The staff here is always incredibly friendly and I have never had a negative interaction with any of them. Making an appointment is very seamless and they give you more than enough reminders for when your upcoming appointment is. They take their time and I love that they do because my teeth always feel incredibly fresh and clean after my cleanings or check ups if I think I might have an issue. Dr Gonzalez is one of the friendliest people that I know and doesn't feel like I am being rushed out when I am talking to him. I am not a fan of the other dentist that recently started because it feels like she is trying to push products such as claiming I have an overbite when my orthodontist has never said anything about it and I have had braces. They are open every day of the week and every other Sunday and their office is very clean and I never feel like I am on top of anyone when I'm here and waiting for my cleaning. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. This was the longest dental exam I've ever had in my life. On top of the anxiety I was experiencing waiting and sitting here. If they were busy, and overbooked. They should have rescheduled. They called plenty of times days before my exam to remind me of my appointment only for me to be waiting and sitting here. Usually I don't mind the wait , but waiting 30+ minutes after check in. And then 30 mins after the "x-ray" exam.. the dental assistant didn't even tell me a time when someone was coming and here I am just waiting and waiting. At this point, I just want to walk out but I already paid. Smart move- make them pay beforehand so they have to wait for service to be done. When I was getting my x-rays done, gosh that was painful - shoving it in my mouth and not being gentle. I felt the soreness after in my mouth. I am still waiting to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor for nonpayment of wages even though they make us wait a month to save all kinds of expenses. Even then, they violate not only what is stated in the employment contract but also what is stipulated by law, even though many of us work from satellite offices outside the country, and even with those savings, we are not paid what was stipulated and agreed upon.
