of the food was very interesting however it all blended so good in my mouth. The milk bread was topped with a miso tomato butter with almond and kalamata. Sounds interesting right? But when you actually tasted it, it was delicious! Who knew to bring such ingredients together to make this?! The softness of the bread and the saltiness from the butter complimented it so well! The fire roasted bone marrow was served with sourdough toast with a jalapeno marmalade with demi sauce. I never had bone marrow, however I met people who either liked it or choose not to try it, but this time I decided to try it. Who knew how soft and buttery bone marrow was?! The spicy peanut and tomato salad was very refreshing, however I wished it was a little bigger in size. The dressing was a peanut dressing, similar to a thai peanut dressing salad. The tuna pineapple ceviche had pineapple with tuna served with plantain chips. It was hot in Arizona and this dish kept it very refreshing to eat. For entrees, my family and I ordered the lemongrass half chicken, campfire seabass, ancho chili glazed pork chop, and the bone in ribeye. The lemon grass chicken was served with carrots and garlic mashed potatoes with jalapeno jam. The chicken was so juicy and you can taste the lemon grass marinated in the chicken. Again, jalapeno jam? What a genius! The campfire seabass was in this chorizo broth along with couscous and vegetables. I honestly can not review much regarding the campfire seabass because I didn't taste, but per my grandma she said it was really good haha! The ancho chili glazed pork chop was surprisingly not dry! I don't really eat pork chops, but our server recommended it and she did not disappoint! The bone in ribeye was delicious!! Super juicy and flavorful! It was served with baby potatoes, arugula, and chimichurri. Filthy animal is definitely a fun spot, the decor inside made the whole ambiance very intimate.

I love the animal and jungle themed decor in this upscale restaurant. We were seated right next to the big stuffed leopard which was fun. Our waitress was super personable but there were a few service mistakes. My entree was missing the potatoes it was supposed to come with. And when they boxed my meal, they didn't include everything like the salad and chimichurri sauce. Luckily I checked and was able to get everything added, but staff shouldn't be neglecting or throwing away part of my meal. I would definitely come back here though as the ambience and food were top notch!

Had the nachos with the chicken tinga and was delicious. Had margaritas too and they were also really good. So decided to try breakfast. I'm really disappointed that the experience was not as great this time. First of all ordered coffee and it was lukewarm at best. Told the server and asked about a coffee that comes in the clay cups when she said it was a cinnamon coffee, that sounded good, so I ordered it instead and it came out piping hot, much better. But then my breakfast, the big papa, which looked and tasted good, but it also came out just barely warm. My husband said his was hot and we got them at the same time. Place was pretty busy, regardless though there should be check of the plate to make sure it's plated correctly and it's going out hot. I told the server and they did discount the ticket but honestly I would've rather paid full price and had the food hot, it ruined the experience of going out for breakfast.
