He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. We hired this company to get animals out from inside part of our building. But they didn't seem…read moreconcerned about getting them out of the building at all and only about setting traps. Once the critters figured out not to go in the trap, Squish didn't have any other techniques to get them out of the wall. All three of the workers were very nice but definitely are not set up for success by this company. Each person had to be retold the situation and sometimes had the wrong info about what they were supposed to do. From our perspective, they just seem to be an animal trapping and killing service. And yet, even how that was handled by them was disturbing to us. The animals would be trapped at dusk, and you are not allowed to leave a voicemail until 10am, for afternoon or evening service. So you are guaranteed to have a trapped animal screeching in your trap for minimum 14-16 hours. And you have to LEAVE the voicemail between 10am to 1pm, a bizarre 3-hour window? It's a voicemail! Why can't you leave it anytime? We also didn't know beforehand that the animals will be shot on the property, upsetting the neighbors. When finally the service ended because WE were able to seal the hole in the building after the critters left for the night, they picked up the trap but left bait strewn all over the ground--like 2 cups worth when we raked it up--Isn't that going to attract rats? I think this company has some room for improvement!! Felt bad for the workers! It was stressful dealing with the lack of communication! 2 stars for nice workers

Then they take these poor animals and instead of removing them they leave them in the cage and shoot them with shotguns. Now I don't know if this is legal but I do know it's inhumane to do this.
