I have been a resident of One60 now for nearly 3 years and I love it here! The amenities are great but the people are what make it. The maintenance team is always so friendly and attention to detail and Office staff is always so welcoming. There has recently been a change to Management and when I visited to put in a maintenance request and discuss my account, they were so helpful! I hope to interact more with staff and my neighbors at some fun future events and plan on staying here for a long time to come! read more

Update: Welp. This place started out amazing. But ever since Vikki and who ever that new manager is took over things have went down hill quick! Here are the basics. The first time i ever talked to the new manager she lied to my face multiple times. Vikki does nothing besides makes mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but with the amount of mistakes she has made she should have been fired by now. Heres a wonderful example of a mistake that she made. She sent out an official letter to every resident at ONE60 via usps. The letter stated there would only be a rent increase of $100 a month. When it came time to resign my lease i was told the actual increase was $225 per month and that the noticed we received "was just a mistake". Not once between sending that notice to trying to resign my lease did they ever try to rectify that mistake, or even acknowledge the "mistake". They have failed to give a 24hr notice prior to entering my unit. Then i was threatened with a "strike on my record" because they were not able to gain access to my unit when they never gave a notice. The worst offense though is the build quality of the apartments themselves. In my unit for example if we get a heavy rain storm the corner of my unit in the living room will flood. When I reported the flooding i was told by their maintenance staff that there is nothing they can do to fix it, because it is an issue with the foundation. I had constant issues with my air conditioning unit leaking into my kitchen. Multiple issues with my dishwasher(which they claimed was my fault. Apparently im supposed to thoroughly wash my dishes spotless first then put them into the dishwasher). I was also told by a previous office member to stop putting in certain work orders for my unit. If you are sick of the issue being reported, maybe you should actually fix it the first time. Not get mad at me and tell me to stop reporting it. Then when you try to complain to the hire ups theyll, in short tell you to bad. Why do i say this? Well, i had to email one of the people above the manager on site. Some of the lights on the property have been out for a while and the security cameras were not working. In short what did they tell me? The security cameras are not there for resident safety, but only for the properties common areas. In short they dont care about you. Only their property. To summarize the office staff is incompetent and will lie directly to your face. The building quality is bad(they definitely sped through the building process). They find random crap to install onto the property or units to charge you more money(looking at you brivo crud home system). Finally you dont get what you are paying for. It is a rip off. Over $2,000 a month(plus fees) for a 2bd 2bth. "Competitive pricing". No. Thats another lie. You can move into a 3-4bd 3-4bth HOUSE for the same price or cheaper. Especially after all the fees they tac on. If corporate is reading this or any higher ups. Dont waste your time responding here. I recently moved out of this place to move into my house. While I was here I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and Sandie was always patient and great with all my concerns and questions. I loved the gym. This property was always kept clean. I would recommend it for anyone you live. read more

Living here for some time now, the experience has not differed much. A few things have kind of gone unmanicured, from time to time but nothing important enough to complain about. The community is clean, the location is perfect, the bang for the buck is good. Management is not an issue, they seem to work well with resolving any concerns. Overall a great place to live. If you read any negative reviews I have to be honest, it is probably due to someone who stomped their feet like a child and did not get what they want. Is management perfect, no, neither am I. Could there be improvements, yes every property can. Are you getting what you pay for here, yes and it is very clean and safe. My only real complaint is the coffee/water bar had to be cut back because some folks don't know how to just take one or even two. Which ruined it for the rest of us. read more

It was great until I left. Management never sent a notice of how much was owed fo repairs. They had my new address and phone number. Next thing I know there's a collection in my credit. I can assure you. I was not about to skip town for anything but it was really shitty that the only way, I find out is through my credit report. Make sure you get everything in writing when you move out. You been warned. read more

Good afternoon, This email serves to make a formal complaint to the Property Manager Sandy at ONE60 Apartments regarding my unpleasant experience. On Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 430pm I walked in requesting to tour a 3b 2b unit. The office closed at 5pm. She was the only person in the office at the time. Initially Sandy told me to grab a brochure from across the room while sitting without making eye contact or introducing herself.  Next, she proceeded to go over the numbers and stopped to ask me if I could handle that. When I asked to view the unit, Sandy stated, "We do not do tours here at ONE60 because we are 100% and have direct-access garages." I replied, "I do not understand what 100% means and what do direct-access garages have to do with not being able to tour the property?"  She did not take the time to explain and appeared disinterested in further speaking to me. She continued saying, "We are a small community here and people just buy from the website." Lastly, I told her it seems as if she is not trying to rent me a unit and walked out. My experience at ONE60 was none other than mortifying. I felt she was being judgmental to my general appearance, lazy because the office was about to close and purposely steering me from renting at this complex. Again, her behavior was extremely unprofessional.  A person in her position should be a model for the corporation with compassion towards all guests entering ONE60. Sandy's behavior was unacceptable and should be removed from any general public involvement. read more

I found this complex by chance and just driving around. I got lucky. It's newly constructed units with other units that are still under construction and not completely built. It's a smaller complex. I think about just over 100 residences. All units have attached garages, new appliances, quartz tops, real wood laminate flooring, so great here now! Everything brand new. There's WiFi and game room. Jacuzzi and pool area is resort like. There's Coffee bar for residents too. The units feel like townhomes or a home and not apartment like. Nice area, close to I-215, stores, dining and entertainment. I even got a first month free rent special! The higher rent here is well worth in what you get. The manager, Kristyne, is amazing. She's very friendly and helpful. Kristyne has gone above and beyond helping my family settle in. It's a new complex. Any issue that has come up, she's made everything right! She's a stellar representative for ONE60. The leasing and maintenance staff is awesome too, they have been very attentive, friendly and quick to respond on requests. read more

We LOVE it here. the apartments are clean and well designed, our garage is HUGE, staff is amazing from the maintenance to the management, and the area is walkable. Everybody who lives here is so friendly but also very respectful of boundaries and privacy. We are moving this summer into a house due to the size of our family and my kids needing a backyard, but trust me, this place is a gem. We are going to miss it here. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about the ONE60 community! I love my neighbors and the apartment itself is amazing. The gym and pool are always well taken care of and it's a gated community, which makes me feel safer and secure. Another thing I loved was the attached garage and how much space there is inside. The wonderful staff is what makes me love the community even more! I have not moved in yet but I think I should write a review just alone for my move in process and the experience. I was welcomed by Kristyne who just happens to be the property manager of the community. I have lived in 5 other apartment community's and not one of them came close to this apartment complex and it's energy. I rented this home because of the way I felt when I walked in through out my process I was introduced to several people as a nice gesture to get to know others which I thought was so amazing considering I'm from California and don't know anyone from Vegas yet. Moved here February of 2018 and have been pleased with this small but beautiful property and how it's managed. Everyone is helpful and attentive, if I've had an issue it has been quickly resolved. It's nice and quiet and due to the buildings being staggered you don't really share common walls, so the little noise you may hear is usually a passage or directly over somewhere you happen to be at that time, otherwise it's very quiet. Amenities are perfect and the location is also perfect. read more

Moved here early June 2018 and, so far, we love this place. The main selling point for us is the attached garages. This was game changing for us as they are (all?) 2 or 4 car garages. We relocated to Vegas from a 3,100 sqft house, so we got a ton of crap and were either stuffing it all into a 1,200sqft apartment or paying around $250 a month for storage. It is great to have everything in the garage and still have room for our Jeep. Parking at our apartment communities was also sometimes a problem, be it not enough spaces near our unit or just no covered spaces available. I had to get our car jump started a few times during the heat wave of 2017. Here, we don't have to worry about that since we can keep the car in a, more or less, temperature controlled garage. The amenities are decent. The pool is a bit small but it has two nice lounging areas in the shallow water. There is only 1 grill in the pool area, but I have not seen anyone use it. The business center is pretty basic: a few Macs and a couch along with some classic board games. The lobby area is large and cozy, has a big TV and a lot of free drink choices. The fitness center is the fanciest one I've seen in an apartment community. Everything looks and feels brand new in it. The mailboxes are located inside the gate near the center of the community, which is a nice bonus. There is also valet garbage removal... definitely another nice touch. My only real complaint about the amenities is the lobby and business centers close when the leasing office closes. I could understand the business center closing since there are computers in it, but I do not understand why the lobby closes. I do not currently have a dog, but the two dog parks in the community seem pretty small, maybe about 7-8ft. x 15-20ft. I haven't really taken a good look at them, but that was the impression I got. Apparently, there is a problem with speeding inside the community. I am not sure how people can speed through it as the roads are short and windy. The staff here are really friendly and genuinely seem to want to meet and please their residents. In previous communities, the friendliness seemed to end upon signing the lease. I frequently use the fitness center and usually will bump into either Willis or Kristine one the way in or out. The maintenance crew also smiles and waves whenever we cross paths. All-in-all, definitely check this place out if you are looking for an apartment. read more

It's hard to find a community that feels like home but today I signed my lease to ONE60 and had the most amazing experience and process of doing so. I'd like to thank kristyne the property manager who was very personable and welcoming. Definitely made me and my girlfriend feel as tho this is the place and not pressured. Been living here since July 1st and it's been a nightmare. From leaking pipes in this "new" community and their inept maintenance service that refusing to come fix it. We currently have mold growing from the leak and they still refuse to come. There's car alarms going off all the time at night, our floors shakes from our neighbors surround sound. But to top it off, there's Black Widow spiders everywhere. These problems keep getting brought up to the leasing office, but they refuse to do anything about it because corporate won't allow them too. read more

Obviously this place doesn't take new residents too serious I call for information for apartments I spoke to some guy don't remember the name but I asked him about pricing on the apartment and he provided it and I asked him if he can send me the information to my email address which I provided it to him but never got an email or a follow up call so sad and I could imagine what kind of service they provide or no customer service at all read more

Just moved in, and couldn't be happier! I was looking for a safe neighborhood, and a place my dog could enjoy. I found it with One60. The community is well kept, and the staff is always helpful. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far my favorite. Make sure to go in person as anyone wanting emails for quotes should understand that all the prices are already online and they are wasting the managements time. I have yet to see any leaks anywhere and no sign of spiders either. read more

Moved here in June and the best decision my husband and I ever made. Kristyne and Willis were our deciding factor and their hospitality has remained the same from before our decision to now. The one complaint I have is maintenance work. The maintenance manager Manny has a problem remembering and prioritizing his requests. He has even gone so far as to tell the office 3 items were complete when he never addressed them from June! With such a small complex, not to mention new, one would think the maintenance requests would be right on. I am not the only one that feels this way within our complex. With the amount of money we pay, they need to have a maintenance manager that isn't so lazy. read more

My family moved into One60 apartment homes from out of state we stayed at the property for a few months before I had a medical issue with my child. I went to the leasing office to address my personal dilemma. After telling the property manager our issue she seemed very concerned and asked me to give her a doctors note to verify what I had told her and assured me that she and coporate would allow me out of my lease without penalty or fees. I believed this without getting anything in writing because the property manager Christine seemed so sure and concerned. May I also add most of the time that she's in the office she's not working on property management business but instead working on her own business ventures on the company's time. Before moving out I attempted to discuss the move out and details of my child's matter with her with no resolve because she was busy working on her own business start up as usual and informed me to come back the next day. After coming back the next day I was then told going forward speak with the assistant manager because again she was busy. The next day I spoke with him in detail about my issue and he said the manager was still working on my issue but he also was sure all was well and that everything would be fine as he didn't have any information that any fees would be assessed. We moved out of the property, completed my walk through and was told again everything was fine. I didn't sign anything after my last walkthrough with the maintenance guy because the assistant manager was busy and informed the maintenance guy to do the walk through which took less than 5 minutes. I contacted the office in October, November and December to get something in writing with many unsuccessful attempts. I then spoke with the property manager in November only to be told everything was fine again. In December the story changed when I still had not received anything in writing so I called a few times and was then told everything wasn't fine and now penalty fees were assessed but the account wasn't in collections. Wait how? I've been told from the beginning this wouldn't happen and I've been the persons who's been adamant about reaching out without anyone returning calls. Immediately after that call, I reached out to coporate to resolve the matter to be told they were unaware of any information that was supposed to be sent to them meaning my child's doctors note, they listened intensively and explained that one of the fees would apply which was a concession and the other they would speak to the property to resolve it and send me something in writing in the mail. I was ok with that after she explained it all to me but everyone lies and I found that out on December 18th. Silly naive me for taking someone's word who hugged me and said it will all be taken care of. The lies of this property manager who only wants to know your personal business so that she can openly discuss it with the residence at the property, im now aware that this is her normal behavior and what seems like genuine concern isn't. I've yet to get anything in the mail but I did get a call from a collections agency for a balance that is much different than it should have been especially after speaking with coporate. I gave them personal medical information only for them to do nothing with it and lie to me. Never take what anyone says for face value especially big business who only looks at you as a dollar sign. My credit is very important to me as I've worked hard to maintain a spotless record this collection notice will have a huge impact on life and if I'm approved for future housing. But this isn't a big deal for someone who let the banks foreclose on their home and then was able to go buy another because of white privilege. Even if One60 apartments decided to assess fees they could have allowed me to pay them 1st before turning the matter over to collections. I wasn't even given that option. read more
