Victor came to our mobile home the same day we called him about a broken dryer all the way from Murrieta to Valle Vista, Hemet. He spent time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. Replacement parts were needed, so he found the parts online showing us the prices. Then he showed us the entire breakdown and estimate including labor. He was very patient and understanding of how important it was to be up and running ASAP, so he came back the day the parts came in to complete the job. We asked him to clean out the vent line which he did free of charge. The entire process was reasonable and efficient. George is amazing! First, unlike all other repair services responding to me, he does not charge anything to come to diagnose your problem. Then, if he can, he will see if he can find a simple problem he can fix quickly without even charging you. That is what he did for me. He came, saw that the problem was easily resolved without replacing a circuit board and he saved me $350. When I offered to pay him for the hour he spent in my home to solve this, he refused.
