First of all, the location is on historic Agua Fria street, which is easily accessible from St. Francis Drive. Secondly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, almost cozy. A variety of music is played for customers, there is fresh air flwoing throughout via the two doors on opposite sides of the laundromat, which are typically open. The owners and their sons are truly some of the kindest people I've met in my life. Typically, the laundromat is not crowded and it is relatively clean. The bathroom is not the cleanest or the most charming, however, there is a working toilet, which I appreciate very much as a person who drinks lots of water. I bring my own toilet paper and clorox wipes to clean off the toilet seat. In defense of the owners, they are kind enough to leave the restroom open to the public. I will continue to use this laundromat until I purchase my new home. The location is convenient and the machines work efficiently. There is plenty of parking and the building has vintage charm sprinkled all around. I highly recommend Earl's. For those who don't appreciate Earl's, they are entitled to their opinions. My firm opinion is that I would be lost without Earl's laundromat and I am humbly grateful to have this historical laundromat open and available to the city of Santa Fe.
