I advised him of my issue and he stated he could not help me, in a patronizing way. I was stunned by the sheer bluntness. No help, no solutions, no direction to maybe get my issue fixed. After he just stood there with a blank expression, I decided against it. I was thinking it over, I was going to buy a Nintendo Switch that they had for sale, and maybe some Pokemon cards. I figured I would spend my money elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

She told me since I had not purchased the special edition ahead of time. I would have to wait to see if they any more at the end of night. I may have to come back tomorrow if necessary. I asked if could purchase the special edition that came with a tote and she would put me on hold and talk to a manager and come. Twice. 11 minutes patiently waiting on an answer. She said they could place it on hold for me. I gave my Info and was disappointed to find out that I would not be getting a bag. It's sux but it's ok. Like not one Blink-182 record, no Descendants, I never even found a single Nirvana record; You know, the 3 most popular bands and most people's wishlist?? This is considering the several hours I've spent there. Also, lots of used, sometimes old and broken music equipment that are full priced; stuff that's $50-$150, that you'd realistically find at Goodwill for $10-$20. Some of the CDs are over $15 which is insane, considering the CDs they have aren't even organized; and 90% of them are bands/artists I literally have never seen. I will still show up every week for movies, but they need to rename it to Zia Video; because the DVD selection is actually the only reason I go now. I've found countless films I really want every time I've gone and I still haven't explored more than 15% of the shelves there.

The prices are affordable with most costing around $10 for shorter series to $50 for the longer ones. China King is quick to release DVDs of new shows as soon as they finish broadcasting. The English subtitles are Konglish at times. Certain phrases are directly translated leaving the viewer to question what they are trying to convey, but after a few it gets easier. Each comes with Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and English subs. The audio comes in the first three languages. All DVDs are region free allowing them to be played on any player. Located in the Chinatown plaza next to the elevators and Mother's Korean BBQ. It is easy to miss, but look to the left of the elevators.

They overbooked their commitments and sent me "the next best thing" for both a projector and lens. This was true for several production companies all in the same two weeks. The products were very expensive to start with, and I was given half of what I paid for. Now I am having to fight for a partial refund. I hope other AV companies renting projectors for theatre will emerge, as this company is no longer worth doing business with.
