They listened to it, was able to get a good idea of the problem from the sound, and I was given a quote before scheduling. He was even able to come out the same day. Once Anthony opened the dryer, he found that only one roller actually needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart.
