Would be helpful to fix hours listed on Apple Maps. Drove from out of town to find them closed

Friendly, competent, reasonably quick, and reasonably priced. They use teenagers working after school. Everybody seems pretty happy.

Chris and Tom stayed open a half hour late to fix my squeaky brakes and bent derailleur hanger.

He was so helpful and knowledgeable and instead of leaving me to browse cluelessly he brought out pairs he thought would work for my mostly flat feet that were prone to pronation, and I also have a sensitive Achilles' tendon, which made finding mid level hiking boots super difficult to find. He also showed me a way to tie my boots to lock my heels down to make them more comfortable. Nowhere else have I gotten the attention that he offered and I really appreciated it! I never felt rushed even when I went back and forth between two pairs that were just different sizes for about 20 minutes. I will be back here again to pick up more gear for upcoming trips. I just wish the return policy would let you return products that just didn't work for you like REI within a year, but the customer service here trumps far above that and I'd rather take my business here. They have a great selection of women's boots and trekkers which can be difficult to find. Also here is the picture of how he tied the shoes in case anyone is wondering! After you do the knot and loops just continue leaving them like you normally would

Once when I was looking for a new pair of shoes, the associate offered to help me order them on line from within the store. While I really wanted to try them on first before purchasing, I did appreciate her assistance.

I took a basic welding class to make a barn star at the Garrison Speed Shop in Mendon,…read moreMassachusetts. I have never welded before or used some of the tools and equipment required. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
