As soon as we spoke with him, we canceled all of our scheduled tours at other apartment communities because we knew we had found the right place. Kyle was absolutely phenomenal. From our experience at our previous community to helping us through this move, he made the entire process seamless. He communicated every step of the way, was always responsive, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. It felt like working with someone who truly cared about making our transition as smooth as possible. We also want to recognize Viridiana, who was equally wonderful throughout the process. Together, they made leasing our new apartment an incredibly pleasant and stress-free experience. Exceptional customer service like theirs is rare, and we're so grateful for everything they did to make us feel welcome in our new home.

1 Star - Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Managed Community…read more I am writing this review as a deeply concerned parent and tenant. I live in this complex with my newborn baby recently released from the NICU and my 12-year-old child who has asthma, and our living conditions have become unbearable due to ongoing harassment and constant exposure to smoke and heavy sage burning from our neighbor. Despite months of complaints to the leasing office, corporate, and even the police, absolutely nothing has been done. The neighbor continues to burn sage so heavily that it burns our eyes and throat, and the smoke fills our apartment daily. They have also threatened me and my child, harassed my guests, and slam their doors so violently that pictures fall off our walls. I recently had a total knee replacement on November 17th, and instead of recovering in a safe environment, I am dealing with constant stress and unhealthy air conditions. We even contacted ECHO Housing, who advised the neighbors to stop, yet the behavior continues every single day with no action from management. Corporate refuses to return my calls, and the office has shown zero concern for our health or safety. This complex does not protect families, children with medical conditions, or tenants dealing with legitimate safety issues. The quality of living here has gone completely downhill. So many long-time tenants have already moved out, and it's clear the management's priority is filling units--not maintaining a safe community. If you care about your health, your children, or simply living in a respectful and well-managed property, look elsewhere. This has been the worst living experience I have ever had, and they have officially lost a responsible, long-term tenant.

Very satisfied with his customer service. In regards to the apartment, me and my bf moved into a 1 bed 1 bath on the third floor. Our parking space is under a cover to help with the beating sun and is next to our building. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of storage throughout. Our bathroom has a big flat round tub, unlike the normal conventional tubs. The lighting in every room except the living room, without sunlight, is very good. Some cons I will point out: - the microwave and referigerator are cheap and old (microwave is VERY loud when used) - our sink is very old and has knobs and is very shallow (can barely fit four normal sized plates) - the bathroom and kitchen have "fake" wood flooring which is already peeling in our kitchen (why put that in the two most "wet" rooms?) - the air conditioning is different and located in the hallways and very loud when in use - the washer and dryer are VERY loud when using (i can barely hear the TV) - our oven is old and i had to google how to even use it(?) - the walls are thin, so if you try to take a nap in the living room, you will hear everyone and everything So overall, the apartment itself is very spacious and very clean. The appliances provided are old, but work. The walls are thin, but we only have a neighbor across the hall and only hear them when they come and go. I do plan on living here as long as possible!

BEWARE!!! Monthly…read morerent increased by nearly $500 in 3 years! That is an increment of nearly $5,500 - $6,000 per year! Additionally, the utility charge was a flat $95 until last year. This year, during lease renewal, they added a term called "a more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge." Who would think that this means they are going to increase the utility charge by 120%? According to them, a "more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge" means increasing it from $95 to $210. The apartment next to mine has been vacant for nearly a year. I have seen 4-5 different tenants in that apartment over the past 3 years. I hope you understand. So, I strongly recommend: BEWARE before you move in here. I'm paying the price for my laziness.

When they were the issue. I decided move again after moving from Washington 15 hours cause I felt no compassion from management Tara and Tracey. I wanted everyone to follow the rules I don't understand why they can't follow rules. The neighbors were not supposed to have anything in the garage and they had a giant dog and a tv and couch and it would bark all day and night and I lived above it and I couldn't sleep. They were so rude to me. Anyways I ended moving out because of them. There were no available units either for me. I had to move out which wasn't fair. Since I drove 16 hours from Washington to come here. In the end Tracey was understanding but during the process I felt the support was one sided to the neighbors who were noisy and breaking the rules everyday. It was my dream to move there but the neighbors ruined it for me. All I have to say is those neighbors are the worst and I lived in building 12 unit 1226. I hope that management handles those neighbors better. They ruined my experience in their apartment and my life.
