The edamame were great, as were the bao buns, but I just couldn't finish. Yer My son got the original chicken ramen with a little spice. Just spicy enough for him. I got the Katsuobushi Pork Ramen (pork belly), with some extra chicken and shrimp to increase my protein. My future so -in-law got the same thing. All of us thought the ramen was absolutely delicious, though I was hoping the pork belly was going to be a little crispier. The pork broth was really flavorful and the additional toppings filled me up. A work of warning in case this kind of thing freaks you out...the extra shrimp come with their heads on.
