He kept asking my dad if he was satisfied and when my dad said no Dr Christensen would just keep making minor adjustments until my dad was happy with the results. Last week I bit down on something hard and suddenly had intense pain in one of my molars. Dr. Beata Carlson is my regular dentist and I've always felt incredibly cared for at this office, so even though this was a last-minute emergency visit and she was unavailable, I trusted I'd be in good hands. Dr. Luo saw me and found a hairline fracture, so I now have a temporary crown while my permanent one is being made. But what really stood out to me was his bedside manner. You could genuinely feel the teamwork and how much they both cared about me and my dental health. I actually told him afterward how much I appreciated the experience.
