We lived here for five years. The community overall is great and we loved it. Pros: Easy access to the freeway, grocery shopping and restaurants. Friendly neighbors Lots of parking if you have more than one car If you're an active person, the Iron Horse Trail is accessible from the parking lot. Maintenance crew (Rafael and Angel) are top notch Cons: Leasing office is not responsive. When we moved in there was Tanya. She was amazing and easy to communicate with. Given what the rent prices are, upkeep of the complex could be better and not look so dated or have trash laying around. Move out process: MONITOR THE PROCESS carefully. We received no final invoice after moving out. They blamed the postal system for not delivering it to our forwarding address. I suggest they use a different method like FedEx or UPS for important paperwork. What we did receive was a 10 day letter to pay the balance we owed. Even after physically handing the check to the manager, David, and assured we were settled, they sent us to a collections agency. I had to use my own time to follow-up and deal with resolving the process. Calling the leasing office was near impossible as the phone line always dropped because they use an AI bot. Sangeeta was always defensive in her tone when I tried to explain my frustration. Corporate has been notified of the team running the office. If you choose to live here, don't let this happen to you when you move out. read more

After years of mismanagement, my experience with this property--under Apartment Management Consultants (AMC)--was frustrating from the very beginning and only got worse over time starting from 2023. We moved across the country and selected Bridges San Ramon remotely, trusting the apartment would be professionally cleaned and move-in ready. It absolutely was not. The unit was filthy--the toilet had visible black markings, the washing machine was dirty, and there was no indication the apartment had been professionally cleaned. On our first day, we couldn't even move in our belongings because we had to spend eight hours cleaning. We even considered staying at a hotel. That set the tone for our time here. When we moved out in December 2023, we took every step to close out properly. I reached out ahead of time to schedule a pre-move out inspection so that any potential concerns could be addressed. No issues were raised. I expected to receive a deposit refund. Instead, weeks later, we received a bill stating we owed money--with no clear explanation. I had to escalate the issue to a regional manager, retrieve all of our billing history, and personally prove that the account was already paid in full. That was all finally resolved in 2023. Then, more than a year after moving out, I received a debt collection notice from National Credit Systems for an additional charge. When I followed up, I was told the management company had accidentally billed me twice for a water charge, and rather than reach out or verify, they had sent the incorrect charge directly to collections. No phone call, no email--just a collection notice out of nowhere, over a year later. This kind of disorganization and lack of basic professionalism is completely unacceptable. From a dirty, unprepared unit at move-in to a false collections report over a year after move-out, this has been one of the most poorly managed properties I've ever dealt with. If you're considering living here, document everything, save every receipt, and be prepared to chase management for answers every step of the way. read more

Lots of issues, they are terrible at scheduling so you can't do a thorough viewing, their AI answering machine sucks and AMC (their parent company) won't fix it, emergency maintenance number doesn't work, everything is old and rundown, maintenance requests takes forever and need constant inquires and follow ups, if the apartment above you is being renovated then you are going to have a bad time as they hire sub-par contractors that will cause multiple leaks that they will need to come in and repair. For how old everything is, the price per square foot isn't competitive. The one day a month you get some peace is nice though. The staff is really friendly and cooperative and the area is really nice, probably not enough to outweigh the issues I've had though. read more

We scheduled a tour online on the Bridges at San Ramon website, drove all the way from Sunnyvale for the tour and when we arrived, we knocked on the rental office door and were ignored for a few minutes until the "leasing manager" felt like acknowledging us to tell us "the leasing office is closed on Sundays." She argued that if we booked a tour on a third party website that "she doesn't get it." Kind of funny to hear her say that when we booked directly on the Bridges at San Ramon website. Seems to me like she simply didn't feel like doing her job. No thanks. Lived here since November of 2023. Wanted to wait a while before reviewing. Price wise, not that bad for San Ramon, but the water bill tends to make it vary per month. Can be paid in person at management or via the site - small added charge using a debit card, BIG added charge using a credit card. Neighbors have been friendly so far, though I personally haven't interacted past the two near my own apartment. I see a few people take walks inside the gated area and some kids playing around during the weekends. Has so far never been too loud or rowdy enough to be a problem. Love the area. Right across Trader Joe's, City Center is nearby, plus Safeway, Target, and Walmart within 10min. Medical facilities are also close, and Iron Horse Trail is right behind with it's own entrance in and out. Small issue that family and friends (also food delivery) can't enter via vehicle past a certain time (dinnertime) unless I'm (or someone else) physically there to open the gate with a key. Maintenance only comes in during weekends. I tried to get their help via the website for weekend, which went through, but wasn't told until after the fact that they only work weekdays. Not a problem itself, but would have been nice to know beforehand. Maintenance guy has been great though - fixed both issues with my living room light and washing machine. While I have my own spot, parking can get a little iffy, but Sangeeta has been pretty good with getting everything cleared up. Speaking of, shout out to Sangeeta - she's been a rock star in getting me all set up for my move in and helping me with issues that come up. read more

Bridges Management & Ownership is very irresponsible unfortunately. It literally is at a point where it is impacting my mental health. I've reached out to the manager David so many times in email, for a false reporting they've done on my credit report for some past dues in 2021 which are all paid up and I've lived at this place from 2016 to 2018, 2020 to 2021 and it is sad to see this state of management and leadership issue. It's been more than 3 months I've been trying to bring closure to my case as I OWE NOTHING and have submitted all the proof. The Manager David has confirmed also in email but I don't see any action on my credit report of his confirmation. I've emailed the Manager and Bridges team so many times, give me the proof of what you've told the NCS team but they arent's sharing and this False Collection Inquiry is not removed from my credit report and impacting negatively. I'm tired and exhausted out of all my options to get this fixed. NCS and Bridges team not sure what they're doing but runining my credit history and impacting my future... Lived here less than a year, moved out months ago. Had to do an emergency move out because of MOLD. We had notified management about the mold who told us it's not mold, even though it was. We took a sample and sent it to a lab where it was confirmed that we had 4 different types of mold in the walls and windows. Management wanted to open up the mold filled walls while we were living there, and as I have health conditions, we opted for an early move out. The maintenance team is great! This is probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in because they have done a ton of maintenance on the property since I have lived here. They have completely painted all of the buildings and repaved the parking lots. They also do a lot of maintenance on the lagoon and management is also pretty responsive to individual maintenance requests. It's also a beautiful property with lots of lush landscaping and it's a very convenient location. It's pretty unusual to see a management company do this much maintenance for an apartment complex so -- I would highly recommend this property. read more

Sangeeta has been wonderful. I went in to find out when my lease was up, because in all honesty I forgot. When I went to the leasing office I was greeted by Sangeeta, who was a delight to work with. She informed me of when my lease was up and that I had the option to renew my lease. I mentioned that I was curious in a two bedroom apartment for my wife and I. I explained that if it was within our budget it would be something we would discuss. Long story short, I walked in asking when my lease was up and walked out with all the paperwork for my new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I am so unbelievably grateful for the perfect timing and for Sangeeta, who helped facilitate this entire process. Moving isn't the most fun but when you're only moving 45 seconds from your current place, it isn't so bad! Go see Sangeeta if you're looking to live in a nice, quiet area. The complex feels safe and you're next to so much. My wife and I love it here and are happy to spend the next couple of years in our cozy new home. read more

I usually don't complain, but things have really staggered for me here. If you want no peace from the moment you sign you lease, move here and you will get: - Old appliances that break within a week of moving in - You need to constantly email about said appliances to be replaced - Wait 2 months to have your microwave and dishwasher replaced - Have the patio that took you weeks to decorate be taken apart because they need to do repairs - Have said beautiful patio put back with no care and your decorations get damaged - Have your peace taken away by repairs being completed all at the same time. Many apartment communities will plan their repairs/capital improvements over time, but not here. They schedule painting the entire complex (including balconies), resealing stair landings, and resurfacing all parking areas back to back. I appreciate improvements but not all back to back. It feels like we have been under repairs for months. So no peace. - Have your car towed. Pay $500 and lose half a day of work to get your car back. They have no regard for the fact that there isn't any other parking available while they do their repairs and will tow your car. No call. Nothing. Yes, they give notice, but what are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to park? There is no grace or a courtesy call. - Upon moving in you are given keys to the main gate and common amenities, only to find yourself locked out when you try to get in and realize that there is no lockset. There is a keypad but they failed to give you the code. So you end up being locked out after trying to come back home when the gate is closed. - Half your outlets won't work - The AC doesn't have a set point so it will permanently keep your apartment at 63 degrees. - No care or empathy from management. All they want is their money on time and otherwise you don't matter. If all of this sounds like a dream to you, please live here. I'm moving out as soon as I can. read more

Living at Bridges in San Ramon,Ca is wonderful. It's a very attractive complex complete with fountains and beautiful landscaping. It feels very safe here. Our apartment is all up to date and very attractive inside. Sangeeta, the leasing agent is SO wonderful. She's kind, tries her best to see that your needs are accommodated and is always helpful. When I first moved here three years ago, I loved it. i never had an issue getting the office people to return calls and or emails. We received a weeks notice for any kind of inspection as this is and should be planned in advance. But since Nicoya and Tanya left this place has gone down hill. Office is open all day yet no one answers the phones or emails of the residents. Nicoya used to think of the tenants and give us time to get ready for inspection especially dog owners now we barely get two days notice!!!!! I wish the property management company would bring back the the previous female manager, Tonya. She cared about the tenants and took Time to chat with the tenants. With the new manager David custome service has gone downhill. Office is suppose to be open from from 9-6 but they always have closed sign on and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND OR THE EMAILS. Tonya the Russian lady or David have refused to give the name of the property management due to tenants stating they will contact the city due to violations. The tenant occupancy has gone done almost 30% due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I understand after negative rev is done management leaves a comment for us to contact them, why??? there is no need to contact them when the issues are written clearly in the reviews. If you are looking for a property management that will be professional, this is not the place for you. Trust me you are better off with the other apartments in San Ramon. Before moving in I was told the window in the spare bedroom would be fixed. The widow had a big hole in the screen so not that big of a deal right? Wrong took them over a week to come fix the window screen which the maintenance team took from another apartment. To continue later I found out there was mold in the windowsill. I had to get San Ramon code enforcement to come inspect the mold. The bathroom shower rack on the wall in the master bedroom did not have screws to hold up the towel rack itself. The apartments themselves are old and very outdated. The management here is very poor quality compared to other locations. The worst thing of all is the utility bill. All 4 apartments attached to the unit split the bill, but wait. If you have a 2 bedroom you will pay more. For instance this month my utility bill was $214 dollars. So that means if you're neighbor decides to run the water all day every day you are actually paying for their bill because you might only run the water when you take a shower or wash dishes. There are much better places to live than here. The only nice thing is it is kinda of quite. But i have seen multiple problem smoking on property. Don't move here. 2x the rent to move out. read more

As a military vet I have lived in many apartments. This place was a living nightmare. The complex had a special for an an apartment. As we toured the leasing manager mentioned the upstairs neighbor was never really home. I didn't think anything of it at the time. When we moved in we started to hearing banging on the walls and screaming. It sounded violent. It would happen at 3 am or while I was at work. We have a two pound chihuhua who would try to hide in fear. She seemed like she had been abused and quickly aged due to the stress. I complained and the leasing manager confessed our upstairs neighbor was autistic and she couldn't speak with him but had to go through his mom. His Mom could also not do anything. Our neighbors from building adjacent had also mentioned they called the cops because of the screaming. I realized the complex had played us as they were fully aware of the circumstances. I begged to be released from our lease as this was causing so much unreasonable stress. I couldn't even work in peace due to the guilt of leaving my dog in what was supposed to be a safe place. Needless to say the complex had a lawyer lined up and said we had to pay up to $5,000 early termination fee. This place is unethical and I really would hate for someone to have to live a miserable nightmare while paying more than $2500 of rent. Please reallly consider this a warning. read more

The people that work here are just plain RUDE! They make living here a living hell. When you have a problem and you try to go to them they blame it on you and are very inconsiderate. Leaf blowers and lawn mowers go off at 7am all week, WEEKENDS AS WELL. The tires from my car also got stolen and the car was left on bricks while parked in the parking lot, when reported to the leasing office the Manager Nicoya stated that I needed to handle it quick because it was a safety hazard. She was so insensitive and very rude. They need a new, more mature manager to run these apartments, then maybe it will be a better place to live. read more

I'll start off by saying that the only thing good about the apartments is the location. The management here is terrible, when I say terrible I am referring to Nicoya.. She is so rude and very unprofessional. She lives in the apartment complex and is always going home during the day so it is very hard to reach her. Also when I moved out, she lied and said that my dog pissed on the ground in the apartment and ruined the carpet. I have a trained german Shepard that is a certified service dog.. he does not go to the bathroom in the house. Additionally they... *DO NOT SUPERVISE THE KIDS *Give them Candy, Jello and Cheetos and let them leave it in the grass and on the pavement in front of my apartment. Where it attracts insects. *The parents DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THE CHILDREN *THEY PARENTS ENCOURAGE THE NOISE MAKING *Restrict their kids to the courtyard, even though there is a HUGE 6 acres park 1 block away with a EPIC Playground and water park just for kid *Constant SQUEAKING and BUZZING of the toy cars they have the kids ride in a circle surrounding the courtyard. *They let their kids ride bikes and TOY CARS IN THE PARKING LOT *they enlist NEW tenants with kids to JOIN their CHAOS *They allotted a small part of the parking lot to be their SMOKING STATION (these parents are smokers) Just imagine if people did the same thing but with their dogs? My family stayed in this community for two years. The locality and location is very comfortable, convenient and safe. Our facility manager Nicoya Greisez and her entire staff have been very warm, friendly, supportive and responsive. I would like to specially mention and thank the support staff Rafael Hernandez and Josh Matlock who are like family and provide exceptional maintenance service to residents in no time. Last year all the building exteriors of the community underwent renovation and repairs, and the entire process was very smooth and brought in new paint and fresh wood work to provide a beautiful makeover. I would like to specially complement the community's serene landscapes that provide vast expanses of a stunning turquoise pond filled with a family of friendly ducks and resort-inspired fountains. The practical convenience is of course also provided by a proximity to the market hub and business locations including the new iconic shopping mall of San Ramon. read more

I would say 2/2.5 stars... Had I known that living here would be the way it is, I would have opted to move elsewhere. Overall, the PROS ARE: -that maintenance is pretty responsive -the community feels safe, overall -the community is quite, generally...BUT, HUGE CAVEAT IN CONS SECTION -largest sized unit has decently sized closet in second bedroom (the master has a relatively small, but decent enough sized walk-in) CONS: -NOISE CAVEAT...I would say the experience within the unit is 50/50 in terms of noise and peace. When it is quite, it is beautifully quite. When it is noisy, it is honestly ridiculous...especially for a place that calls itself "luxury"...... 1. The heating/cooling system is one of those that blow air, thus makes all that noise when it is on. Not only the air component, but also the machinery itself operating has a hum. This is annoying in and of itself (bc it is so loud), but to add insult to injury, when the unit downstairs' system is on, there is this hum/buzz/whizz/whatever sound from that unit being on that comes through the floor (where unit is located beneath) and vent (in living room--adjacent to that floor part). So if yours has gone off, you become disturbed again by that other one being on. This is particularly frustrating in the living room (since unit is in hallway adjacent to living room)...it is very irritating to the ears. The HVAC units (if that's what they are called) downstairs are also not quite when powering the heat/cooling system to the units. This is particularly heard from some bedrooms. 2. the building materials are poor. Particularly as far as sound is concerned. From a second floor unit one can literally hear the words spoken by a person walking on the sidewalk below. If one lingers by your unit (even downstairs), or at times even neighbors talking on their balconies from adjacent buildings, you can literally hear the words they speak!! Talk about morning frustrations when one's sleep is disrupted! 3. Same applies for unit downstairs...there are times when they are not shouting, and I (upstairs) can hear the actual words they are saying! Idk if this is through vent, fireplace, or what. But in bedroom there is no fireplace, yet through the floor (or vent‍) one can hear the talking...not so much actual words, unless the person is speaking louder, but voices. And when there is a deeper voice, that booming sound from the tone is just so annoying and disruptive, particularly when one needs peace. 4. The music from downstairs is incredibly annoying at times...just boom boom booming sometimes, and I can literally sing along to some songs that I know. Even with the volume a bit lower, there is no escaping the sound traveling to upstairs unit. 5. The stairs are those cement and metal ones...idk how to describe them. But when some people climb them, they do so in a stomping manner. This causes resonating thuds to reverberate through the unit...worse for the bedroom adjacent to the stairs, but I find it even more obnoxious that the sound can be heard even from the bedroom 3 rooms away! Like, able to wake u from ur sleep...! 6. The property allows pets/dogs, and I have the misfortune of living close to a few dogs. There is one in particular that just yap yap yaps from its balcony sometimes. I personally am not a pet owner, but I completely empathize with the fact that dogs also need to express themselves through barking; HOWEVER, if the dog is just going on and on, thus disturbing the ability of others to enjoy their peace, I don't think that to be fair. Especially if it affects one's ability to sleep (in the AM). -The windows are incredibly thin in bedrooms...I know rental units are not known generally for quality windows, however, when it is very cold overnight (30s or so), I literally check if the window is open sometimes bc the cold air coming from that direction feels as though the window may not be shut. -ridiculously overpriced, as others have mentioned. The largest unit is probably the one that seems reasonable to market value (which is also notoriously its own problem around these parts), but some of the smaller units are genuinely a joke, for the price being sought -there is a smoking policy (that is inconsistent, i.e. talked abt in 2 diff places in lease, but saying 2 diff. things)...in any case, I have come across more than one person consistently smoking wherever they please, seemingly without word from the office to get them to stop. -I read somewhere, not sure if here or elsewhere, that the water that is used to sprinkle the greenery is charged to the units. I always wondered how that person knew that, and I still do wonder...but I can see how that can make sense bc even when we are away for extended periods (thus use significantly less water), the bill for water stays relatively the same. If the water for maintaining landscaping is in fact charged to the units, I find that to be shady, especially given the overpriced units to begin with. read more

I will start with this: I really like living here for the actual apartment, the location and the grounds. It's very calm, convenient and my dog loves it. Day to day, it's a quiet community, pretty, peaceful and has nice fellow residents (mostly). However, the customer service provided by the leasing office is horrible. The manager, Nicoya, and her assistant, Ana, are so rude and disrespectful. I have sent multiple emails with no response, they never answer the phone and just don't seem to care about providing a good customer experience. Now I am not the type of person to just log on and write a mean or bad review. So why this one and why now? Because this is the third time in two months that there has been no hot water in my entire building. THIRD TIME. And two times have been mornings when most people wake up to go to work. Nicoya and her team seem not to care that this causes such an inconvenience to tenants. I've missed work because of this now. The only thing they are offering is an apology. When you start jeopardizing my livelihood, monetary compensation needs to be offered, especially with a breach of contract. If you are considering moving here, make sure you get everything you want before you sign your lease, because once you do, they could care less about you. read more

I stayed at Bridges for 2 years...it was an awesome experience. The property manager NICOYA and RAFAEL Lopez the service advisor provided me and my family with excellent service! If we ever needed something NICOYA and RAFAEL would handle it in a timely fashion. They both were like superheros!! Batman and Wonderwomen Our stay at Bridges was like staying a a resort. We've been here for almost two years no big problems until now. We have been without heat for a week now. When the heat does come on there's a weird and awful smell that probably isn't safe to be inhaling, it makes you feel like you're choking. When we called the office Tanya said the work order has them coming out on Tuesday, it's Saturday. She could care less that it's getting down in the 30's at night and we're freezing. Said she can't do anything about it. I'm pretty sure this is considered an emergency and it's against the law to not do everything to get someone out immediately. We will be reporting them and can't wait to move out at the end of our lease. read more

I get so tired of useless reviews of apartment complexes. It seems that the only people to bother reviewing them are people who have been wronged in some way and are moving out. If the typical apartment review was your only source of information then you would think there wasn't a single inhabitable complex in the area. Okay... enough with my rant. Due to a need for short term housing, I lived at Bridges for 7 months in 2010. Overall, it was a nice apartment complex. Notice that I said apartment complex, meaning that there are typical apartment complex things that go on. There may be a loud conversation outside, kids running around yelling, or someone playing tennis on a day you wanted to sleep in. That said, the complex was overall very quiet. Even the occasional noises could be solved by shutting my window. The apartments (at the time) were not "new". I was choosing between this place and another that had all the upgrades, granite countertops and stainless steel refrigerator. I chose this place because the atmosphere was great. I figured I could deal with older appliances and formica counters to live in a place that seemed more peaceful that the other complex. I didn't regret my choice. It is now 2012 and I was again in need of a place closer to my job. After doing my due diligence of looking at all the apartments in the area, again I chose the Bridges. They are under new management since I last lived here, but I like what I see. Mala has been my main point of contact and she works her butt off. She handles all the calls, shows the apartments, handles the leasing agreements, among other things I am sure. She even made sure some young kids got their parents to watch them at the pool. As with all apartment complexes, there are some rules, but they are pretty modest here. They allow pets with the additional pet deposit and pet rent. They have been doing some remodeling, so there are even choices for those of you who really want the granite countertops. Overall, it is a decent complex. I am sure if you wanted to spend several hundred dollars a month more you could find something newer or nicer, but you could DEFINITELY do worse and I haven't had any complaints so far. read more

Yes it is true frustration and disappointment motivated this review. However I will attempt to be as objective as possible and provide the info I would have like to have known before residing in this community. Conclusion NOT Luxurious, OVER PRICED, lacking value simply capitalizing on location and driving market price up as much as will be permitted. Let's start with the positive, the location is great, the neighbors are great, but great ends there. You can do better! The 1st year I was here the assistant manager Mala did a wonderful job of overseeing the grounds and provided excellent customer service. But unfortunately Mala is no longer here. The spacing of the apartments is very nice and the water feature provides a great ambiance and serves as a pleasant and relaxing noise barrier when functioning properly however in the 17 months I have lived here there have been at min 6-8 incidence in which the water feature was not functioning properly and generated much noise which would continue for 24-72 hours depending on occurrence as this community does not offer dual pane windows in the bedrooms this is very disruptive to sleep. This community has been recently renovated and the owners put fourth great efforts to provide esthetically pleasing finishes but that is all they have done and with the intent of raising the rental value as much as the market will allow. This is still an older complex with many of problems that exist with an older building, lack of sound barriers between units, dated plumbing with air in lines often which makes much noise, fluctuating water temp and pressure. There is NO FITNESS center only plans to one day have one despite the false statements posted on the recently updated web page. No clear plans have been communicated despite requests. Tennis Courts removed with only one day notice prior to the demo the amenity would be permanently removed. It was removed with the intent of building a clubhouse and reperposing the leasing office as the fitness center. The Court was jackhammered into pieces and placed into piles 2 weeks ago and no further progress has been made since. Landscaping had not been an issue the first 13 months I lived here but recently the grounds have been badly negated and the bushes have not been trimmed in over two months possibly longer. Again despite request. Who has to request for bushes to be trimmed? The utility bill has increased 8% in the past month and 20% since January with no explanation as to why. Vaguely provided on a postcard stating the following components and prices due: Water, Sewer, Garbage. Major water waster generated by malfunctioning sprinkler reported and left unrepaired for months despite multiple requests for repair. Pictures posted please note these were taken with no rain occurring in weeks. Repairs realy done in a timely manner. My AC went out on a hot week of summer and it took 6 days to be repaired, office staff failed to return my message left during business hours the day I tried to report the incident. The following morning several hours after the office opened I called and asked why my calls had not been returned I was informed it was not considered an emergency and that I was not the only person that required attention. Recently a wind Storm knocked loose a large branch which rested between the roof and a tree and over a walkway. After 3 days of it not being remove or the area signaling the danger I emailed the manager which stated it wasn't noticed during the review for damage the day following the storm. The following day I had to call and request it Warning type be put in place as it was a clear danger and Halloween. It took 6 additional days to have the issue resolved. Pictures posted. No dual pane windows in the bedroom or kitchen which require consistent cleaning in cold weather to prevent /stop molding. Bathroom updated but bathtub in my unit is very old and seems to have been painted of refinished but in several sections has Sharp bits of paint or derby of some short. Washer / Dryer in 1 bedroom units is a compact stackable not a full size stackable But you cant tell until you open the lid. Bedroom closet is large but doors are large and overlapping making some area hard to access. Simply not luxurious just conveniently located. There web page currently makes multiple false statements including note currently offering a fitness center, or beautifully landscaped grounds. You can do better! read more

I lived here for about 5 years and it was an amazing experience especially being a single woman living by herself. Staff is helpful and caring. Especially Nicoya who was the property manager when I rented the place, Rafael and Angel who help with the maintenance and the new property manager Tanya and leasing co-ordinator Tanya. Everything is really close by to this property, traders joes, iron horse trail, Whole Foods, peets, bagel shop, target, 680, 10 mins from Bart and LOFT. It's surrounded with greenery. Overall a clean and healthy place to live alone or with a family. read more

Nice quite community supported by a congenial staff. Nicoya and the front office admins are always helpful and pleasure to talk with. Josh and Rafael the maintenance men are equally nice. They are consistently prompt fulfilling work orders and knowledgeable about the needs of the apartment units. read more
