When as a patient you request just the cleaning that the insurance covers, they try to push a deeper cleaning and other treatments, in order to charge the patient more. Management is very pushy. They take you to a room and make you sign that you are refusing their recommended treatment. Then tell you that if the next visit you as the patient don't accept the treatment, they can not see you.

This location got us in fast, the staff is super friendly and have great energy! The office is bright and clean, there are tvs, books, play area available for those that are waiting with little ones. The staff kept me very informed with what work would be done and the need for the work. My daughter was made very comfortable during her procedure, she was handled with care. At the end of her visits (this is her second time here) she gets tokens to put in the toy machine. The first visit the staff was dressed in Toy Story characters which was pretty cool. I was able to schedule a same day appointment via their text system which I absolutely love being able to communicate with a live person for my scheduling needs especially being a super busy person. I went to the prior dentist, and asked for the last X Ray that they had done, and there it was the tumor it was smaller and she still had most of her jaw intact . This doctor could have saved my daughter, pain and suffering. So early but never payed attention and did not detected it.Dr. Mercury literally saved my daughter's jaw. So if you want a doctor that pays attention to details and knows what she's doing. This is the doctor for you, also her prices are reasonable, no scam just sincerely cares about her patience. Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. All 3 of my children had the pleasure of being his patients and getting their wisdom teeth taken out by him. He followed up-in the evening with me to check on them. The healing process was great they all had very little to no swelling. A week later was the follow up and everything went very well and smooth. According to my children aged 19-25 they all said they rated the entire experience and Dr. Theiss a 100/100 his bedside manner was great and If they had to do it again they would without questioning or hesitation. This orthodontist is the most money hungry lady I ever came across in a "professional" business…read moresetting in my entire life. Her front desk staff is unknowledgeable about very simple ortho questions and then BLINDLY hits you with costs and bills like it's a huge secret. They are not upfront they are not honest with the prices their materials are cheap and break and they are very hard to work with for a plethora of different reasons. Don't ever let your retainer break because not only will they charge you consult fee to say if they can fix it or not your going to pay for your retainer too there's no warranty there's no nothing. I simply asked if I could email a picture of my retainer to her so I don't have to actually go into the office to get a yes or no answer to a simple question and then have to go back for making a new retainer (oh yeah another thing cause why can't you have it done all in the same day? Cause she wants the fee money?) instead of her worrying about $45 retainer consultation fee She should've been worried about the $500 that I was willing to pay to get a brand new retainer. I even said that to her. She could've even told me that the $45 consult fee was going to go towards anything that I needed as far as the retainer or the $45 was going towards the retainer price of $500 but no she's so greedy worried about $45 instead so I decided I will go somewhere else that is better and deserves the money. My overall opinion in her work is not great either. I just would have liked to go back to the same ortho for a simple retainer fix/replacement. My treatment itself she rushed it and I did get a second opinion and according to the new ortho I shouldn't even have had braces to begin with and told me she should have never put braces on me without jaw surgery.
