I made it clear that I was anxious, and they took plenty of time to explain every step of the process, including costs and estimated out-of-pocket expenses. From the start, the office staff was very transparent about pricing and what my insurance would cover. They were able to give me estimates for both having the procedure with anesthesia and without, so I knew what my out-of-pocket cost would be before scheduling. I really appreciated that instead of wondering what the final bill would look like months later. Once I paid my portion, I was able to schedule my surgery right away. Dr. Grant had great availability, and I was even able to have my extraction the very next day after my consultation, which was super convenient. The procedure itself was quick, and I was sent home with clear post-op instructions and the appropriate medications.
