5 stars for the maintenance team, Jesse, Mark & Darryl are always super friendly, quick and efficient and amazing. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. Our car was towed within 14 minutes after being parked "illegally" weeks ago after getting out of the hospital with our medically complex child but anytime someone's parked in our spot we have to wait DAYS for it to be removed. Asked for the new manager Chelsea to call me over 3 weeks ago the day this happened and I was told she would call me on that Monday but I've yet to receive a call and refuse to continue trying to track her down. This is beyond sad as this place used to be so nice and offers great maintenance service but everything else has gone tremendously downhill the last couple of months. read more

Been here for about year and 1/2 , main thing I'd like to point out is that the main pool has been closed for about 8 months now , the gyms are sub par as well , TVs don't work and some equipment are broken. Management has suggested using second pool in the back but that side of the complex is horrible. Kids run a muck as parents let them do what they want , people leave their dogs loose as well as dog poop all over the complex and it just smells . Walls are very thin you can hear every conversation and footsteps from your neighbors. Ants is a major problem as well atleast for me . We are not dirty at all but if you leave a speck of food and wait 5 minutes a trail of ants will appear . You can just step out of the unit and bugs ants and cockroaches are in front of your door. Our first year here wasn't too bad but this 2nd year has been bad especially with a rent increase and the pool being closed (main reason we liked the complex and wanted to live here ) . I give it a 2 as it is a nice area that is not too busy and from the few times I've interacted with the staff it's been pleasant. read more

Scammers. I stopped into the main office to confirm the day that my lease was up and when I was to move out. I was told that I didn't give proper 60-day move out notice, so I had to pay for the additional weeks + fees that made me whole on a 60-day move out. On what planet would you need to tell your landlord that you're moving out once your lease expires? If I wanted to stay, I would've contacted the office to renew. If I missed the renewal window, then I'm out regardless if I want to stay. I have a signed agreement with a start and end date, why would I need to give notice that I'm moving out on the day that my lease requires me to move out? It's very obvious that this is simply an easy way to hide an illogical requirement into a long multi-page lease to catch people into fees. This is the equivalent of booking a weekend hotel stay, call it 2 nights Friday/Saturday, and on Sunday morning when you go to the front desk asking when check out is they tell you "oh you didn't tell us that you were leaving today so you now have to pay for Sunday night too"...... Management being cheeky to make more off residents. Yall should be ashamed of that, especially for those who can't afford it. read more

Only place I've ever lived that requires a 60 day notice to vacate on top of increasing rent by $400. The place is nice but it's wrong to increase someone's rent by that much. Walls are super thin. Just make sure you're aware of this when you sign your lease. I had an upstairs as well as a downstairs neighbor. I had a two bedroom with my dog. My downstairs neighbor used to complain that he could hear me walking and that my footsteps shook his light fixtures. I could hear conversations from my next door neighbor. That's how thin the walls are. I could hear my neighbor upstairs every time they moved a chair. The amenities are what really sold me on this place. The pool is amazing and the gym is well equipped and convenient. Just know the price you have to pay for all the extras. My rent went from $1800 to a little under $2200 in a matter of 6 months. read more

If I could give zero stars - I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Do NOT waste your money! I have lived in Vegas since 2005 and we have lived in multiple apartment complexes. We have lived in The Belmont, Avalon, and The Equestrian. Revolution is by FAR, the WORST place we have ever lived. The only good thin about that place was the manager Abbey, who left shortly after we moved in. 1. Toilet flooded rooms- - A couple days after we moved in, the toilet randomly overflowed and flooded our guest bedroom, our hallway, and ent through the wall and flooded our laundry room. Maintenance said something was not installed properly in the tank and that is what caused it to overflow. (Pictures posted) 2. Calling it "luxury" is a JOKE and a scam- - Yes, it looks very nice but it is EXTREMELY CHEAP. The cabinet doors in the kitchen fell off. Maintenance "fixed" them and they fell off again because the holes were too big for the screws. My husband had to fix them on his own. (pictures posted) - Lining from the cabinets were coming off the wall all around the apartment. (picture posted of this in the bathroom) - The kitchen faucet leaked. We had this fixed more than once. (video won't post) - Gap between the wall and the floor causing our floor boards to separate and go INTO the wall! **read below for the pest issues this caused as well** (video won't post- picture posted) Maintenance "fixed" more than once but it was never fixed. - The cabinets in the bathrooms had gaps under then. As if when building the cabinets, they cut too much into the wall and didn't fix it. (picture posted) - Washer was leaking. There was water coming out from under the washer so I called the front office. They told me it was considered an emergency since it was a leak and maintenance would come fix it. TWO HOURS passed by so I called back. The order was never put in. An hour later, maintenance came. He told me there was no water under the washer and that it was fine. Well of course there's no water... he came THREE hours after I called and it was the middle of SUMMER, in VEGAS. The water dried up by then! He was rude and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. (picture posted) - Our front door handle was crooked. It was "fixed" more than once and kept getting loose and going to one side. (picture posted) 3. Pluming issues & MOLD- - The faucets in the bathrooms constantly dripped, which caused mold in the sink and pipes - Sinks in the bathrooms CONSTANTLY clogged and smelled like mold. Maintenance even told us that it was because the pipes are very narrow so they get clogged easily. - Our bathrooms smelled like mold so bad, one day I bought a plunger and plunged the sinks. NOTHING else worked, so I thought, "why not?" The amount of mold that came out of the sinks was DISGUSTING! I had to do this about once a month. - Mold in the vents (picture posted) - we were always sick the entire time we lived there and we haven't been sick once since moving out. 4. PEST ISSUES - - Yes, this is Vegas and we have bugs but this places is RIDICULOUS with their pest problem. We are not dirty people and we had so many problems with bugs. Ants were coming out of our WALLS! Like stated above, there was a gap where the floor met the wall and we had ants, pincher bugs (earwigs), and spiders coming out of the wall. We had pest control come and spray multiple times and it did NOTHING. It got rid of the spiders but we had even more pincher bugs come into our apartment after they sprayed. - In the bathrooms, (mostly the master bathroom), every person in my family saw pincher bugs come out from under the wall, through cracks in the walls, and from out of our shower drain! There was definitely an infestation in the walls because we were finding BABY pincher bugs as well. This place was disgusting. 5. Security - - The gates were always broken, therefore, open. - Cops were always in the complex - People were always posting on Nextdoor and the apartment app about their cars getting broken into. - The building lights constantly went out at night. It was not a safe to be out at night. Especially, with the gates always broken giving anyone access to the apartments. 6. Staff - - I spoke with a girl in the office on July 21st, 2022 (our lease was up August 25th) and I asked her if the 60-day notice applied to us since we were month-to-month or if we could give a 30-day notice. She informed me, that since we were month-to-month, we did NOT need to give a 60-day notice. I asked if I needed to give a written notice, she said no so I gave her our notice to vacate on July 21st. In August the manager tried to charge us and stated that we were breaking our lease by not giving a 60-day notice. I informed her that I already inquired about this but that employee was no longer working there and we had to pay the fee. How do you give a 60-DAY notice if you're month to month? I moved here 2 months ago and I've honestly haven't had an issue yet. We were very worried because we seen very unsettling reviews. But we came to notice sometimes it's the tenants who can not be very understanding about things. Yes things are going to break down, yes things might not function, but how quickly are they responding to these matters and trying their best? Or are we just pin pointing the bad things because I came to notice it's the same people who live here (some not all) who are actually destroying things and man handling items of recreation around the facility(I have eye witnessed). And not helping to keep the place clean. So Far we have used the gym, the pool and the lobby and we haven't had any problems we are very happy and our apartment feels so comfy we are very happy we moved here ! :) read more

Management/all the girls in here have the worst attitudes and are extremely unhelpful .. do not expect friendly interactions with them. Have something broken in your apartment? Good luck you won't see maintenance for a good two weeks. Even if your place is unlivable they will just blow you off and tell you they're working on getting to you. And trust me, something will break because all the appliances in the apartments are cheap. When I first moved in my fridge was out and they didn't come for 10 days they damaged my carpet and promised me that they'd be back to fix it and never did oh and let's not forget the hole in my wall they put while in the process of bring up a fridge. Living here I felt like I was a college student living with roommates and had a curfew when I had to be quiet because my neighbors could hear literally every conversation I had because I know I could for them. Do you have kids that like to play in their own home, walk around and stuff? Or do you like to play music at appropriate hours of the day at an appropriate volume? Good luck living here then! I had a psychotic neighbor that called the police on me multiple times for simply walking around/my kids playing. The cops that came had laughed in her face and told her these apartments are poorly built and paper thin. But don't worry if you have a dog, they'll let it bark all day and night with no complaints. Do you like to live in a clean nice community? Good luck there is dog disposal all over the complex. Back on the topic of the appliances I used to have to wash my clothing twice and it would have to dry half the day because again the appliances suck dishwasher left my dishes filthy, even though I got the best of the best dishwashing pads. my garbage disposal was constantly going out, to the point. I had to learn how to fix it myself because again you won't see maintenance for weeks. Do not, and I mean, do not live here. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from Tajae and Melissa here at Revolution. We toured one of the models and fell in love. We wrote the check, signed the lease, and even moved our cox and nv energy to the new place. Before signing the lease I asked if I could do a walk through of the unit to ensure it was ready. They told me no because one of the leasing agents needed to walk it first to ensure it was move in ready, which I understood. On move in day we walked the unit with Melissa to find it absolutely disgusting. The baseboards had red splatters on them, there was paint stains on the wood/counter/in sink, chips out of the floor, a dead cockroach, stains on the doors and walls, dirty carpets, a filthy trash can from the last tenant, and even urine stains on the walls next to the toilets. We were devastated as we were so excited for our next chapter. We voiced this to Melissa and she said she would speak to the assistant manager, Tajae, to see what they could do. She said to come back at four and they would have it ready. Upon coming back it was not any better. We understand them having to replace some wood panels in the floor or even having the carpets cleaned again. However, it is not my job to scrub urine from the last tenant off the walls and deep clean the entire place. It was so far from move in ready and still absolutely disgusting. They offered us another apartment with the same model and sq ft, but it would cost us an additional $200. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the managers basically told us too bad and that there was nothing they could do for us. I have called Revolution home for about 6 months now and have nothing but great things to say! Originally I fell in love with the modern, luxury design, and ideal location for my work commute but since my move in my list to love has grown. Abby was our leasing agent and from the very start was so informative and sweet. My mom, sister in law, and two kid nieces came with my boyfriend and I on the tour and despite the chaos they caused she was light hearted and adaptive with us. We put in our application a week later, we were sold! Abbey is awesome! Our move in was easy- it was pushed back due to construction but Abby and Brittany were really understanding to our frustrations. When it was finally move in day everyone in the office was happy and helpful. Christian, one of the maintenance men even went out of his way to help us mount our TV! The community itself is rather quite. There have been a few concerns that popped up- but were immediately taken care of. We noticed a ton of cigarette butts outside our patio, the next day Alan one of the maintenance men was outside cleaning them up. As the units started to fill up we noticed there was dog waste being left behind in some areas.. a few days later we saw new dog waste bins installed in those high traffic areas. One day my gate remote literally fell apart and I went into the office where Dylan deemed it a factory defect and exchanges it out in a matter of minutes with no charge (which I'm super thankful for- they are pricey) Lindsay is super attentive! She always makes sure our apartment is maintained by sending air filters and light bulbs when we need them, and checking in on us to make sure everything is up to par. Through the rocky economy because of COVID-19 the staff have all been communicative with us and our situation, and on top of keeping the communal areas monitored and safe. We have a puppy, and we were worried about him not having enough play places outside- but between the grass patches (he loves!) and awesome dog park he's always busy. Overall, we've had a great stay so far at Revolution and love all the staff, would definitely recommend! read more

Let me start off my review with this revolution 2020 was a great and beautiful place even with its hiccups or so we thought. Unfortunately my two years I lived here was a nightmare. And I'll list my gripes. From current backwards as their prideful statement to always call if you have issues is incorrect. 1) they change policy's you have to sign legally without them actually being presented to you. Example they attempted to change lease lines or agreements without even telling you then when trying to resolve major issues if you try to call there number you'll be presented with a list of property managers without the properties they host and once you do find the correct one their voicemails are full. 2) they pride them selfs on being a safe family community. Unfortunately I'd have to say this is far from truth more then half my stay here there was always either something being broken into or the presence of Henderson police. 3) if anything and I mean anything breaks in the community it either takes weeks if not months to fix or isn't properly fixed. Example the dog park gates with their Barley functioning indoor house handles and triple stacked door stopper to catch it closed. 4) everything and I mean everything is falling apart here. The walls and floors are paper thin you can hear everything. I'm 90% sure building 23-24 the newest ones have to have electrical issues as my power would trip regularly. Not to mention the fact I couldn't control my fans or lights for almost a month. 5) I could go on and on with issues sadly but the major one for me was when the Henderson fire took my alarms down due to technical difficulties with them and requested the complex to put them back with new ones and to this day the are still just sitting on my counter the old broken ones that is unless they put them up and tested them for the next tenets and I really hope they did. For the positives Abby- Abby is the only employee who truly cares about her job and this community and in my eyes they should fire the entire staff and have her hand select the next group of this luxury complex won't be able to say luxury much longer. If you want to ensure your neighbor gets fined for doing anything they can't they check camera likes vultures and collect every penny they can.... Wish this was the case for every other issue that arises for their complex. So In conclusion Abby gets a 5/5 Revolution "luxury" apartments you get a 0/5 if I could but sadly you get a one due to yelp not having a 0 option If you are looking to move here save your 2000$ a month for a one bedroom that mind you has 50 plus available units at this time of writing and rent a house with roommates or go the few miles down the road to any other complex because this one will 180 on your the second you sign the lease. For any higher management that acts like they'd like to talk to me y'all have my number on file as you always comment back to others I'll more then happily share the true nightmare stores that I have from my 2 years renting in your wonderful complex any time you'd like. read more

I moved here from a different state and I can say their mgmt and worker are highly pleasant and comforting when it comes down to it. Moving is very stressful and they helped make this process so much easier; specifically Angel Land! If you ask me her name isn't Angel for no reason! I moved into a 2 Bedroom Sky Suite, and let me tell you... I don't ever want to leave my home because of the peace it gives. There isn't too much development in the area which makes it that peaceful because less traffic. Also the pool services are available 24 hours which I absolutely love! I was really stuck between them and the Elysian, but this felt less like a just another apartment complex; it was a home to me. I hope this helps others find their new happy home. read more

We moved in to a SkySuite facing east about four months ago and are really enjoying our time here. It's one of my most beautiful and favorite spaces I've gotten to live in. ....COVID-19 Info.... * Pools: 7am until 5pm * Business Center & Gym: Office hours * Cox internet is unable to hook up our cable TV and luckily we have internet. ....Pros.... * Lindsay, Abby, Andrea, and Brittany have shown great professionalism and care in solving our concerns quickly. * Relatively quiet neighborhood. We also had our building sprayed on the outside and around our door when we first moved in for some ants and no bug problems since then. * Property was built in 2019, it has full-sized washer & dryers, and actual sturdy wood plank shelves in the pantry and all closets! The adjustable speed-ceiling fans with lights are great! We also have lots of space around us to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. * Vivint SmartHome System that automatically switches our central air conditioning as we schedule it! Plus I really like the camera at the doorbell with the speaker system. Very helpful! I also like that the living room, kitchen, and stair lights are dimmable from my phone. * Fun activities like shaved ice trucks, Halloween patio contests and community social media posts that I enjoy which make us feel like we're part of a community. I love the landscape pictures our neighbors share. ....Cons.... * Not a fully smoke-free property so there are cigarettes/vape and marijuana smells as we walk around. There's also no place to wash our cars. * The small pool is 38' or 12 m long and doesn't have Wi-Fi. The larger pool by the office is 58' or 18 m long and doesn't really have the shape for doing laps. They don't feel heated, so I tend to use them after the sun's had a chance to warm them a bit. * Dog park is mostly a user-maintained space. My neighbors and I often have to pick up after other dogs/owners and we will spray the area as far as the dog bath sprayer will allow. * Being the first people to live in a space here means, the bathroom sink would surprise spit at us at first. lol The kitchen faucet also turned into a fountain one day and no problems since maintenance came in and fixed a loose something-or-other. Last, our washer wasn't actually agitating and the Whirlpool people took nearly two weeks to come by! read more

First and foremost, the whole entire staff here is so rude and condescending. On December 13, 2021.. my 7 y/o daughter wanted her aunt and 3 of her friends at our apartment for ice cream and cake for her birthday (which was the next day).. everything was going great until about 10:40pm the whole entire power went out. I thought to myself oh no worries this happened before I'll just go switch the breaker insider the apartment and it'll turn back on. Nope it didn't! So I'm calling the after hours line and was told that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible and that I was put as priority because my daughter had past traumas which made her very afraid of the dark. After 9 phone calls and 7 emails that was placed during the dark hours in my apartment still absolutely NOTHING. But my apartment was the only one with no power, Nevada energy said that it was the apartment's master breaker and that I would have to wait until they're back open to resolve it because the master breaker is normally locked. I waited until 9am for the office to open.. originally started talking to Abby, Abby insisted that perhaps i didn't pay my bill after I already reassured her that it wasn't my bill. She got on the phone with NV energy, sure enough they told her that it wasn't my bill that it was a master breaker she then called the maintenance guy on the radio, the maintenance guy re-ensured her that he's looking right at the master breaker and everything is fine. But there's still no power at my apartment. I'm upset because for a place that claims luxury living they cannot figure out why my unit has been out of power for now more that 10 hours. Sandy (the property manager) jumped in and said there's nothing they can do, I told them that i had to throw all the food away, the ice cream is melted, my daughters birthday was ruined. I got on the phone with a technician from NV energy who walked me through finding the master breaker which by the way wasn't locked, the technician directed me to switch my power back on from the master breaker and my power came back on. The ACTING MANAGER Tajae G. Is absolutely the true definition of heartless. This woman does not care about her tenants nor the property I was in the hospital gave proper notice and made aware to the office I had no access to the online portal and was still served a 30 day notice while in the hospital! her response was that's policy and procedure and she has to abide by fair housing! I completely understand policy and procedures, but if someone is hospitalized, the property management is unable to give proper access to the online portal to pay rent on time. Why am I being penalized with a 30 day notice and $300 of late fees, I asked her to please take this to corporate and instead of respecting my wishes, she decided to argue and go back-and-forth with me by email. She is very unprofessional and incompetent of this position let alone she has no empathy nor care for her tenants I hope corporate does something about this and I'm so glad that the actual property manager is returning. Because if Lee, who is the actual manager would be gone any longer I'm sure a lot of tenants would leave. I will not be renewing my lease and I hope that I never have to run into such a heartless ACTING MANAGER! Please corporate if you are seeing this please do not hesitate to contact me I have all of my emails as proof of the inappropriate comments she made! I would like to get this handle with the corporate office before legal issues escalate. Word of advice to anyone looking for a place to call home if this lady is still in the office I highly recommend not to move here other than her the rest of the staff is amazing and so is Maintenance Never had a complaint with Maintenance at all they are always on top of everything. I obtained a second electronic key for convenience when I moved in and paid an additional $50 deposit for it. But they did not refund my the additional $50 deposit for the second electronic key which was returned to them when I moved out. No reason was given. read more

We absolutely love our unit and the property is beautiful. The pool has lots of seating and umbrellas, which is a must in this Vegas heat! I'm obsessed with the pool shelf and take advantage of it every time I visit the pool! The gym is spacious and tons of equipment is provided. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and Abby has always been very sweet and accommodating to us. We have experienced instances where people park in our assigned spot but this is more of a reflection of the residents and not the property itself. We were also really excited about the dog park and we used it quite a bit for the first month or so that we lived here, but again residents tend to trash it or not pick up after their pets and because of this, we don't take our dogs much anymore. Overall, we are so happy here and we love that it's conveniently located to the freeway, shopping and the strip. It's quiet and the maintenance staff does a pretty good job keeping things clean. This is the best complex we have ever lived in and we plan to spend many years here! read more

I fell in love with this place the moment I saw it! Las Vegas has gotten VERY crowded and I was looking for something that way was far, far away from everyone. The staff is friendly and always there when I need them! The clubhouse, gym, pools are gorgeous. The neighborhood has bikes you can rent, hammocks, cooking grills all over. My fav. thing about the gym is the nice quality boxing bag! Revolution also has a dog park which my brothers dog has such a great time in. Moving onto the apartment itself, the kitchen is AWESOME. Don't move here expecting the pool to ever be open or the hot tubs to ever work. They keep water in them and do bear. Bear maintenance to them to make the illusion that they have pools and hot tubs here. Hot tubs haven't worked in 7 years. Who's been open about 4 months in the last 4 or 5 years. That would be stretching it 4 months open. They have drive through security but they wouldn't see a herd of pink elephants in the park a lot and I mean it's a waste of time. The maintenance team is very good. They try hard. And the apartments are very nice apartments. That's the only reason I still live here. I love my apartment. Be cautious of this community. I've had stuff stolen from directly in front of my door, things stolen from a friend's car parked on property, they will charge you for a trash service that does not actually happen, they also charge you renters insurance on top of your personal renters insurance. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom, be careful, they'll show you a property in the front, but the back is a mess and that's where most of the 3 beds are. The constant turn around in staff also indicates a problem, now there is some new guy filling in and my goodness, talking on the phone with him is annoying and triggering. However, the apartment itself is not terrible. A few issues here and there, but be cautious of the community. Also, I'd suggest taking up all of the staff's time during your walk through. Take your time and look behind every door, in every cabinet, look at the counters closely, look at the floors closely, look for nicks in the walls. If you are busy during your move in process and don't notify them of any damage within 24 hours, you'll be stuck paying for that damage. I did my walk through, went out of state to my old residence to get the rest of my stuff and found nicks. At this point it was 2 days later and they refused to acknowledge that damage. read more

This was my most horrible experience renting a place. They claim to be a good and clean community which is very far from the truth. They have dog litter everywhere , people don't pick up after themselves. The grass has dog urine patches everywhere and when it gets hot, it stinks. If you ask any question from the front office, they will do their best to help but most of the time they claim it's out of their hands. People are rude, timings for the gym and pool are for people who have a leisurely life , not for someone working between 7-5. They were so nice when you come to look for a place and then they're these self serving righteous prigs. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This place does not care about the tenants who live here, and they do not care about the safety of those who move here. They claim to be a no violence apartments, but I've seen cops here day in and day out and the same tenants still live here!!! Wow do I have a lot to say about this place. We lived here for a total of 2.5 years. With nothing but issues. My daughter has severe health issues that has become life threatening that have deemed this place no longer safe for her to live. From the bee infestation right in front of our apartments to The smoke that comes through the vents every hour on the hour. And the dirty water running through our pipes that are never clear!!! We told them about it when we moved in and there excuse was since it's a new build that it was normal. And would clear, it never did!!! My kids have a nebulizer because they are always having issues with their breathing There's mold in the apartment, that also has been an issue that they do not take care of. They just put caulking on it and it comes right back. The bannisters aren't safe nails were exposed and if my daughter would have not known and grabbed onto the railing she would've gotten badly hurt, our primary drinking water was compromised due to a back order on filters. They don't even offer to reimburse us to go get our own filters They don't care about their tenants. We had a crazy lady living across from us about 2 years ago who would throw rocks at other tenants and walk around screaming at 4am. Cops were called on her multiple times, and it took months and months for anything to be done. This same tenant threatened many many other residents.. also every single night behind my young daughters room the tenants were not just having sex. But completely banging walls, screaming. And being completely inappropriate for apartment living. My daughter would be afraid every night and we've made multiple noise complaints and nothing was ever done. They claim to be a drug free , violence free luxury apartments. Do NOT a buy it. You report issues of drugs and violence and nothings done about that either. We've been good tenants. And never have complaints on us. Due to my daughter health concerns and other issues we've decided to move out, however our goal was to move out slowly, and stay there for the remainder of our lease to move in with family once our lease is up. Or move out and continue paying the rent since they were not allowing us to break our lease without paying thousands of dollars. We've had multiple people try to enter our residence with our keypad by mistake which is a major safety concern, as the apartments below us is running an illegal air bnb which the lady in the office refuses to deal with as she kept saying it wasn't an air bnb when 2 different sets of people both told me they were renting an air bnb it states in the lease "No subletting" the guy below us was completely crazy and saying we were doing things we were not doing. He came out of his air bnb and was threatening the lives of my entire family, saying he will hurt my sister. As well as kill her husband. The apartments again did nothing and tried to tell me it's not an air bnb when the guy himself told me it is an air bnb. We called the cops and nothing was done nor investigated. I expressed my concerns for my safety of my family and my 2 young children since they weren't doing anything about this tenant, and all Rosemarie wanted me to do was sign a 60 day notice. She didn't care that the lives of my two year old and 6 year old along with the rest of my family were threatened. And that it was unsafe. The cops told me to report it to the office which was already done. And they should be able to do something about my lease. Which they did not. So if you want to rent an apartment and rent it as an air bnb for some extra side hustle this is the place to go!!! They will allow it ! They do nothing about drugs or violence either so definitely come rent here if you're about that! read more

I must admit that I was so excited to move here ...but it's been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!!!! SEE PICTURES INCLUDED. STAY AWAY and make the choice NOT to move here. Luxury apartments??? What a joke. 1. SILVERFISH Everywhere !! Literally in EVERY area of this *3rd level apartment -- both bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, living room. I will post the photos and also the video of a nymph (baby) silverfish crawling into the baseboard! Office won't have pest control come spray Inside apartment because pest control says they will only spray Outside right now, which means only the First floor of apartments are benefiting from pest control that we ALL pay for in our Rent! Again, SILVERFISH everywhere and NOTHING will be done about it. Silverfish hate the light and usually only come out at night, while you're sleeping. How well would you sleep knowing you found a silverfish in your bed!?? Will be Paying out of my own pocket to have pest control come IN my apartment and take care of this since complex appears not want to pay their pest control company any additional cost and the pest control company they use refuses to come INSIDE apartment to do their job. 2. you can hear EVERY SINGLE NOISE from the neighbors. their conversations, their tv, their music, when they're rummaging about in the kitchen, even if they *SNEEZE*??!!! 3. The air conditioning wasn't working properly upon move in and they had to come fix that. 4. The cable and internet was Not properly working upon move in. None of it was properly set up for connection and I had to deal with all of the b.s. and back n forth with cox for days before they came out to fix it. These connections should have been functioning as soon as I moved in as they charge a *mandatory* Cable & internet package fee every month. So basically, they FORCE you into PAYING for cable whether you want it or NOT! 5. front lock wasn't locking properly so they had to come fix that. Someone in front office told me it's fine and probably just the weatherstripping. But thankfully, Christian came to look at it anyway. The lock was fucked up afterall and Christian Did have to fix it. You should've seen the amount of crap that was stuffed into the lock area, preventing the lock from locking correctly. (Thank you Christian) 6. The apartment was NEVER properly cleaned BEFORE move in. When I called front office, they said they had to "rush" to get the apartment "ready" for my move in. Well, they rushed instead of planning accordingly and shit was NOT ready. Not one bit!!! When they finally Did have cleaner come, they used the harshest, most foul smelling chemicals. had to open all windows and my sliding glass door with all fans on full blast for HOURS on a day that was 95 degrees. The chemical smells caused nausea and headaches. So bad I couldn't even sleep in my new home that night!! 7. Shottiest, laziest construction I've ever seen This place is a NIGHTMARE !! STAY AWAY!!! I will say that Abby (in the office) is fantastic. She has been doing her best to help me, but she cannot solve all of never ending problems in these "luxury" apartment homes. These "luxury" apartments that end up costing $1500++ per month for a one bedroom and $1800++ for a two bedroom, by the time they add in water, trash, sewage, Vivint system whether you want it or not, and the mandatory cox cable package whether you want cable or Not. If you think luxury living is hearing Every SINGLE SOUND your neighbor makes (sneezing, talking, laughing, playing music, watching tv, having sex, rummaging about in their kitchen, use of the bathroom fans, etc) then this is the place for you! If you think luxury living means having SILVERFISH all about an apartment you pay $1800++ a month for, then this is the pace for you!! If you think luxury living means being the First person to live in your apartment, only to find shitty construction and DAMAGE on nearly every wall, baseboard, door, outlet, etc. then this is the place for you! I would not recommend moving here. It feels like the apartment was constructed by the lowest bidder and reflected in the build quality. You will receive complaints from your neighbors even in a corner unit. When I moved In I was advised there are 3 inches of concrete between the units and insulation due to the laminate flooring. As soon as I moved in the neighbors came by to tell me they can hear everything and they were advised the same. I have a sound bar and a single subwoofer, that I had in my last apartment with no complaints. Even having it at 50% is too much for the neighbors to handle. Can't even enjoy a movie, during the day, without complaints. The floor and walls are paper thin. I can hear neighbor's tvs, without sound bars, at reasonable volume levels. Not worth the over $2,000 rent I pay to include internet and etc.. Living here is literally like walking on egg shells. I have never had issues like this in any other apartment complex related to the poor quality of construction. Plus they allow smoking in the apartments and the balcony. If you like to keep your windows open in your apartment it will smell like cigarettes. Found out after I moved in they have an option for a non-smoking units. I was never notified my unit was a smoking unit. After speaking to the manager she said there is nothing she can do, so I asked for a move out quote. She did not offer any options and advised she'll get back to me with a quote. Waiting to hear back. Management is slow to respond back when using their portal unless you email them then they respond. One nice thing about living here is I can hear the lions in the preserve down the street. Its always nice to hear them when sitting on the balcony. Hope my feedback helps your rental decision. I lived here for 15 months and absolutely loved my stay. I really enjoyed my apartment. The area around my place was always nice and clean. The Staff is really great. Abby is top notch. Always willing to help with everything I needed. All maintenance request were completed very quickly. The only reason I left was to purchase a home. I love living here!! Brittany and office staff are all so lovely and answer any questions that I have ever had. My move in process was prompt and stress free! Their maintenance team rocks - the few request I've had were answered so fast it was shocking - everyone is always so happy and friendly which makes Revolution a really enjoyable place to call home. The community is always so clean and tidy which is amazing. My home is beautiful with beautiful views and amazing finishes through out. This community is doing everything right read more
