We have been using Aspen for about 2 years as our pest management company and we've been very satisfied with their work. The employees are friendly and communicate clearly on the activities performed. The most impressive part of their maintenance service that i want to comment on is their follow up services when we have an issue outside of the normally scheduled and call them for a visit. Always take attention to detail and when needed for ants they come when requested. Zack serviced our home and as with all the other technicians he was thorough and addressed all my questions. I have been using Aspen's services for 2 years now and have zero complaints. What I love about them is that even though I have a quarterly service, if I have any concerns in between, they're here for me. I found a rather large spider INSIDE my house on Tuesday and immediately called. It was either that or move and it's too hot right now to do that. Anyway, Mike was here first thing Thursday morning and sprayed both inside and outside for spiders. He also spayed for yellow jackets and wasps since I've been known to have both in the past. my mom used these scam artists for pest control. the price suddenly went up, they only serviced half the yard and then required a $200 cancellation fee to break the contract they didn't fulfill. when i called to cancel "service", it was "dropped" three times on a land line. i hadn't even started swearing or yelling but they are gonna get that next. they are a scam. stay away. read more
