For my last big anniversary cruise I used AAA and was not too happy so wanted to look elsewhere this time. They messed up my airline reservation, resulting in a missed flight which was no bueno. Anyway, Marlo was so helpful finding the perfect cruise line for us. I gave her the destinations I wanted along the Aegean Sea, thinking we had to use a small cruise line and she found one we liked much better, Norwegian, with a great package that stayed within our budget. We wanted to arrive a few days early and enjoy the first destination, Athens, and she helped by giving us a good variety of hotel choices, airline deviation (from the cruise line air reservations), and transfers to the port and airports. She's been to Athens and knew the area. This was a big job that needed an expert, and she handled it seamlessly. Her communication was great the whole way through, and she always responded quickly. Even when we experienced a snafu while on our trip (a driver's fault) she was available to get us an immediate refund. Most importantly, she helped us to have the trip of a lifetime with all details taken care of, an amazing 35th anniversary celebration. I couldn't be happier, Marlo is the best!

The Volaris representative kept looking at her phone before helping us, along with at least 6 other passengers, all with different situations, and they didn't do anything to provide us with a solution. In the end, we were stuck. They gave us a flight the next day, but it cost $4,100 pesos .And right now they've scheduled me for 4:00 a.m., and my new flight leaves at 7:01 a.m., and we still don't have a gate. Terrible service.

I made one claim in 2007. And they dropped me like a rock for home insurance on August 1st because of my ZIP Code. There is absolutely no loyalty. You are only a means to a financial gain to them. They don't care one iota how loyal you've been to them. And then they had the audacity to contact me if I wanted Earthquake Insurance a week after dropping my Home Insurance. You might pay your premiums, you might RARELY make a claim (if ever), you might have a loyalty card that says 88 year member if you signed up under your parents, and they signed up under their parents - but it won't matter for a second if you don't fit into their financial equation of how to profit. You are 100% there to benefit them, not the other way around. So don't pay their steep prices, and don't fool yourself into thinking you have a "relationship" with them, because all you have is money they want.

Apparently there's some sketchy areas nearby if you walk to Old Town through a very weird direction (you should actually cross the street and go through the underground passage). Location is convenient, the prices are SUPER affordable, and it's just overall nice and cozy. Complimentary breakfast was also nice and easy. Had a very pleasant stay and would likely stay here again the next time I'm in this part of San Diego!

The staff is always welcoming, the house keeping staff are friendly and trustworthy, the parking lot is gated and secured by a guard throughout the day, the rooms are always clean the grounds are well maintained, and after all the years of being loyal visitors, we have yet to experience anything negative at this property. I love that the grounds are secure and you can allow your children to go into the courtyard area and play the provided games with peace of mind- knowing that they'll be safe. They provide tons of outdoor seating options and grills for tenants, which makes cooking a breeze. In order to enter from the beach/boardwalk, you must have a room key to enter the premises- another awesome perk. This keeps all the riff-raft out of the area. &At night, they also require a room key to enter through the front of the building- which is a newer feature, and much appreciated. You can leave your beach toys & chairs outside your room without worrying about someone coming to steal it. We have locked our bikes up downstairs in the courtyard area & nobody messes with them. This is such a great place to stay & an amazing tradition that our family has. We look forward to our visit every May!

It's hard to imagine a better location for a hotel in Del Mar. It was right on the beach as…read moreadvertised, tons of active beach goers, surfers, dog walkers, joggers, teens at lifeguard school, you name it -- all sorts of active lifestyles without it feeling too crowded. The parking lot isn't huge so the first night we had to park in the metered lot next door, but they reimburse you for any parking fees. I was however able to find parking the next two days. They even gave me a courtesy call saying they noticed my car in the other lot and to remind me to move it by a specific time. I had already set my alarm to move it, but that was nice. The lobby has free coffee/ espresso machine and a dispenser for purified water. They provide beach towels and efficient room service. The rooms themselves are pretty comfortable, but we had someone above us that walked back and forth non stop which was a bit annoying. I mean it's just one room and a bathroom how much walking do you need to do lol. When you go out your door, you just walk a down the little walkway to the beach. Everyone is barefoot it's so close. They have little areas to rinse off your feet and also a brush hanging outside your door handle to brush the excess sand off, cute touch. The beach viewing lounge area (pictured) is nice, people hang out there and drink their coffee or work on their laptops. I had one suggestion, and that would be to build a platform deck for the back seats, because it would give them an unobstructed view. As it is now, the wall blocks some of your view, but putting a platform deck would solve that and be relatively inexpensive to do. So since they were taking me for dinner at nearby Jake's, my girlfriend offered me the empty room for the night so I didn't have to drive in the dark and also enjoy a beautiful morning doing my 10,000 steps while simultaneously meditating and recording an episode of my podcast in Spanish. I loved the room super spacious and with everything I needed (even if the coffee machine did not work for me). Being right there by the beach was a total treat. I feel loved by my friends, especially since I have not been out of San Diego since past September for budget reasons doing multiple jobs at the time. So I appreciate this generosity and being at Del Mar Beach hotel as it is one of my favorite beaches and brings so much joy. The decor in the small lobby is very surfer, cool vibe. Similar inside the room. The restaurant does not have restaurant for breakfast but they offer free coffee and you can buy simple sweets (although there are plenty of options to eat nearby). Parking at the back of the hotel, no problem finding a spot and it is validated. Awesome experience, chill people, glorious sunsets from there!

We chose to pay for on-site parking, and I highly recommend it. Parking in Pacific Beach can be challenging, so having a guaranteed parking spot made our trip completely stress-free. We originally booked a partial ocean view room, but to our surprise, the front desk upgraded us to a full oceanfront room at no charge! They explained that they randomly select a few guests each day for complimentary perks such as room upgrades, free parking, or late checkout. We felt so lucky and truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, the refrigerator was convenient, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It's the perfect boutique beach hotel with an upscale feel while still being relaxed and comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Think "tiny house" but without the charm. It's so small that turning around feels like a game of Twister, and every surface seems to have been weaponized with sharp corners. A relaxing beach retreat shouldn't require a first-aid kit. Then there's the humidity...the kind that makes your clothes feel like they went swimming without you. The air inside the room is basically ocean soup, and everything smells faintly of wet flip-flops. Be prepared to wash every piece of your clothing, whether or not you wore it on vacation. The bathroom features a stylish sliding barn door, which is a great design choice if you've always wanted to share your most private moments with your travel companion. She emailed me and my fiance consistently with updates of what she was finding and if anything seemed perfect for us. She spoke with my fiance many times to make everything just right. We decided to go with an incredible, all-inclusive (a must for us!), adults only resort in Cancun! Michelle was able to get us our dream room with our own plunge pool and upgrade us to club level for extra perks during our stay! She met with my fiance the week before we left to go over all information we needed, our travel itinerary, resort information, etc etc. She called the resort to make sure our room would be ready (we were crossing our fingers we would get an early check in) and informed us our room wasn't ready, which wasn't her fault at all and on the contrary, I was so grateful to know so we weren't expecting it. Our trip was INCREDIBLE! Completely relaxing - our #1 request! Neither my fiance nor I had ever truly vacationed so we were slightly in the dark with what to do and where to look. The stress from arranging the trip was immediately relieved once Michelle became involved. She is very knowledgable, goes above and beyond for her clients, and is very pleasant to work with! She checked in while we were traveling there and made sure we made it ok and everything was perfect for us, then reached out once we arrived home to hear about our take-aways! Because we booked with Bobbie, we were able to extend our stay in Banff, and at the same rate offered to large groups. Bobbie was also able to obtain a refund from the hotel we had to cancel. No one else with our circumstances was able to get that. Always use a travel agent when appropriate, and Bobbie is as good as they come!

I called Ms. Lotfi's travel agency to book tickets for my parents trip to US. She got their…read moreinformation and my contact, and told me that she will contact me soon with the best deal that she can find. It has been more than a week already and I have not heard from her yet.

On October 18, 2019 called E Travel to make a reservation to Paris with Air France Ms Lotfi called…read moreme and said she has Thaiti Nubi airline part of air France which she lied ( terrible airline ) did not have choice I was in a hurry and called her back and made a reservation , She charged me more than what she told me over the phone on my credit card for her commission When I confronted her on the phone she said she was sorry I cancelled my trip back from Paris to LAX due to an emergency Tahiti airline told me that I was entitled to some money back because of air port taxes and it has to be done by the ticket agent she promised me she's going to look into it and take care of it after several phone calls with her she gave me the runaround at the end she told me that if they don't take care of it she will unfortunately she would not call me back then after several messages she did call me and said her phone died she promised to call me back she never did I do not recommend anyone to go to her for any travel needs I had a Terrible Experience .
