Sarah the lead in his infant class was awesome as well as the other caretakers. Miss Anna, Miss Sabrina, Miss Sally, Other Miss Sarah, Rebecca, Jen and any others that crossed his path. He is now in toddlers for the past two months and he loves it! He is learning something new all the time. The app is only as good as the information provided on it by the teachers. Love getting updates and pictures and notes as to what the focus was of the day so that we can bring that home and continue to work on it. I'm still learning the names of these teachers but they are all wonderful! I do know that there are two Miss Kates who are a delight! The front office is very helpful. Jessica is always willing to help. They all know the kids names and are all great! Overall the place is clean and the teachers and staff are great! They notify you immediately of any bumps or scrapes. If they think he is not doing well or may need your attention they don't hesitate to call. They are all very attentive and very special. I would highly recommend this Beverly school to others. It's not easy leaving your grandchild or child but Bright Horizons makes it much easier. This is my perspective as the grandma though I know my daughter and son in law feel the same.

I then waited for almost 15 minutes while there was the constant sound of crying children, but no one came to the front area and no one was visible in either the office or kindergarten area (again, this was after I had rang the doorbell requesting entry). Finally, I gave up and just left, never having the ability to speak with anyone. Perhaps this was unusual, but it doesn't inspire confidence in me and does not make me feel comfortable with the idea of leaving my daughter at this center.

I was worried about sending a five month old to daycare so early but the kindness and attentiveness of the teachers here made it much easier on me. This particular location has a full kitchen and they provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks which is a huge help for busy parents. They also have playgrounds based on the child's age and the teachers love getting the kids outside in the fresh air. Every day they play games, sing songs and create art work that are all tied to learning. It is more of a school than a day care and they have a great curriculum that they share with parents so we can include the same topics at home. The staff is wonderful. They are all very kind and they truly care about the kids and parents. It is also extremely clean. They also released a mobile app that I get updates and pictures of him throughout the day. If you are looking for day care, or school for your child, you cannot go wrong here.

Unacceptable and have never seen this done before in all my years. It is not like they have another service beginning. For this reason I would consider having my service at another funeral home No one should be turned away after waiting in line for over a half hour I can honestly say this was not done at two other wakes that I attended there but then again it was a different funeral director running it

Special thanks to the children who joined us in the first show to play tambourines, maracas, and drumsticks. In the second show for older children, others volunteered to demonstrate their new ventriloquial skills after choosing a puppet of their choice from the big drum case. Volunteers were encouraged to say their first name into the microphone and try moving the puppet's mouth three times as they said "One, Two, Three" with their new puppet voice. Special thanks to Mr. Jarod, the teacher who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMY! He wore our ventriloquist face mask, played the "ringy, dingy, thingy" and "sang" our "No Bully Zone" original song with Chelsea The Chimpanzee. (No, they did not sing at the same time... we're not that good!)

She was super quick to respond to our emails and questions, very friendly, and very competent. We also liked the majority of teachers that we met who interacted with our child. The only complaint we made during our time there was that during drop-off and pick-up things always seemed a bit more hectic than they needed to be -- it seemed like having another teacher in there during that time would have helped. The other challenge was teacher turnover, though I imagine this is fairly common at any daycare center. Of the 12 or so teachers we met, five moved on in the year that we were there. Luckily they ended up being replaced by other great teachers. Our only reason for leaving is that a 10% discount on two children was still much higher than us just hiring a nanny.

The teachers at the center so clearly love what they do and take pride in their work. Our little guy is greeted warmly every day and even when drop offs are hard I know he's in the best hands. His teachers work hard to partner with us through challenging behaviors (toddler tantrums, oof) and have always been willing try out new things and provide feedback on how he's doing. On our car ride to school I hear all about who he wants to play with and which teachers he is hoping to see. It's so lovely knowing he's excited for his classroom.
