Love that they don't overwhelm with show selections and keep it simple. Having led a run group at one time, RTR was very supportive and even offered to hold shoeminars on site. I feel that compared to other stores, RTR's price points are very comparable, often beating the competition. The staff are all helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to fittings and recommendations. Hey, I've shelled out thousands of dollars in the past 13 years and drove from South Austin to their store because they do it right.

I decided to go retro 80s with mine since I'm an 80s baby and I purchased a 40 oz Stanley Hyper Geo Tumbler to get the vibe going...setting my online purchase pickup for this location. It was ready within a matter of minutes. YESSSSS! But when I got to the location, I couldn't tell what was the front of the store, the side of the store, the back of the store. One side even had black plastic tarp of some sort covering all of the window s from floor to ceiling on the inside, confusing me as if it were a closed location under renovation. Once I called, I was prompted to keep driving all the way around the building to the "Macy's side" of the store and voila...found it. Walked up to the cash register for help and he followed me over to pickup, checked my name and I was good to go. I can't speak on what service is like outside of online orders, but the process for the online order was SUPER quick and fairly smooth. REMEMBER: The entrance is on the Macy's side.

As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. In order to defer the long, meandering check-out line, I decided to check the sales racks. While the Domain store had a larger variety of sales items, I did not find any item I wanted to purchase. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. My sales associate gave me one of the new designs in red.

Gorgeous displays, stunning pieces everywhere you look, and it's honestly just fun to wander even if you're just browsing. Each floor is basically a little runway of gorgeousness, and I kept catching myself doing slow laps like I was at a museum of handbags and shoes. Everything is styled beautifully, so even if you don't plan to buy, it still feels like a full designer experience. There is luxury pricing, but even if you want to just browse there are tons of options and so much help in the store for your budget. What really made it stand out though was the service. I only had an actual consultant in Chanel, but everywhere else in the store I still felt taken care of. Staff were attentive and kind without hovering, and I never got that awkward vibe of being ignored or followed. I got to browse with zero pressure, which makes all shopping so much more enjoyable. Even the parking feels fun with palm trees out front. If you're going for a certain brand or inside boutique (like Chanel), give yourself extra time to explore. This location is also right by an area with a bunch of shopping, food spots, and fun stuff to do (we even did VR nearby), so it's easy to make this stop part of a whole outing.
