I enjoyed living here very much, peaceful environment lovely grounds. Management especially Jirah and Mary Ann were always pleasant and helpful. From move in until present the office staff Edith, Mary Ann, Jirah have all been quick to respond to any and all forms of communication. The maintenance team is efficient and responsive as well. This property is well maintained and from my experience the grounds are respected by the tenants. The units are spacious and comfortable. Living in my unit I can honestly say the neighbors that I share common walls with I never hear anything. I would recommend this ovation property over the others. This place is a hellish experience trying to navigate, and I don't know what they were thinking when they designed the complex. The building numbers are completely random, and they put floodlights below the building numbers instead of above, so if it's night out it's impossible to read. read more

Dont ever live here, management sucks, and lacks communication, in specific Edith Maldando. They come up with phantom charges after you complete a final move out walk. They do not provide detail statements of charges on move out and overall lack empathy and communication. Wouldnt recommend this place as long as she works there read more

After living there for 2 years almost 3 I had to leave the community because my rent was going up to almost $3,000.00 But I hope in the near future I can return. I spoke with Jirah in the office. She answered all my questions and explained the rental process until she was sure that I completely understood. She asked me what was important to me in an apartment and along with the units that I was interested in seeing, told me what other units could be a good fit for me. We looked at several units and the one that I ultimately chose was one that she told me I should look at. Oh I forgot to mention I actually did move in June 29, 2020! I loved everything about these apartments. Never ever had a bug problem I'm in building 39 in the back. Incredible 2X2 w/ attached garage. Neighbors very friendly. Prices went up incredibly during Covid which sucked. They were understanding and patient during my transitional period of COVID & me applying for the rent relief. One thing kinda rubbing me the wrong way is i had a roommate before my lease was over and i eventually moved out and i haven't paid rent there since summer of last year and i want to be removed from the lease I don't even live in Nevada anymore but they will not remove me which is making it impossible for me to get another apartment in a different state. The new people always say they're going to call back and don't and it's pretty annoying. But as far as the property i wish they had the exact same property in California. I'm going to miss my place. I had two walk in closets in my master bedroom. Just lovely. I can't express enough how pleased i am. This was hands down my favorite apartment but now my unit was going for 1394(?) now same apartment 15 months later going for $1888 incredibly insane read more

What can I say we loved it here when we moved here in 2018. This place changed for the bad. They changed the staff. Maintenace was a joke, the guy they had as a manager just smoked all day and would be at the pool cleaning it while there would be issues in apartments. Roaches were everywhere, trash everywhere. When I had my in-laws come and visit, I was embarrassed. The leasing manager truly didn't care about anything other than her paycheck. The police were there almost daily. When our lease was up it was a no brainer to get out of there and so happy we did. We live in a safe community now that has people that actually enjoy their jobs and do their jobs. If you read any good reviews, it's because they are old from back when it was managed properly or asked to submit a good review. I also don't want or need a response from anyone that works there as it's unnecessary. I just wanted to inform people of how bad this place is. It looks like a gem for the first look but just wait. read more

Still 5 star. Renewing the lease for another year, I wish they still had 15 month leases. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Kudos to the Maintenance Supervisor Adam and his staff. The pool area is gorgeous and I use the jacuzzi year round. I'm in the airline Business and lift luggage at the ticket counter. Going in the jacuzzi at 2am is a great relief for me. Awesome community ! My kids and I have been residents here for 5 years. It's a quiet, clean, and friendly neighborhood. I called our management office today to schedule a few minor service requests. Edith, our property manager was very kind and professional. Within an hour Damian from our maintenance team was at my door ready to assist. He was so kind and professional as well. He fixed everything that needed attention, and went the extra mile to look for a replacement part for my master bathroom. I'm very impressed with him. He's a new member of the team and a great asset! I toured this property recently as I am looking to downsize my apartment. I feel like 4 stars is generous so I did 3 stars. My tour with Maryann went quickly, very nice woman. My contention stems what happened during the tour. I toured the first apartment, not bad a unit. However there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom as if the adjacent tenant smokes a lot and it's coming thru the vents. I mentioned it to the agent and she brushed it off. Okay we go to the next apartment, a loft, very cool apartment. There was a gentleman smoking a cigarette in the parking lot in full view of the agent and myself. Again concerned I asked her if this was a smoke free community which she confirmed. She walked past the gentleman smoking and didn't say anything to him. So I've witnessed her passive nature towards smoke. The loft apartment was nice but not practical. Not sure why there is a fire place but more importantly NO CEILING FANS. I was quite perplexed how the loft area was to stay cool with no fan to move air throughout the unit. On the website, the loft unit literally has an air conditioner unit hanging out the window. Absolutely a No for me, for that rent price I'd prefer a ceiling fan over a fire place I'd use for 3 months a year. If I'm complaining about smoke during a tour, I already know what to expect for a 1 year lease. read more

The people at the office are very rude and careless. I applied for a place on time and they told me that they never received my application after they told me they did. I even showed them proof!! Someone else happened to apply for the same place around when I did and were able to get the place. They said that mine was never received. They told me they would give me a refund then hung up on me. I highly do not recommend this place. The person I spoke to gave me nothing but attitude and no empathy. The worst part is I already had spoken to someone who was willing to work with me and everything. read more

I just lived her for 15 months and found it a comfortable place to be. Very helpful and polite front office staff, and also a good team of maintenance workers. They were always quick to meet our requests, and even allowed us to extend our lease a couple of weeks longer when our new home wasn't quite ready. Also, the location is extremely convenient to a nice supermarket, bank, gyms and other errands, as well as the 215 highway. This apt village is also pretty quiet, which is nice. Only drawback is the apartments are a little bit dated. Also, some of the units are in better locations than others. read more

As I was moving into the apartment (8/2/2017) they were still doing light construction to the unit (putting on quarter board along the floor.) After the quarter board installation was finished, they did not install quarter board on the corners of the walls. This means there was a gap between the wall & the floor. Not even one month into living into the apartment I became aware of an infestation of ear wigs. They. Were. Everywhere. I made a point to request the weekly pest service; they provide weekly service on Thursdays, which worked out because I am always off work on Thursdays. The bug issue never subsided. I asked if it was because of the lack of corners on the quarter board. They sent someone to attach brown rubber on the corners to close them up. That didn't help. Fast forward to 7/2018 I woke up one Sunday morning feeling a hair on my face so I pushed it away. It wasn't a hair. I brushed an earwig off my face & onto the floor. I killed it & promptly went to the office. I spoke to the new manager Carla to explain the incident. She seemed to have been shocked, although this issue had been ongoing & she already knew of it & assured me pest control would come again that week. Now 7/16/2018. My boyfriend stayed over the evening of the 15th. At around 2am he woke up screaming/slamming his h& against his head. He kept screaming that something had crawled into his ear. I told him he was probably getting an ear infection & that I could put some coconut oil in his ear to soften any ear wax. I had him lean on the side of my bathroom sink as I began to pour coconut oil into his ear. The second the oil touched his ear AN EARWIG CRAWLED OUT OF HIS EAR. At this point that I began screaming like we were both about to be murdered. Neither of us went back to sleep. As soon as I got off work that day I went to the office to report the incident. I spoke to Regina in the office who seemed confused, about life itself. I told her I could not live in that apartment anymore & I needed to end my lease early. She told me the process for doing so was contacting their main office/law office to process it but then got distracted telling me about how she had to go to court because of her daughter's "baby daddy" issues. (I'm not sure how that was relative to my issue but it seemed important enough for her to tell me so I figured I would include it here for continuity.) She told me to message the office to take care of it & they would send the pest service that Thursday, again. I messaged their law office & waited to hear back. On 7/17 I went back to the office where I spoke with Sonia to confirm the pest service & let her know I was no longer sleeping at the apartment. Before going back to the apartment the evening of 7/19 to grab clothes & other necessities, I stopped by the office to confirm pest services had indeed been there or were going to be there. I spoke with Sonia again. She assured me she went with the pest control people to make sure they "sprayed the heck out of it." I asked why they could keep getting in like this for a year now even with continued service her response was "Well there are probably holes all in the walls." Sonia then proceeded to tell me that if my bed was on a frame (I was between bed frames that week) the bugs wouldn't have such an easy time getting into my apartment. Obviously this is one of the dumbest thing a human adult with a job could say. I explained to Sonia that I doubt the earwigs are just magnetically attracted to a bohemian lifestyle with a mattress on the floor. Furthermore, I pay rent for four walls, a floor, & roof to keep bugs out, so I shouldn't have to buy a bed frame to keep bugs out. She was definitely shocked at that revelation. Sonia told me to let her know if the issue proceeded but they shouldn't need to come again. By 8/4 I was moving out of the apartment. I went back on 8/5 to do a final clean, & final killing spree on all the earwigs (yes there were still more.) & to turn in my keys. It wasn't until mid-September that I finally heard back from the law office stating that I gave no notice & didn't give the office enough time to rectify the situation. According to Adiamo 12 months is not enough time to fix a bug infestation. Adiamo stated they "attempted to service" my apartment with pest control services on Thursday 7/26 & Thursday 8/2 but they could not enter because of my dog, meaning it was my own fault the issue wasn't resolved. The funny part is, if you recall, I don't work on Thursdays. Also, my dog wasn't staying there anymore. If you've made it this far in the review, you are a champion & definitely more intellectual than Sonia in the Adiamo Leasing office. Needless to say unless you want literal bugs crawling out of your ears, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is disgraceful, disgusting, & I'm pretty sure Regina's daughter's baby & baby daddy could do a better job of running the establishment. I've attached images for reference. read more

I've lived here for 3 years and really love it. My building is quiet and clean. The office staff are very friendly and always drop what they're doing if you need help. The maintenance is very good. They always respond promptly and do a good job. The pool area and the grounds are really special here. My 3-bedroom apartment with attached garage is bigger than anything in the new complexes. The neighborhood is walkable with many little shops and restaurants nearby. I strongly recommend Adiamo! read more

This is an over priced aged property. Upon love in we had pipes in our bathroom which left us without water for a week! They had faulty work so they had to come multiple times to arch the bathroom that looked awful! It was so incredibly hot on the 2nd floor our power bill was $400!!! That never cooled below 78 during the summer! Management is rude! Carlos was awful! They charged us rent & additional fees for not returning the jets on the last day they required us to pay rent! Stating we charged us for the day but needed to return the keys that day. Charged us additional fees for returning the jets the following morning of our last day. Run away! There are also large rats that roam the property at night!!! read more

On Friday March 26,2021, The bath/kitchen faucets and light bulbs to LED lighting were replaced. Jonathan from regional and Jose from Rehab mgmt. were the two young men that performed the work. They were on time and wore face mask as per coronavirus rules. They were very polite and knowledgeable of their job. We checked the completed work and everything was done to perfection. Left no mess. In May of 2017, my husband and I were searching for apartments as we were in the process of relocating from Wisconsin to Nevada. We stopped in the office and a super nice and friendly young lady by the name of Linda M helped us. She showed us around and was so so patient with us as we had plenty of questions. The property is very nice, clean, and modern. When we left, I could not stop thinking about Adiamo. My husband and I decided, out of the 8 places we viewed in Henderson, Adiamo was the one. I was a little disappointed that we did not have hardwood floors throughout and a detached shower, but that's okay. We're on the first floor and have an attached garage. :-) Linda kept in contact with us by letting us know when the apartment we wanted was available. As of 11/3 we are residents of Adiamo. I really like my new home. If you stop by, ask for Linda. You won't be disappointed. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. I've been here for about 4 years and when I moved in things were great. Service requests were filled on the same day. And if they couldn't be filled that day, you would get an update on what's going on. Now, however, the customer service is a mess. It takes several days for simple service request to be completed and it's never completed in the time frame they give you. I'd stay away from here. I'm gone as soon as my lease is up. UPDATE! It pains me to say that not only have things not gotten better, but they've gotten worse. You see the vent on the ceiling in my picture? It's been leaking water for months. Literally months! They have sent 4 guys to come and fix it and a few times the leaked stopped for a bit, but it always comes back. The carpet is ruined and I'm tired of emptying that pot every few hours. Now, apparently, they've resorted to their old strategy of just not replying to service requests. So I'm not sure what to do. Maybe I'll hire someone that can actually fix it and send Adiamo the bill. Regardless, save yourselves! Stay far, far away from this place! ****UPDATE**** The management has been much more responsive of late. And they even offered me a $200 rent credit for not being able to fix the vent for so long. I appreciated that and decided to stay for at least another year. read more

I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment for a year at Adiamo and moved elsewhere in 14'. Which was a HUGE mistake! I ended up coming back to Adiamo a couple months after that move and got a 2 bd/bath apartment. I love how everything is close by (Starbucks and the 215). I've had a really nice experience here. It's very quiet and clean. Management (Carla, Regina, and Ashley) and maintenance have always been very professional and helpful. The neighborhood is really nice too (many options for restaurants, shopping, and parks). It would be perfect if they'd update the kitchen appliances and cabinets. Still really nice though. I was lucky and had the vinyl wood flooring put in prior to moving in. It's throughout the living and kitchen area. Definitely a plus! read more

We absolutely love living at Adiamo Luxury Apartments. The community is quiet and beautiful, with tree's, bird's, wild rabbits hopping around, its a peaceful part of Green Valley right in the city. The apartments have bay windows and vaulted ceilings to die for and are spacious with garages attached. We have lived here 8 year's and hope to remain here. I've lived here almost 7 months now. The grounds are kept up nicely and it's very quiet. I've been quite pleased with the management and maintenance staff. Any time there is a need to call for maintenance, they respond within 24 hrs. Ryan, Freddie and Jason are the guys I see the most. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will be renewing my lease for a short period as I plan to purchase a home in the spring. We have been here for almost a year and its been a lovely experience. The office is awesome (Yea you Britnee) and so are the service guys (Miguel)- he has gone above and beyond and knows all appliances like a pro. Sound is very insulated, always parking available, constant breeze, gym has a leg press. The players club is right across the street w/ easy access to the 215 and nothing is far away. We looked at over 25 apartment complexes around the Henderson area and this was the instant winner for us. An excellent Chinese Restaurant across the street that has good sushi, and our favorite italian restaurant down horizon ridge (sauce is on point) and lots of spas all over the place. read more
